We loved our experience at Mattress Firm Kirby. Johnna was great at helping us decide on a mattress. She gave us very good insight and things to think about when selecting a mattress which we wouldn’t have thought of by ourselves. She is very knowledgable and most importantly, patient. She let us take our time on this important decision. She was also very honest with us and just not focused on getting a bug sale. The other guys (Sid and Benny) were also great. We didn’t get to interact with them too much but the times that we did, they were helpful and funny. It was a great experience overall, great customer service, and professional.

My wife and I went to the store at 5320 Kirby Drive in Houston, Texas yesterday and bought a mattress and the adjustable frame. Two things that made my mattress purchase experience great.1) Benny, the sales rep that helped us was knowledgeable and didn’t push us to buy. Informed us with benefits versus stating things that were a “pitch” for a higher priced option.2) The delivery service was unbelievable. The two individuals who took the old mattress downstairs and built the new mattress base+Mattress were so professional. They were quick, clean, and respectful of the home, walls, art, etc. Highly recommend their service!

Mattress buying experience started out great but overall disappointed. We chose theTEMPUR-PROADAPT HYBRID because my husband really loved it. I was a little nervous about committing to a memory foam mattress because it’s so different than what we are used to but we were told there was a sleep guarantee and that you have 45 days to try and then can return if you don’t like it. In hindsight I feel stupid for not asking for more details because after purchase and delivery we found out that you can return the mattress but you lose 20%. The tempurpedic comes with a $300 accessory credit and the two pillows we picked were only $100 each. We spent a lot of time choosing pillows because almost everything we liked was not available in king so we were pretty surprised that the pillows that were delivered were standard size and don’t even come in a king size. When we called to get this corrected the first person we talked to was most concerned about making sure we knew it was our fault that we had the wrong pillows and when they finally agreed to exchange they would only honor $200 of the $300 credit because that’s how much the first two pillows were. After multiple phone calls they later told us that our deliver service was upgraded for $100 (also not communicated) and that’s why they could only honor $200. Overall a misleading and disappointing experience. I don’t mind paying more for a quality item but I expect transparency and honesty. Won’t shop here again.

Kirby was most helpful in getting the mattress cover that I wanted; it was not in stock so he ordered it to be shipped UPS to me. I appreciated the friendly service. I have the same mattress cover for my daybed and wanted to put the same one on my own bed. Excellent product !

Best mattress shopping experience ever! We started looking for mattresses at the Rice Village location. Patric helped us. He was very nice and helpful. We ended up having to swing by the Kirby location because we wanted to see the Purple mattress in person which was not on the floor at the Rice Village location. Andy helped us. He spent time with us and answered all of our questions even though he knew we were already working with Patric. He seemed happy to help. On our third trip to the store, we went to the Kirby location to see the Purple options again. Benney helped us this time. Once again, excellent service. He completed the sale even though he knew we had already worked with Patric and Andy. They all three seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied customers and that we were making the right purchase for us. Really nice guys! I really appreciate the excellent service and the willingness to go out of their way to help us.

Wow...I don’t even know where to begin! I am brand new to the Houston area (Chicago born and raised!) and needed to visit all the essential stores to fill my new place with furniture.I stopped by the Mattress Firm on Kirby and was greeted by a man named Benny. I could write a novel about how great it was to work with Benny but long story short, he was nothing short of amazing!He was super knowledgeable and gave a great explanation of all the different mattresses and price points and best of all he helped me get a great deal and offered us fast delivery free of charge!He even let my boyfriend try out the massage chair and they chatted about TVs and other typical guy stuff haha. Just such a nice cool dude, Benny I mean, but my boyfriend is cool too 😌.Bottom line it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend working with Benny!

The two-member team who delivered my mattress and box springs totally crushed it. They were on time, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. They not only set up my new purchase, they made sure they set up my old mattress and box springs in the guest bedroom and even set up the new frame.
