I had some very delicate, lace, draperies adjusted and sewn so they would fit adifferent set of windows. Inter Decor USA did a phenomenal job! They completely outlined ahead of time how the end result would look, to insure my satisfaction. They completed the work ahead of schedule and called promptly to let me know they were ready for pick up. When I paid the balance due, they shared a small amount of trim I needed for a project, with no additional cost. This is a rarity in todays world. Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism.

I had a seat cushion replaced on my favorite leather recliner. Feels like new! They did great work at a really good price with a reasonable turnaround. I will definitely use again.

I had several pieces of furniture upholstered at Inter Décor USA. Claudia and Hugo were so nice and the quality of the finished product was amazing. Their prices were very reasonable and they finished my work on time. Claudia has a great sense of style and made wonderful suggestions for fabric. I have used this company twice. I had curtains made and also a fabric cover for a table. They are very friendly, reasonably priced, and got my items back within a reasonable time frame. They were very helpful in making suggestions and giving ideas.

In a word, HORRIBLE! I highly regret using this company! Two weeks before Thanksgiving I went to them to have some custom shutters installed in my game room. I had taken the measurements and went to see the owner, Hugo to get a quote. I asked if he could install them before Thanksgiving and Hugo swore from here to Egypt that he could. He required a 50% deposit upfront for the work.($1000.00) which I paid him. He then said hed come out to my house the next day to make a template of the openings to begin building the shutters. After 3 days and several phone calls he finally showed up with one of his workers to re-measure and create the template. We agreed that I wanted 2, 4 panel bi-folding shutters installed with the top portions stationary so that they would not be prevented from opening due to the curvature in the openings in my game room. He said hed have everything done in 5 days. Well, after the 4th day I called him and he said that he needed another day. I called again the next day and he needed yet another day. Two days before Thanksgiving I visited his store and he was again apologetic and said hed do the installation the next morning (the day before Thanksgiving). Well, he and about 6 of his workers came late in the evening to install the shutters. Once they installed them I saw they were not the ones I ordered. He installed 2, 2 panel shutters, not bi-folding, that could not open all of the way because the top section was not stationary as we had agreed, and with doors so heavy that the hinges could not fully support them. When I pointed that out he said well you have a warranty. I demanded that he remove them immediately and he did. He apologized again and said he made a mistake and if I gave him another week he would return with what I ordered. I asked him to remove the frame as well and he convinced me that it made sense to leave it in as he would be using it for the reworked shutters. A week went by and I did not hear from him. On the 8th day I left him two messages that he never responded to. On the 9th day I went to his shop and demanded a refund. He AGAIN apologized and asked if I would let him finish the job. I refused and his wife refunded my money. I asked him when he was coming out to remove the frames and he said hed call me in a day or two to come out. HE NEVER DID. I finally had another company give me a quote on shutters and after examining the frames they informed me of how uneven they were and the number of gaps between the walls and the frames so they are unable to use them. They pointed out the poor installation and revealed that due to how they were installed (heavy caulking and recessed nails) that removing them would cause severe damage to the walls and that Id have to have someone else remove them and repair the walls before they would install the new shutters. I went back to Hugo, rightfully upset, I might add, and he refuses to remove the frames. I now have to pay some else to remove them, plaster my walls, and repaint so I can have the new shutters installed. I plan on suing this company for the cost of fixing their poor work. Anyone who uses this company for shutters had better be prepared to be ripped off!!! Stay tuned as I will update this review after I get this matter settled.
