Alice was very well knowledgeable of the different styles and types of mattress available on the show room floor. Super friendly and made my mattress buying experience an easy and non hassle one. Cant wait to receive my new mattress.

Lisa and Dana were and are awesome. They answered all my questions and were very helpful throughout the buying process in purchasing a purple hybrid. Gave me the same and better deals than advertised online. They are going to monitor and schedule the delivery of the mattress to make sure it arrives after the purple foundation from the factory. My old mattress has a box spring with the mattress and the purple doesn’t. They have the delivery drivers picking up and disposing of both even though by the delivery agreement they only have to pick up the mattress. Dana and Lisa are great people to deal with and I recommend them and mattress firm to anyone. Thanks for an easy and pleasurable buying experience. Hopefully the bed is as good as the buying experience it’s great knowing I have the 120 day sleep trial to make sure.

Allison was extremely helpful in explaining our new mattress and the delivery process. Allison checked back with us several times to make sure we were aware of when our order would arrive and how we could track our real time. Jose arrived on time and set up our system completely and explained our bed configuration. Allison followed up after delivery to make sure the set up went well.

Dana was such a great help! This was my first time buying my own mattress and she made the experience feel so luxurious! I was expecting to just come in and lay on a couple of mattresses and then ask for help when I was ready to purchase but Dana listened to my concerns and walked me through the whole store and was very knowledgeable about every mattress she showed me. I didn’t even think an adjustable base was possible for my budget but she made it happen! I will recommend everyone I know to this mattress firm and refer them to DANA !

I went to mattress one first and they took over an hour explaining beds to me. After visiting mattress firm Ryan was able to get me the bed and box spring today within 20 minutes. Ill never waste my time at another mattress store again.

Our experience at mattress firm was beyond horrible if I could give them a quarter of a star I would but they don’t even deserve that. My husband and I walked in looking for a mattress wanting to pay cash but we were convinced to apply for financing, so we did. We chose a mattress within our finance budget not knowing that we would be getting a floor model rather than a new mattress. I even took the initiative to ask the rep if we would be getting the floor model and he said no, we would be getting a new one Delivered from the warehouse. When everything was set and done purchase complete delivery scheduled we got a phone call four days later stating that there was a misunderstanding with our sale and we were not able to have the mattress we had already paid for until maybe 2 weeks but not guaranteed possibly a month. You can imagine the disappointment at this point having to pay for something that you don’t even have yet and not to mention that it was a floor model when you were told it was new. We received multiple phone calls from different reps, area manager etc but no one seemed to have the solution. Finally a rep got us in contact with a manager who was off for the day and was not thrilled by our situation but I understand what manager would be, specially on your off day. After telling him my story he contacted his district manager, the solution was to pay an additional $500 out of pocket to get a new mattress OR to simply just cancel our order. That simple gets you rid of the problem. While I do understand that we are all humans and we make mistakes as an experienced manager who runs a business I also understand that sometimes we have to bite the bullet especially when our own staff is who made the mistake. This was not the case it was you either get it used whenever we can give it to you, pay more money for new or you don’t get anything end of story. I am highly disappointed in this business and will never again shop here nor recommend family and friends. From the moment this sale went south the manager should have contacted us customers to explain the situation and try to fix it and maybe then it wouldn’t have been this bad of an experience but then again even management wasn’t willing to do much for us either. It’s so sad that it’s been over a week now going back and fourth with phone calls and voicemails until I decided to go in the store again myself to fix the issue and ask for manager information to get in touch with management and find a solution.
