Went in today looking for a couch and a dining table, we were instantly greeted by friendly staff who were ready to help us find what we were looking for. Ed was a great help and offered suggestions based on our answers to some basic questions and we found the perfect new editions to our new house! Furniture shopping can be a very stressful process because of how many options there are, but Ed and everyone at Hilton made it not only enjoyable, but memorable. Very excited for our furniture to be delivered, and just as excited to go back and find other pieces to add to our home!

All they did was lie to me since I walked through the door just to make a sale . They will lie to you about financing programs with low interest just to get you to fill the paperwork . Also be ware that their financing program is only good for 90 days same as cash 1 day after that it’s almost 100% interest on top of the purchase . Glad I was aware of that after I had to crunch the numbers myself the sales person will not mention that to you . I feel sorry for all the people who feel into that trap . Also even after I paid my furniture off I still haven’t received a missing piece for my daughters nightstand . They just claim it takes two weeks but it’s been 4 months now ….buyer be ware !!!

After suffering from PTSD with Ashley’s Furniture(long story short they lied about their availability and didn’t have any intentions on letting us know our bed will never be delivered after successfully going through finance) we decided to start looking elsewhere as we realized Ashley furniture was never going to deliver what we ordered and got financed for. We came across Hilton Furniture and they exceeded our expectations! A huge difference in service, quality, and integrity! I walked into Hilton Furniture after going to several other area furniture stores already disappointed and discouraged when Abel approached me with a smile and introduction. The minute we walked in we were greeted with so much hospitality. Flor was awesome in helping us get the best deals. She walked us through the whole process. Mr.Hilton himself made sure we got our furniture the same night. The delivery guys came in and set it up right away. We loved the experience and we will be back.

Victor, our sales guy, went out of his way in making sure all our questions were answered on all the pieces we were interested in buying. In the process we had a minor hiccup and got to meet Mr. Hilton himself. He is the real deal and was genuinely sincere in appeasing our “demands”. This was our fourth furniture store and was not going to bother to stop, glad we did. Next time it will be our first stop.

We ordered some furniture back in March and never received it. We had to keep calling and inquiring about when it would be delivered (it is May now). They kept giving new dates. We finally decided to just ask for a refund and be done with it. We took our money elsewhere and was able to get bedroom furniture ordered and delivered the same day. Absolutely do not recommend this location !

I ordered a chair on June 21, 2020 and I was told by Douglas that my chair would come in by July 28th, three days before my move. July 28th came and I called up to the store to inquire about the whereabouts of the chair. No one had an answer for me. Finally, Douglas informs me that the date for the chair had been pushed back until October. When I inquired as to why I was just learning about this, he again didnt have an answer for me.He offered me a full refund, but instead of refunding me the $735, he instead TOOK another $735 out of my account. He then tried to apologize for his error and told me that he would refund me for both the chair and for the money he accidentally took out of my account. However, I havent been refunded yet and this transpired on Wednesday.

Ed was very helpful and very polite and kind. I think I am going to love my furniture.

I went in to this store late last night and got the best experience in the world, plus that’s a fact jack himself was there most furniture stores I’ve visit you never see the owner nor do they help you. I can say he was all hands on deck including him self. After purchasing my items I had so much fun there I didn’t want to leave.
