Overall a great experience, we were first introduced by a older bald gentleman who didn’t seemed interested to help when we asked we were looking for cribs just point the general direction where they were. We made a selection with one of the cribs but getting assistance took some time, but eventually Bridgette came to help and was on point on with everything, and we were out of there with our selection ordered fast and easy with her! We highly recommend asking for her assistance because I know we will when we try Rooms To Go again.
I bought a few pieces of furniture from this place last month without too much hassle. Because of that experience, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, they dont need/want to sell furniture anymore.When I arrived, I took some time looking around, at which point, someone usually introduces themselves. Not this time. Noticing that both salesman were busy with customers, I wave at one, alerting them to my presence & need for help, and take a seat within their line of sight. 30 minutes rolls by while Im scrolling through social media. Theyre still busy, cool. Im next.By this time, several families had joined the waiting game and decided to wait patiently as well. Back to Facebook. When I looked up again, there was the salesman who knew I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point helping a person who had walked in only minutes earlier. At this point, I decided to contact a manager to make them aware of the situation. They were useless as well.I own a company that rents out fully furnished homes. I spend between $5,000 and $10,000 per month on furniture. I guess Rooms to go has made enough money? No one was interested in helping me. There is no way Ill ever shop here again, and you shouldnt either. Customers shouldnt have to chase salespeople around.
Terrible customer service. They had me drive all the way to the katy location to pick up my bed and dresser just to take it home and it be the wrong items. When I called the store to try and figure things out the customer service associate and the manager didnt even apologize for the inconvenience and for the sales associate screwing up. All they offered was to swap it out and charge me an extra $300 for the proper bed and then just sat there in silence. The manager, Brian, is absolutely terrible.
Hamida, was very, very helping, she went to great lengths to help me and my Mom. I would recommend her and make sure you ask for her when you go in the store. I love the store and always shop here!
Very bad service, in March we went and bought a dining room and until this date in September we have not received it.
This is just like an Aaron’s or conns they offer in house financing which is EXPENSIVE if you don’t qualify through their third party credit company. I ordered furniture in September. A whole room package. I still haven’t received half of my furniture and it’s almost January. 🤦🏽♀️
They have good furniture
We purchased the bed frame on July, they didn’t have it in stock and guaranteed they will have it by the end of the month. Then got a call, say they won’t have it until October but that’s fine since it’s covid. When it comes to the day we have to pick up our bed frame at their warehouse, drove back and forth for 2 hours, they told us they don’t have the rails and someone should have called us to inform that. We have to wait for another 2 week, but still no one call us to let us know whether they have the rails or haven’t. I tried to contact them several time, always get disconnected. Not even surprised, bad customer service. I would rather go to IKEA or different store. Not recommended
Should of read the reviews before purchasing from this place. Waited 2 months for my sofas to come. Delivery its horrible yall need to really work on that... now I have to wait 2 more months, because they couldnt wait 10 minutes for me to get to my house, not even a courtesy call before they arrive.thats not all if I get I refund they keep 20 % 😑. ..

This place was terrible. When we purchased furniture the legal terms and fine print are not explained to you whatsoever. The girls that work the customer service/financing department in the middle of the store were not polite or professional. When we called to complain about getting screwed with legal terms/contract that resulted in at least a $150/mo payment increase, they couldn’t give a fudge. We were basically told it was our fault for not knowing something that could have been explained to us, then were put on hold for over 8 minutes when we pressed them to take accountability. We’ve made 4 purchases with them in the past, but this will be our last. Perhaps better customer training would be helpful, with a touch of empathy.
They had no stock for any of the items we wanted. We asked about 5 different dining sets and none were in stock or had a delivery date less than 4 months out.

They dont work with your time schedule .When you need something repair, or you need something deliver I have to stay at home all day and wait for them . I have to reschedule several time because they come out when I have to pick up my children from school
