No communication, say they will deliver on X date, no one shows up - even after receiving confirmation delivery notice emails and texts... This has happened twice to us as only half our couch arrived originally. Manager works out of state, owner is home due to COVID fears so good luck trying to reach anyone in charge even if you show up in person. Advice, if you do decide to purchase from them for some crazy reason, put it on a credit card so you can refute claim if they don’t deliver, protect yourselves or find a furniture store locally that’s reputable. Wish we had. Please check Facebook reviews as well, you’ll see we aren’t the only ones getting scammed

This Company has been the worst so Far. I PAID THEM OUT CASH and have been having issues sense I ordered from them. So I went with the Lauren Velvet black suede couch. Came in Saturday paid them cash. I was told the delivery was included in the fee. So I first had a issue with delivery. Then once I finally received the couch. The pieces it came with looks like they were old and outdated and used from another couch strike 2. Also the hole that was supposed to connect the screw in was damaged slightly which I have pictures on!! So Then they had to send somebody out from another third party company who fixed it this morning. Finally once it was all said and done and the couch was setup in the living room! The couch is Two different blacks suede sometimes you can put it towards light and make it change but no this is not the case one Is black/ the other is like a Jet black which is ridiculous! Almost feels like they threw together a set and felt that the customer wouldn’t notice or pay attention I AM DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY THUS FAR I WORKED WITH LOUIS IN THE FRONT BUT I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THERE PRACTICES STAY AWAY!
I purchased from Luna Furniture last year with no problems. This year I am very disappointed. I made a purchase and it was not delivered. I had to call several times to even get a response and was told twice they would return my call, which they did not. I told them to just cancel the purchase and return my money. They stated it would take 48 hours to get an approval for that. I will never be purchasing from here again and I suggest others dont waste your time. They are very unprofessional and disorganized.
1- customer service takes ages to answer the calls.2- they didnt send me a nightstand and it was invoiced, they never mentioned it until i called and asked for it.3- i paid online tips, and when they delivery guys came they said they never get the tips and they heard that from many customers
Placed an online order with this company July 20, 2021 for a dining room set and buffet server. I contacted them on 4 separate occasions in reference to shipping and delivery of my items. Each time, I was told something different. After not being given a confirmation of when my items would ship/be delivered, I disputed the transaction with my bank. Imagine my surprise when my bank contacts me to say they received a response from this merchant. The response??? They’re LYING and saying the furniture was delivered on September 23, 2021! 🙄🙄🙄 They must mean the furniture was delivered to THEM at THEIR WAREHOUSE because it definitely wasn’t delivered to me at my house!!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews about this company prior to my purchase. I usually don’t leave reviews but after hearing from my bank that Luna Furniture claimed to have already delivered my furniture, how could I not?! They will scam you like all the other reviews say and even go as far as LIE to your financial institution that they delivered furniture to you, even when they didn’t! Believe every negative review that you read about this company and avoid them at all cost!!!Edit to add: My bank is AWESOME, they refunded me the same day I disputed and as of 09/28/2021, investigation with my bank is RESOLVED AND CLOSED. Luna Furniture, you don’t get to lie on customers and keep their money when you have provided the customer NOTHING. Cheaters never prosper!!!
Late and damaged!Was promised delivery within 2wks because all items were in stock. Even though I’m out of state. I made the purchase with this promise in mind. It’s been over 4 weeks now and I still haven’t had my items delivered. I’ve called multiple times, emailed, txt. Requesting that the shipment be expedited due to the delay. No efforts were made until the day after it shipped. Communication is very difficult. When I did speak to a manager, they only offered $50 off my order. I had to call the third party company, myself, and arrange to have my order delivered sooner because it wasn’t scheduled until Nov 11(the manager states they requested it expedited.. it finally shipped Oct 27… expedited means over 2wks later?). I placed my order Oct 4 with a two week delivery promise. Manager was supposed to call me back two days ago and seems to be ignoring my calls since. I have called multiple times and he is either “out of the office” or “in a meeting”. I do not plan to use this company again.11/3/21 Finally came, and damaged! Definitely not using this company again.
We were shopping for our 7 years old son’s new bedroom! Luis was awesome with a very upscale professional service! Very helpful, patient with my wife uncertainty about what colours should natch and whatnot... we left the store after he gave us the prices and went to shop around in other furniture stores in the area just to come again after nobody and i mean NOBODY else could not even match his prices!!

I ordered a sofa from them over the phone, which was easy. The order came in on time, so no complaints there. However, once I spent money, they never answered their phone after that. I got a recording and would be left on hold, once I would hang up from waiting they would text and say “sorry we missed you call, how can we help”. Well you can answer your phone for one thing. This happened at lest eight times. The delivery was two hours late, and there was zero communication that they would be late. I called the store again and was told they were on the way! No they were not, they were again not there. I called the store again and they had closed without even calling me to let me know what was going on with my delivery. Zero customer service. I emailed customer service, they never answered me, and I’ve never received a call back after complaining about all of this. Honestly, they don’t care once they have your money.
Ordered an ottoman in stock online yesterday and received it this afternoon. The delivery men brought it to the room I wanted and were fast and efficient. I received a text message prior to their arrival which was nice as well. Will be ordering from them again.
Spoke to Chloe and Larissa via OfferUp and they were super friendly and helpful, responded quickly and I went in to the store the next day. There, I was met with Leah who helped us quickly and answered all of my questions. We got a beautiful new sectional at a great price and best of all- no hassle! Great experience all around.
Went in back in May looking for a living room set. Our sales rep, Mason was so helpful and polite. We ended up ordering a living room set and where told ETA was middle of July. Paid our deposit and waited. I called back middle of July and was told two items had arrived and the rest where scheduled to be in early August. The rep I spoke to offered to deliver what they had and come back with the rest. To be nice, I told her we would wait for other items to come in since it was just a few weeks difference and save them a return trip. Called this week to get an update and now the same rep tells me my items won’t be in until end of September! I asked her to double check because just a few weeks back half of the items were in and they offered delivery. She became very argumentative, tells me there’s nothing she can see and I would have to talk to a manager. I’ve been calling for two days hoping to speak to a manager and the same girl answers the phone and refuses to connect me with anyone. I’ve sent messages and no one has returned my calls. I am so disappointed with the unprofessional, rude and dishonest treatment!

I’m so upset. I was really looking forward to purchasing all of our furniture for our new home in August. Unfortunately not only one but TWO of the chairs from the Orsina Silver Dining Table set BROKE over the week. My in-laws were in town visit from out of town and one of the chairs broke and my mother in law fell, It was so embarrassing! The other chair the arm rest broke off … I only have about 7 months with this dining set 😞 I have tried calling but have not received an answer.
Do not waste your money these people are not worth the headache. Definitely dont try to order from online non of the furniture pics or descriptions are accurate. They censor customer reviews on their site also.that is why there are no bad reviews(there are barely any).They took almost 4 months to deliver my furniture. It looked nothing like it does online. Given it said it could be lighter or darker, but it was a completely different color!They stopped replying to me, I couldnt get ahold of anyone to resolve my issue. And yet they took the time to change the description of the bed I bought on their website.SHADY PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COST!! Their furniture is cheap just go somewhere and spend a little more for better quality with people who are real professionals

I came into Luna furniture, and was greeted pleasantly by Shawn. He was very helpful and easy to work with. The set I wanted was back ordered, but I did find something else to my liking. The set on display comes with pillows but on the site it had extra pillows. I wanted everything, that was in the picture and guess what, Shawn threw it in. My couch arrived a month ago damaged. Luna is saying the delivery people are responsible and the delivery people are saying Luna is responsible. All I know is I paid a lot of money for a damaged couch and no refunds, replacements, or repairs have been made and it’s been a month. Edit: Month two and still nothing has been done. I’ve been in communication with the delivery company who has been “working on it” for the last month. If this was a good furniture company they would fix my couch and then deal with the delivery company themselves. I shouldn’t have to be chasing people around for months when I was the one inconvenienced in the first place. Got a damaged piece from Ashley a few weeks ago and it was taken care of that day. Save yourself a headache and don’t order from here. Updates will continue.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. Once this company has your money they will not resolve any issues you may have with there furniture. The company and there delivery drivers are very unprofessional. If you want to speak with management they will only communicate via email and will eventually stop responding. Go to La Sierra furniture or some of the other bigger furniture companies. DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS SHADY COMPANY.

BUYER BEWARE!! I Ordered a Dining room table and chairs that cost over $3000 on October 6th. Called them two days later to see when my items will arrive. They told me they didnt know and to check back in a week. Called them today to find out the status on my order and the lady says the item is not in stock and will take over 2 months to get it to me. Trying to call the store now and get my refund but have been on hold for 20 minutes smh.

I ordered a couch on Thursday night, I got an email thanking me Friday morning. When I asked for An estimated delivery date they explained that the couch I ordered wouldn’t be available until July. I then asked if there was anything in stock that could be delivered sooner and I was immediately sent a link to review the in stock inventory. I called back after I found a couch in stock and asked if I could switch them out, I was explained that was an easy process and they immediately sent me a link to pay the difference and then scheduled me for Saturday. Saturday morning I got a call from the warehouse letting me know that delivery would be between 6 and 9 PM. I then got a call from the delivery crew at around 7:30 PM and told me they would be here in 30 minutes. They arrived and unloaded quickly. My couch is exactly what I ordered and very comfortable and good quality. This was a super easy process and I got what I needed fast and with great communication. I will absolutely consider Luna furniture in the future if I need any other pieces.
I purchased the double chaise sectional with Alex! I was a little worried about doing everything online and not seeing the physical couch before I purchased. He found the sectional that i have been looking for almost 1 month and did really good discount. The process was simple. I ordered yesterday(friday) got it today by 1pm. Being from out of state I called Luna to verify that they had my order and that the loveseat was available. Customer service was very kind on the phone and gave me details on shipment process. Everything went GREAT until we removed the packaging. Metallic, sharp, staples everywhere on the wood frame. Taking the staples out now damages the wood or the staple is sticking out- now I fear that someone/animal/child will cut themselves or the staples will damage a rug. Whats the point of protecting the wood with all of the cardboard if youre just going to put holes in it? Picture us trying to remove the staples carefully without further damaging the wood...its difficult. Please dont use staples.

Horrible experience, this company should not be in business!!! Never deliver on time, dont find out things are out of stock until they go to deliver one piece, very rude customer service ladies and they expect you to track your own missing items and if you dont tell them what exactly you are missing they will email you and say well you didnt tell us you were missing that! So when is it the customer duty to notify the company of their own inventory and deliveries! I spent over $3000 with this company!! I cant wait until they delivery my final piece so I can move on from this bad experience!!!!

Had another great experience with Luna Furniture today. I purchased a bed for my sons room back in March. I made the purchase online and everything went smoothly. Well, I was in the market for a living room set (sofa and loveseat only). Went online to their website and fell in love with the Wixon sofa set. I decided I wanted to see it in person so I took a drive over to Luna today. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Luis. He was so kind from the intial interaction all the way through the entire sell process! Thats right! I purchased it! It wasnt available to view at the store and Luis informed me it wouldnt be available for delivery until June 5th! I really wanted it delivered by Mothers Day considering its a gift for my mom. I told Luis I was willing to wait. He also gave me a great price for the set! Thanks Luis and Luna Furniture! I highly recommend them.***UPDATE 8/28/21*** My last review was in my May 2021. As you previously read, at the time I was waiting for the Wixon sofa set to be delivered. Well sadly, I never received that set. I stopped by Luna in July to find out what my options were at that point. I spoke with Luis and he gave the option of a refund or selecting another set. I really wanted to do business with Luna so I found another set that was available, paid the difference; It was delivered last Saturday. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL ASHLEY Miltonwood set! My mom loves it. I wish I could give negative stars. We purchased a bedroom set over one month ago. Conveniently, the item was no longer in stock after they stated next day delivery (they simply didn’t show up, we called after several days of no acknowledgement). They continued to provide no updates, despite having the full payment. Today, after one month, we get a text that the driver is 30 minutes away and set to deliver. Luckily, I was able to cancel important plans to stay home. Unpackaged one night stand and it is missing a part. Will absolutely never do any business with them ever again, neither will any of my friends, family, or acquaintances. You all are unprofessional and incredibly shady. Please don’t chance your luck and blow your hard-earned money, especially if you are hoping for your (PAID) item(s) in a timely fashion.
Love this couch!! The color and size were exactly what I expected. The customer service from Luna Furniture was amazing. Very sturdy and color matches the description. Perfect for living room with kids, but also gives a nice grownup look when decorated appropriately.The delivery was planned and made on time, which made ne exactly happy about the purchase. If you guys want to get colorful and strong furniture set never hesitate to purchase this beautiful items.Also I want to state one important point, their customer service was amazing they took care of us and helped us to decorate the house with us.Thank you for the furniture Luna team! Horrible customer service!Ordered online an item that said was available for same day delivery. Next day still not hearing anything from them. Called in, after 20 minutes of hold, the rep checks my order and tells me that the item is not available from the manufacturer! (What logic says: list it on your website as available for same day delivery? And not notify your customer asap that its not available? I wonder how long it would have taken them had I not called them first). So I asked to cancel the order and was told that a refund will be processed and I should have my money back within 3-5 business days. So I call them again after 7 days. The rep checks my order again and tells me, oh I dont know what happened, but it was not confirmed until right now. (Again, wondering how much longer would have taken them to confirm have I not called them). Unbelievable! They held my money for 8 days! For which I have to pay interest on my credit card.. But what do they care, right? They just take your money for falsely advertised products!Beware!I definitely will never try do do business with them again.

Unfortunately, if youre like I was, youll probably read the negative reviews and still take a chance on this furniture store. DONT, seriously. I never post reviews, but after this experience, I truly want to help people not go through the same thing I have.I wont post a long emotional rant, because facts are what are the most important. It has been one of the worst experiences I could have ever imagined. Although I live in Dallas, this company appealed since the exact same couch at Wayfair was almost $300 more. I gave it a chance in spite of the negative reviews. Let me just confirm some of the other reviews:1. They will not deliver when they are supposed to and you will not receive a heads up.2. You will not be able to contact customer service and speak to someone, prepare to be on hold forever listening to music only to speak to no one.3. The number that they give you to text will show lots of interest and be attentive until you pay, after that, its crickets.4. Parts were missing from my order when it was finally delivered.Trust your gut. If it feels sketchy, dont order. And let me tell you, Luna is sketchy.5. They lied and said they would send the appropriate missing legs as well as a courtesy free rug. They sent legs that did not match the couch, oh and yeah no rug.I hope you do better than I did if youre on the fence about whether or not you should order. I cant tell you enough how much I wish Id just coughed up the extra cash for Wayfair and listened to my gut. Would have spared me a lot of stress and headache.I hope this review spares someone. I purchased 3 bedroom set for my house from Atilla at this store and my experience was really great at first. But after re-purchasing another item, I am yet to hear back from anyone at the store despite it multiple attempts for over a month now! In fact, it has gotten really bad that my messages seeking update do not get answered anymore. I have never dealt with a store this unresponsive!! Over a month long on something promised to be delivered in less than 2 weeks!

Very poor communication and never ending delays. Ordered a 4 piece sectional 4 months ago and have yet to receive the complete couch. The first 3 pieces took about 6 weeks to arrive and what was supposed to be the last piece to arrive was wrong 6 weeks from then. We are now at another month of waiting to receive the last piece and had to call to verify that we were still on track for delivery this weekend but it now appears we will be waiting at least another 2 weeks.If you dont have it in stock, dont offer to sell it.

I was very reluctant to do business with this company after reading several 1⭐ reviews. I took a chance on them, and it was a great experience!Here is what I did. First, I called to see if they would answer. No one answered for several minutes and the line disconnected. Bad sign. I got the immediate automated follow up text mentioned in the other reviews. I called again and spoke with a representative. She checked stock on the item I wanted and confirmed it was in the warehouse. She promised same day delivery and explained that I would need to place the order online, and then call back to get the delivery scheduled. I did that, and 20 minutes later received an automated call with a delivery window. The driver was professional and on time (although he was alone and could have used some help!). My furniture was delivered less than 2 hours after I purchased it (local delivery)!!! All of the other retailers I found had an 8 week lead time on the item I wanted. I also saved money, even with the delivery fee! Im very impressed with my experience with Luna and will give them my business in the future.

Do not order from them... I ordered a King Bed frame, box spring, two night stands, and a side table... all said they were available and in stock for same day delivery... then when it came to being delivered only the bed frame and box spring were in stock... the night stands were gonna arrive sometime in June, almost two months later..... unacceptable... I then asked for a different night stand to be delivered that day but they said no, that cant be done... even though they said it was in stock...... Extremely disappointed. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

I recently purchased a couch and an ottoman from this company. When I placed my order there was nothing stating that the item was not in stock, otherwise I would have went with other options. After placing my order I didn’t receive communication so I reached out to ask when I would be contacted for delivery etc. at this point I was told that part of my order was on back order and would be ready the last week of February. She asked if I would like the couch delivered earlier or wait until the last week to receive them together. I let her know I would wait to receive them together. Yesterday I receive a text asking to confirm my delivery for today. I confirmed and when the delivery got here the ottoman was not here. I asked the drivers and they said they only had the couch! Now why would I have to wait almost 3 weeks and still not receive the ottoman after being asked if I wanted to wait to have them delivered together?? Of course when the delivery drivers were here I called and the store was closed!!! There is a real lack of communication here when all you have to do is communicate with your customer and follow through on the options you give them. I have called, text and emailed and no one answers or returns communications! This is why I shop with franchises! Experiences like this!WHERE IS THE OTTOMAN I PAID FOR?

I moved down to TX in June and came across this company a couple of weeks ago after failed attempts to order a sectional from other companies.The staff at Luna ensured that the sectional we wanted was in stock and would be delivered in a week. Mind you we called three times to confirm that the entire sectional would be there & they cheerfully said yes they guaranteed it. Well the day before it came they told us they didn’t have room for 1/3 pieces in their truck (they stated it was the chaise) so that they would deliver it in their next truck. We were frustrated but said okay, no problem.Well the delivery came that next day and we received our chaise and sectional arm. NOT the armless loveseat that’s attaches the couch together. Immediately I call and they said “oh I guess they forgot that and gave you the chaise then” & had me send pictures to prove it to them (again frustrating but we did that).Now it is next week and guess what … all of a sudden they don’t have our loveseat in stock and said we now have to wait another MONTH. Upon calling and voicing this concern they say “well yeah we don’t actually have it afterall but we can give you $50 refund.” I voiced concerns over and over and the woman refused to let me speak to someone else. It took multiple attempts of asking to even have her state she will be having a manager call me back. I’m not even sure that they will be calling back or even willing to do anything for us.So basically we are now stuck. We paid in full and are MISSING the entire middle of the sectional!!!! This was not a cheap purchase and we were lied to during this process multiple times. I do not recommend purchasing furniture from here as you will be highly disappointed in their lack of care and customer service.

I received an email that my delivery would arrive before I would be at my apartment (I’m moving). I was having a very hard time getting ahold of someone at Luna to reschedule the delivery (left voicemail outside of business hours, called and left on hold for >45 minutes during business hours, emailed, and texted with no response). I finally tried Facebook messenger and Shawn was a huge help with great customer service! Thanks, Shawn!

If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would !Tell me why I ordered two night stands a month ago and STILL no update or anything. So when I’ve been trying to call MULTIPLE days after leaving voicemails and emails and no responses they barely want to answer today and then the customer service department is “closed” like y’all are easy to take peoples money, but when it comes to getting the product y’all don’t want to give a definite answer.Never going back to this company.
I regretted very much purchasing furniture online from this store. Very bad customer service! No one replied emails. Part delivery and bad communication caused big trouble for me. Delivery date for the missing part was postponed again and again. That has made my son sleep on floor for 3 weeks and will continue to sleep on the floor for other 2 weeks or even longer. I really want to cancel the order and get my money back. I placed an order to buy a bed for my son, three weeks later four boxes were delivered to my home, I paid $100 extra delivery fee. The person who delivered did not tell me something missing. The we unassembled the existing bunk bed and installed the new one. Then we found the bed slats were not delivered. The bed were setup halfway. Then my son had to sleep on the floor. Now it has been 40 days since I placed the order. My son has slept on the floor for 3 weeks. This made me very frustrated. No one followed up. I called the customer service, they just told me a new expected delivery date which is another two weeks later. I really doubt its trustworthy. This is a really bad experience.
Shawn was awesome!! Answered all my questions and made the purchase extremely easy. I’m a busy mom so I did everything over the phone. I explained my situation and he helped with the math and everything. Haha.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the manager Shawn, he was very polite and showed us everything in the store, as well knowledgeable.The store has multiple living room and bedroom sets available for good prices!
Absolutely regret using these people. I can’t get anyone on the phone to answer my questions. My furniture is paid for but yet I haven’t received half of my order. I got my sofas delivered Saturday and the man came at 11pm!! Delivery time was originally by 5pm. I went all day and night with no calls text or emails from anyone until 9pm when the delivery driver called me. Now today my dining room set was supposed to be delivered I haven’t gotten a call confirmation email or anything and still no dining room set. I’m beyond dissatisfied. I’ll be going to the store again tomorrow and praying for a miracle. I’ll never do business with them again.Update today is 6/16/2021 and I still DO NOT have all of my furniture.

We helped my son with his first new furniture purchase and Mason was amazing! He was extremely helpful and even helped us get the sectional sofa loaded. He even shrink wrapped it to keep it dry since it is raining now.
Lona was a great help! I have been contacted someone online and found this place. I purchased a great sectional. . She made the process quite smooth and assisted us all the way through. My product was delivered next day.
Excellent customer service and next day delivery!!! I needed to prepare 2 guest rooms quickly for incoming visitors. Other furniture shops quoted me a few weeks to a month to get my mattresses. I found Luna on Google and decided to give them a try on a Sunday. They delivered my mattresses the next day!!!! They communicated with me via email and phone calls every step of the way. I’ll be purchasing more from Luna very soon!!!

I walked in and spoke to maison he assisted me with finding a beautiful table for my dinning room . He promised next day delivery and everything went smooth! The table is absolutely GORGEOUS and the quality is very nice. I definitely will be shopping here again .
The service here was excellent, when I first arrived to the store I was greeted and immediately helped. He was thorough in allowing me to test out the furniture and going over the best style to fit my living. The experience was one of a kind. At the end of the day I made several purchases and would definitely be returning to make more purchases. Also majority of the furniture you find online are at cost price at this location, & they offer lay away you can’t really beat that, over all I think Luna Furniture is the better option when it comes to furnishings your house, it’s what truly makes it a home.

Worst customer service ever. I order a bedroom set 2 weeks ago. When I paid online I was told I would receive my bedroom within 3-7 business days. Well today I received a atrial order and I called to see when was the rest being delivered and the lady said it was going to take about a month for it to arrive. I could of been told this since I made my order but nothing was ever said. I don’t mind the wait, I mind not being told.I could have purchased a different one that was in stock.
Horrible. They never answer the phone. After seventeen and a half minutes of hold music, your call are forwarded to vml. Never get shipping updates. Scam!!!Scam!!Scam!!!
This place is a scam don’t buy here. They said “next day delivery” and then called and said 4 weeks later. They don’t refund until 5 days later. Keep your money don’t buy here. American furniture warehouse is more reliable.

Worst experience! Absolutely worst furniture store and customer service!!! Purchased a 3 piece living room set in August 2020. Upon opening them we immediately saw a small tear in the leather headrest on one of them. I called so many times to get it replaced after much struggle they sent out a gentleman who came to fix it or so I thought. He said he had to order the part from China and it would take 6 weeks. I waited 8 before I reached out again to him and he never responded. After I call the store again I find out he never orderee anything! I waited a few days and the placed the order. I recieved some sort of leather cover I’m guessing to replace the broken one. It’s impossible to install on my own and I have reached out for them to send someone to fix it and it’s now April(8 months later!!) and my couch is still sitting there broken.
