It was a very nice and quick visit. I needed to replace my two front tires and I got the ones I was looking for. The guy at the front desk was very professional and answered all my questions.

Wanted some good off road tires and this place had exactly what I wanted. Tires were ordered and delivered promptly and service was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, could use more places like this.

To pushy and way to much money for the tires. They didnt have anything I needed in stock. The sales guy was a bit pushy and was very slow. So was the guy trying to change my tire

This shop was taken over by Collins auto park. It seems solid for now, so if you have some car maintenance take them over to this place!

A bit pricey. $650 for one wheel bearing but they fixed it. Only a deal if you sign up for their mail coupons.

Great service! Friendly people and they REALLY know their stuff. My car has a little over 100,000 miles on it and was using excessive (5 qts in a month!) oil. I had a quote for an expensive engine overhaul, and wanted another opinion, and with some pretty minor service and replacements were hopeful the issue is solved. They knew about the Technical Service Bulletin related to this issue, explained the possible causes, and why the simpler solutions have a very good chance to solve the problem. Competence and customer service are both top notch.

I always try to support local businesss but it was difficult to find a local auto repair shop I actually trust and feel comfortable recommending to a friend.Champion Tire and Auto is fast, friendly, fair, honest & reliable.Ive had my car serviced here multiple times, and was wildly SUPRISED to see my bill actually match or be slightly lower that the estimated quote. Oscar is very straightforward about the work he will be doing on your vehicle and is never pushy misleading. Just a straight up honest dude!They also had a very fast turnaround during my experiences, so I was only car-less for a day or two max. The customer service is unsurpassed. Highly recommended.

Im new to the area, and with an SUV that has over 200k miles, I needed to find a good mechanic.What I found was a GREAT team of mechanics with a super clean shop to start off with, a good sign in my book. Then they showed me the parts that they specifically replaced, explained in detail why they were doing what they were doing, and their price was very competitive compared to other mechanics I had called in the area. This will be my mechanic for years to come, Clean, friendly, honest, and professional. Very satisfied!

Terrible service. They dont even look at the vehicle properly & if they do, they will start stealing things off from the vehicle. They will be nice telling you that they will need to examine the car and have it diagnosed for a couple days. During those couple days, the parts are all switched, changed. They love to keep your car and enjoy stealing parts & replacing with old, rotten ones. Very awful place I have ever been to! Beware and dont go over here. You will be better off if you go somewhere else. FYI

Love this place. Been going to Mike and a few of his workers the last 10 years. Been following him to each shop even when I lived 40+miles away in Pearland. They do great work and find my car issues fast. Their prices are reasonable and have wanderful customer service. They make recommendations on some services that may need attention. I was treated with the up-most respect, not a dumb woman like so many repair places. I was not taken advantage of, again, like so many repair places. Everything was clearly explained what was going on and what I should look for in the future. I have been through hell and back with mechanics who took advantage and ripped me off. Then I found Champion Auto Repair and have been a loyal customer of theirs for over two years. They carry all the qualities you want in a good mechanic; HONESTY, professionalism, quick repair time, efficiency and above all they are down to earth people. They care about their customers and the safety of them having a running vehicle. If you live in the Cypress area and have car troubles, Champion Auto Repair is your best option.

I would leave zero stars, if I could. I dont leave many reviews, but when I do it is because I was either thoroughly pleased, or thoroughly disappointed. Unfortunately this situation leads me to the latter, and I will never be returning or even consider taking my car here for a quote again. Im no mechanic, but I know enough about cars to get me by, and this place loves to take advantage of people they think might not know as much about cars. And this is not the first time or car this has happened to me with at this location. I used to have an isuzu rodeo they tried to rip me off on too. I always check my own brakes and basic car vitals before bringing it in for work, so I knew going into this that my rotors were fine, and I only needed my pads replaced. So I called to ask for a quote on the bare minimum it would be to replace my brake pads and they told me they needed to look at it first, which i thought was weird cause Ive never needed someone to look at my car to give me a quote on exactly what i was asking for. So I took time from.my day to go and have them look at it... now theyve done this to me before so I was pretty sure they would again tell me I need the whole thing replaced and that it would be close to $500... which I knew wasnt true. They quoted me on premium rotors and premium pads, and a brake flush, when I asked for the bare minimum on pads, and when I just wanted the pads, they wouldnt do it.. Long story short, check your own stuff before bringing it in here because they will take you for all youve got. I got my brakes done 2 hours later at Affordable Complete Car Care off grant road for $175 and they told me my rotors were completely fine.. my car is now running perfect and this location forever lost my business.

Ive been bringing my vehicles here since 2013 and will continue to do so because of the outstanding customer service I get at every visit. It feels great taking my vehicles in for an oil change without having a sales rep try to up-sell me services I dont need. This is why I recommend Champion Tire and Auto to all my family and friends.

They do what you ask and then try to sell a ton of repairs that not only are expensive, but unnecessary. Our mechanic was out of town that day so we went there. We followed up with our guy and he just said, thats their game. Well stick with our guy.

Trust me when say this shop is shady I worked for them and I quit after 3 weeks no one in there is ASE certified they have faulty equipment they do illegal state inspections they dont even do a proper run down on your car they make up stuff to get your money the sales people do not know what their doing they make up hours when the have the proper way of checking labor something that should be 1 hour they charge for 2 hours in the 3 weeks I worked their they had multiple come backs meaning they dont do a proper job. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE

I went to Champion Tire & Auto on Saturday for my AC to be checked out and an oil change. They have the best service and friendly staff. While this was not my first visit, I was never pressured into anything I didnt want and they make you comfortable while you are there. I drive from Cypress to this location and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This will be the only repair shop that Ill ever go to from now on, even if I move out of the area!!!!This is the most honest auto shop Ive ever come across!! I brought my van in last Saturday to get my AC checked. I went to another auto shop a few weeks back and was told my AC was leaking and needed to get the AC hose and condenser replaced which would cost me a little over $1000. In addition, the vents in the back of my van were only blowing towards the floor . They opened up the hood and told me that they did not see a leak. They also checked the vents and adjusted the control knob (duh!! ). Im so appreciative to Champion Tire and Auto for not taking advantage, pretending to fix my AC and then charging me!! I highly, highly recommend this place!!

DO NOT GO HERE.Theyre close to my house so they have been convenient to me, but this is the last straw. In other words, I have multiple stories.- After my oil-change my car was leaking oil. Come to find out a week later they didnt properly screw on the cap, and I had to take it back.- They were supposed to patch a flat tire, and the next day it was as if nothing got fixed, so we called up the manager (who is nice, unfortunately), and we brought it back to have them fix it up.I literally JUST checked and it is STILL not fixed.I am now taking it to the Discount Tire on 7325 FM 1960, who are MUCH faster, MUCH more honest, and MUCH more accountable than this.

Very prompt in getting my vehicle(s) fixed! Very professional and do not try to over charge you or fix things that do not need fixing. Very good experience all around.

I realized quickly I was about to get hustled, and decided to abort my current plan. I got on yelp and found ​Champion Tire and Auto​.I took my car​ in​ and even though ​they​ had a full garage ​the guys​ took the time to talk to me and explain exactly what ​they​ w​ere​ going to do based on my report of what was going on with my car. It was 4pm and ​they ​got me a quote by 10am the next morning. I gave ​them​ the go ahead and ​my car was done by 4:30. I went to go pick it up​ and TJ​ thoroughly explained what he did and physically showed me what he repaired. He took my car for a quick test drive and then I was on my way for about 1/4th of the quoted price I received from the other garage.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!I took my BMW here for a meager oil change because they advertise they work on foreign cars. To my dismay, the technician whom I feared did not know what he was doing because he questioned himself on how long would it take for my particular oil change, told me that the PREVIOUS mechanic stripped my oil screw; therefore, he can not help me. He begins to tell me that NOW my oil is dripping and he cannot fix it!! That is completely UNACCEPTABLE because my car was not dripping oil before I got here!!!! The Manager was very rude saying there is nothing he can do. I was furious!!!! Its their fault because they did not use the correct tool to take the screw off. THEY STRIPPED IT!!!! I was forced to drop my car off at a mechanic who is closed on the weekend and Uber my way around until I got my vehicle fixed that Monday! They better be lucky that I did not have to replace A $1300 OIL PAN!! Trust and believe I would have SUED the hell out of them! The need to stick to AMERICAN cars and STOP advertising that they work on FOREIGN cars! Obviously the staff that works there did not get the MEMO!!!!!
