AA Auto Care and Tire was able to get my car in next day. They were able to help with my concerns and were very courteous. They didn’t try to over-sell the solution, which I appreciated. They were also flexible with my pick up time ( I called ahead to say I would arrive late). I recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants good service for a fair price.

Got a flat tire and had to be towed here for service. The quality of the work was solid and the prices were fair. Customer service could be better but it’s not terrible. Overall decent neighborhood auto sop.

It was the closest place to stop at when I had sudden car problem I decided not to drive further not to make things worse I stopped at this place asking for quote the lousy manager just jumped as hungry for money saying to just put the car on lift will cost 35 $ the call it diagnostic fee that took less than 5 minuets coming back with large bill of 500 $ If I decided to fix the issue with them I denied the whole process at main time I made some calls to compare prices & found out it could be fixed at half price so I had to drive out and take my car elsewhere affordable and I was obligated to pay a fee for just a so called diagnostic in which I was pointing at it my self so a disgusting ripoff please watch for this places like this just after people money and using every customer situation.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. AAA auto care and tire saw the problem could be fixed with my vehicle with tightening of parts and therefore didn’t charge me. They changed my oil and let me into their shop area to show them my special valve oil plug. Their service and professionalism won me as a customer and I will continue to take my vehicle to them for service or repair. I’m glad I could find a reliable repair car repair company.

I took the advice from neighbors on Nextdoor and was very pleased with my service at AA Auto Care. They were very polite, and they did not price gouge. The car was ready when they promised, and they took it the day I brought it in, which was after noon. Way cheaper than going to my dealer, and I will continue to rely on them now that my warranty has expired.

I talked to someone before coming in to make sure my problem is something they could fix. They assured me that it’s something they work on. But when I came in, they looked at my car and said I needed to go a body shop. I was confused. They didn’t even try. I am thankful that they didn’t rip me off but would not recommend this facility.

BMW evaporator cleaningVery satisfied with the evaporator cleaning for my BMW. Seasonal allergens and mold spores are everywhere and its good to keep the car clean and smell fresh. The cost is very reasonable too. Highly recommended for fellow bimmers.

Without a doubt the best neighborhood auto care shop in the River Oaks. The front desk young lady, Megan, was extremely courteous and the rest of the staff was highly supportive. I came in early in the morning with a flat expecting to be late to work. After only 20 mins not only was my tire ready but they also went above and beyond and fixed a minor electrical problem on my dashboard! If you want honest pricing and dedicated results, this is the place for your car.

Been coming here several years owner managed great service. he is semi retired people running shop now are rude and undependable. today I get there at 8:15am shop closed all employees outside saying manager forgot to bring key and left to go get it.time to find another shop.

Had some complications with my inspection but they were very understanding and took great care of me!

I came in to get my 2 front tires replaced. They did that exactly as expected and seem to do a good job. However, they did try to up-sell me all sorts of other services: air filter replacements (at a really high markup) and several fluid flushes and replacements.If I wanted mediocre service and up-selling, I would have gone to a big chain instead of trying support local businesses.

This is a great place. They are really nice and they dont have Fox news on the TV.

My car had so many problems when I took it to AA Auto Care that I cant even go into it. But Greg was extremely helpful, honest, and priced everything fairly. Initial diagnostics are $75 and I think anywhere else costs at least that or more. My initial work didnt fix my car so I brought it back and they of course did not charge diagnostics again, and did everything they could to fix my car. I will be recommending their shop to any friends who need a mechanic. Im a little obsessed with my car, however, and wouldve liked for a few more phone updates over the time that it was there. I just called them instead.

Tire repair service is good but pricey.

I have been to this shop several times and had great service. Went in last week with a flat tire with my old beat up truck. He patched my tire instead of plugging it and explained why a patch is better then a plug. He said I needed new tires but I told him I was selling the truck in about 6 months. The owner Greg said they only carry Good Year tires and they are very expensive but the best tire. He looked at tires at Discount Tire and told me that they have a tire that is ok and a lot cheaper since I was going to be selling the truck. Greg was very honest, speedy service and put me back on the road. I have been there before for service and again SUPER service!!!! Thanks Greg I will use you again.

Greg is the man! Ive been here once before and had a positive experience, but tjis time, I called in and told him I desperately needed a new headlight at 5:30 (they close at 6). I got in at 5:55, his guys brought me into the garage and I was out at 6:00 on the dot! The charge was fair, the service was quick and very friendly, and most importantly, they did a great job. This is one of those places tucked along Shepherd between Westheimer and San Felipe thats easy to miss, but worth finding if you looking for knowledgable and honest car repair. Unlike the big chains it appears to be family run with a focus on giving you what you need, at a reasonable price in the time they promised vs. selling you everything under the sun. I think they actually care about their reputation and doing right by their customers - and it shows. I really wouldnt take my car anywhere else now.The first time I took my car in was for brakes that squealed when I backed up. I know nothing about cars and all I could think was Oh no, how much is that going to set me back? Turned out, they told me, that my brakes were glazed - oooohhhhh, no. Then they told me, if I could live with the occasional squeal they didnt need replacing or well, anything. But, if not, theyd change them for me, but they didnt necessarily recommend it as they presented no hazard. Wow. Ive since had them do everything from tune ups to fixing windows that will no longer go up. They always go out of their way to find the most reasonable parts and solutions, keep me informed of what they are doing and how long it will take and delivering what they promise.Bottomline: Looking for skilled, trustworthy car repair - this is the place.

I was told $750 for a repair and when I picked it up, it was $950. First time visit, unfortunately it will be my last. No reason for additional cost.
