I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience! Emilio was very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional during the whole visit! He came and greeted me as soon as I pulled up and towards the end made suggestions and broke down what my car needed and even offered me a discount on services that was recommended on my vehicle! I never felt pressured to get anything done. I can tell he is passionate about his job! Everyone there is always friendly and very helpful! Always fast service! Great customer service every time, I will be back of course!

I was checked in by the manager. All was going well, at the end I payed my bill and my vehicle had been pulled out of the bay area. I went to my truck,got in and the twenty dollar scratch off was missing. I know that an employee of that store had taken it. I went back inside and spoke with the manager about it. He and another employee went to look in my truck for it. By the was the employee that went to my truck with the manager stated that he had seen the scratch off ticket where I had left it. The manager did give me twenty dollars cash and apologize for the issue. So if you take your vehicle to have any work done, Remove All YOUR valueables first.

Had two cars in front of me for service but the wait was not terribly long. Oil change was completed quickly and the staff was very friendly. No complaints.

Very professional staff, also very polite during the oil change they also did a quick detail job on my truck. I normally take my truck to Helfman Ford but they were closed glad I did decide to come here, awesome service guys!

When changing my oil filter there was debris dropped into the fan motor, when I left there was a buzzing sound and I brought it back. The manager said it was my fault for not changing the filter and there was nothing they could do. I took it to a dealership and they confirmed that this was the issue, that whoever changed the filter should have known better and was careless, they said they could get it fixed in the next few days or I could do it myself at home as it would require me to remove 7 screws. I did this at home and fixed it myself.Update 6/26, I have contacted the manager....and yet to receive a reply. Do not think they are responsive leaving an email address.

You charged my mom for two headlight bulbs when she didnt need them. The bulbs you took one work just fine. You also just started messing with all the bulbs, side markers werent even in place.Trash losers work here, you are just lube techs not real mechanics. Have to take advantage of anyone you can to put money in your bosses pockets. Embarrassing.

I recently went for a oil change I was told the wait time was 35minutes to an hour I said ok I like y’all I’ll wait. I left my car there went did some shopping (15-25 minutes to waste time)car still sitting in same spot then I sit an wait 30 minutes in my car still no service the same car has been sitting since I arrived. I asked how much longer is the wait since y’all told me an hour and it’s been that he says oh it just depends on the mechanic well obviously y’all need a new mechanic or more mechanics. Never had a problem with the services till now I just wanted a simple oil change in and out real quick how it normally is. Still no oil change someone else will be getting my services.

The guys here were great. I was a walk in, but they got me in quickly. Wasnt too busy though. Got an oil change and inspection done.They answered all my questions and werent too pushy with trying to sell me on lots of extras like some places. Bonus points for asking, but not trying to cram anything down my throat like many other places.The place was clean, well lit and had adequate seating. If it got real busy they might run short on seats. All around had a great experience here. These guys were nice, but all business to get there customers in and out.

I was due for my State Inspection, and Jiffy Lube is my go-to place for oil changes and state inspections. (Pro Tip: Get on their email list and you can get coupons.)I arrived a little after 9:00am and was told that there would be a 45 minute wait for my inspection. Given that I could only see three employees working (this location always seems to be understaffed), I understand the delay. I took advantage of the free wi-fi and time went by quickly.My little car passed inspection and it did take about 45 minutes. I gave the employee my 50% off coupon, and got out of there for a steal! FYI, if you need a State Inspection, its always a good idea to call ahead and make sure 1) the inspector is there and 2) the machine is working.

I came in for an oil change and told them my tires sounded like theyd been vibrating and asked them to check them out. They said they just needed to be rotated and I should be good to go soon. Turns out they needed to be replaced. I found out the hard way, half way between Houston and San Antonio, while missing one of my best friends weddings.

This location is almost hidden, but the staff will keep it well known. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got the job done in no time, thanks to having working equipment (which was an issue in other locations).Went for an inspection and they had me in and out in no time. The place was very clean, even the bay was tidy. I was happy to drop in and get this done and get on my way.

I came during my lunch break and was able to return before the break was over :-). They were all professional and the store manager Jemal even took the time to tell me I was using the wrong oil on my car ( which is a hybrid) and educated me on what oil I should be using in order to keep my car running smoothly. I was in and out before I knew it. Definitely will return and recommend this store to others I know.

If i could put 0 stars i would i went to jiffy lube for a oil change months ago decided to change my oil myself this time around and turns out these guys stripped my oil drain bolt and over tightened it now i have to take it to a shop since it wont even budge don’t come here unless u want your drain bolt stripped

Of course they found other issues and opportunities for them to up-sell other services, but it was NEVER done by pressure or even felt like they were selling me anything. It was more of a just to let you be aware you may need this kind of way. Just getting my oil changed, I have to say it was a great experience!

These guys saved the day I went to another shop to get grease in the grease inserts on my 95 firebird and they flat out lied to me and said I had none ....the guys at Jiffy Lube checked them out and serviced my cars grease inserts after I was told I had none at the other show.... I will always come to this location from now on !!!

Today was the second time I arrived before 7:30 and someone came out after 7:30 to tell me no one was inside with them and therefore they were unable to open until another person arrived Very unprofessional
