DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE REPAIR SHOP!!!Went into to change a flat tire, they told me that it needed to be replaced and the two rear tires needed to be changed because they were bald. They went on and on about how it wasn’t safe for me to drive with the bald tired and that if I changed one then I would have to change the others.I said fine and told them to replace all three but then they said that they couldn’t do it and just decided to replace one because they wanted to close on time instead of taking the time to help a customer in need.I understand wanting to go home but it’s not good customer service to leave a customer in need hanging and it wasn’t as if I wasn’t willing to pay because I was willing to pay whatever price needed after they went on and on about how I could wreck my car with the tires that I presently had but so that they could go home “on time” they decided to just change one and wish me luck. What would have happened if I got my car wrecked and couldn’t make it home or worse? They were incredibly callous and uncaring, which surprising, given the fact that they seemed to care only 15 MINUTES EARLIER when they wanted my money!!
Went there for a flat tire that can be patched, after 3 hours, they told it had to be completed changed. If I went to another tire shop, they wouldve patched it just fine since it was just damage on the trend of the tire and not the sides. Just felt scammed but already too late to go to another shop since I waited for 3 hours. 1 star for making my car drivable.
Thieves.i came over here because i had an issue on my AC, they told me that the problem was the compressor that does not work anymore and the car need to replace all AC sistem at cost of 2100$ (considering that the cost of the kit is 300$ for my dodge journey).i went to autozone, i bought the refrigerant and i just filled it...my ac work great.my question is: are they really competent to repair the cars?my answer is: NO, because thei are just thieves.i should report.
First person that I was getting help from was rude. I explained my situation to him with a tire that had a leak and he pretty much blew me off. The other guy who help me afterwards was good. He helped me out. I wouldnt say the service was bad overall but it wasnt great.

According to the ratings and comments, this location is hit or miss. I usually just come in for an oil change (with an appointment scheduled the day before)to this location and they are always quick and thorough.Today was no exception.I needed an alignment, front and rear brakes, 100k mile tune-up and tires. Without getting into all of the details, these folks did a great job in less than a day and at a price that was very competitive.Special shout-out to Chris for spotting a warranty issue with my old tires and doing everything he could to get me taken care of.And one last thing I will add for anyone that has had a bad experience here is, practice patience and make appointments. These guys/gals are working very hard to juggle the onslaught of unhappy customers that are having a “bad car day.”Not to mention the heat and physical wear and tear on a person it takes to repair and service vehicles!
Terrible experience: I pulled up to get the tire pressure light checked first of all NONE OF THE WORKERS there acknowledged or came up to ask what I needed. I waited for 10 minutes and btw it was extremely hot weather, finally a VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE NAME PAUL came and HE STARTED TALKING IN A VERY HARSH TONE. I ANSWERED HIM BACK IN THE SAME MANNER AS WELL. I was livid and shocked that they dont know how to treat customers instead of acknowledging they are extremely RUDE. I just drove off and wont be going to this location. FIRESTONE WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
After working a 10 hr shift, I stopped by Firestone for a lifetime alignment and multipoint inspection. When I arrived I was greeted professionally by Kris. He gave me clear information about the car services, we agreed to the work and the crew at Firestone got my car up quick and I was out the door in no time. Thank you guys for making my car ride smoother and have better fuel efficiency. See y’all nest time.
After two days just needing a tire they still could not do a proper alignment that dud not feel needed in the first place. I ended up driving with a non straight steering wheel home.
So I came in waited for 30 min and the older short Hispanic gentleman didn’t even say hi and I was trying to get his attention so that I can get air in my tire! He continued to do his work and I finally hunked at him and he came to my car rudely told me to wait to get air in my tires! I told him ok then went back to work I finally asked him can I get air in my tire and he said I’ll get some one, and continue to and finally 30 min later someone can to help me! This is the worst customer service ever! this location is close to my house and y’all should fire that Man! He’s si rude!
AMAZING service is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! Chris was Paris were soooo helpful in a last minute situation. They were about to close soon yet they served me so courteously! I dont often leave reviews but this company is just the worst - It isnt limited to an incident nor to this location - Ive interacted with many locations and many times over a year+. This company as a whole in my experience is found to be less than trustworthy, truthful or even honest. The rot of this company can only be coming from the central management as no single store was any different from the others - they are all simply unreliable.And Yes to the company person who may reply (b/c they want to save face without changing) - I already went through your customer service people many times. This company simply is worse than the Grinch and Scrooge.
If i could give it a No star i would. Called an asked for available appointment times. Set up an appointment a day in advance at the time they told me was available. Get there the next day at my appointment time and he tells me its going to take awhile to get me in and a couple hours to do a diagnostic. Horrible customer service. The guy acted as if I was a burden on him. Firestone is a joke.

Said I needed to schedule service because it could have be something other than a nail. I was even willing to buy new tires. Went around the corner to some tire shop, the lady took out the nail and fixed it in minutes for $15. Dont come here. Theyre lazy and will try to upsell you on something.
Incompetent. I went to get my steering and suspension inspected. If dont know what they did for 2 hours, but it wasnt their job. In the end they said everything was fine. Thatd the only thing they suggest was replacing thre cv shafts and sway bar links. The boots were torn and leaking grease. So I go buy them and replace them. Links yeah they were done, but the shafts were perfectly fine!! They wanted to charge me 1200 for the job! Anyways, fast forward a month later, I buy new tires at Pepboys. They show me all my control arm bushings are shot. Shouldnt Firestone have noticed this? Will never take my car there again.
Had my tire repaired today. The employee in front was very helpful and fast. Waiting time was much less than was told. Overall it was a very great experience. Will definitely come back.
It is very disappointing when you take your car to a big company, as Firestone for a/c repair and a regular mechanic with no big company behind him, did a better job. I paid around $130 to add cooling fluid/Freon to my Car. The Firestone worker said I only needed a certain amount of cooling/Freon because my car had already some. Next, the worker came back and said that unfortunately the ac was not working because my compressor was bad, the new price to replace it was more than $1,200.00. I drove off believing the Firestone worker. Noticing also no difference in the ac. A friend of mine has a friend who is a mechanic and I called him to see if he could give me a better deal. He fixed the ac and I did not have to change the ac compressor. And I only paid him $80 dollars. Yes, the compressor is going to need replacement but not right now he said, and my ac wow!! Is working. My advice is take it to a regular mechanic one you can trust and not to a big company who is going rip you off.

Got a lifetime wheel alignment on my 2016 Lexus NX on New Year’s Day. The front desk wasn’t too welcoming but the service was quick and genuine. They have a new year’s one day special discount of $50 for a lifetime alignment that usually costs $199 plus taxes.
Went to this store in the last minute because my tires were completely worn out. The store manager, Luke, took a good care of me - gave me reasonable price and fast turn around. Really appreciate his help. Def come back here again.
This is the worst Firestone store I have ever been to. They always forget to put the next scheduled service sticker on my car. I even called them ahead to remind them, but still, they didnt do it. My wife had to drive back and ask them in person to put it on.My worst experience was, they left a dirty filter in my car. Its been almost a year since I did the oil change, and I just found out today. I was changing oil at Honda dealership, the mechanic told me there was a dirty filter stuck somewhere close to the new filter. He told me it was very dangerous. So, if you want to live longer, stay away from this place.

Ive been to this place for just an oil change, the associate broke the screw from the oil pan. they charged me over $500 to fix it . Also the sound of my engine got rough after the oil change. I dont recommend this store at all.
Ive come here a couple of times. The first time was because I unfortunately had a flat. Second time, it was just time for a new tire and alignment. Luke has been great every time. Hes very friendly and will answer your questions, even if you think they are stupid lol.
Love this place!The staffs are nice and quick. I thought it would take a long time since I saw other reviews, and was planning to drop it off. But it was taken care of much quicker than I expect. The guy who helped me, I think his name was Luke, was very informative and gave me good advice of how to taken care of my car.
I took my car for a spark plug change and I they did an inspection on my car, my car was shaking a lit bit, I was able to drive normaly but they returned my car shaking and vibrating very hard. Do not recommend them
I honestly wish I was able to give this store 0 stars.. I went into the store to simply get my tire pressure checked and the guy at the front desk gave me problems about it. It’s sad that it’s 2020 and people of a certain race can’t get good service. Pitiful pitiful service.
They’re very kind and helpful. Luke tells me everything straight forward and explain everything to me; so I have a better understanding of what is going to happen to the car or what need to be done. This is my go to place no matter how far I live . I recommend this place to all my friends and family members and they love the service here!
Please anyone who needs a service related to tires go to a different tire shop. 2 employees were very rude extremely rude. Yes we were not a customer but we had a emergency pull in to same lot, and I walked in to borrow a jack stand for temporary. First he said no then he told me to come around and he will let me borrow his personal. So I went around then he started to talk with another employee then he came up to me asking for money in cash to borrow the Jack stand if he cannot recieve cash tips in his hand it will be impossible for him to borrow a jack stand because once something goes wrong fault is on him. This only explains that he wants a cash in his hand to borrow a jack stand thats it. Extremely rude no no for all.
Beware!!! Dont let this shop rip you off!! Bad Techs or Dishonesty? Regardless go elsewhere!! This location charged me for a new battery and alternator because my van would not hold a charge. I picked it up once finished and parked it in under my carport. The next day it would not start!! Wow.. I took it back but this time they told me it has an electrical problem, that is after collecting $800 for items that obviously was not the cause of the issue. They could not fix or figure out the issue so I took it to another shop. Guess what!! That shop (Martinez Wheel on Riggs Rd) quickly found an electrical short and replaced a switch that fixed the issue. Luke the manger gave me a partial credit so I guess they stole half my money rather than all of it. This is not counting the 2 weeks I wasted dealing with these crooks and or idiots. The sad thing is that they could be doing this to people that cant afford a $400 lesson or $800 + if I would not have complained.

Took my car in just for a tire change. Spent 2 hours waiting and within 30 secs of my car being back there they come back inside and tell me they can’t take the tire off do to the lug nuts being stripped... so I looked myself and said it’s not stripped ... took it else where tire was taken off easily and changed... waste of time and poor mechanics.

Two stars. Very disappointed. Ive been going to this location for several years now. Past two times Ive been given quotes for a lot of work that just didnt seem necessary. When I got a second opinion, I was right. Most recently, they wanted close to $800 to replace my brakes all around. Turns out, I didnt need new rotors at all, and had an expert replacement of brake pads done at Beraca Muffler and Brake for a little more than $250. Really wish I could have continued to depend on this Firestone, but new management has just not been up to par. :-( 5/31/19 Update: Chad, the manager, left me a voice message and I returned his call. It was a nice gesture, but I wasnt truly convinced the call was anything other than lip service. Ive added a star for the effort. I hope the business model reverts to the one I remember.
I went in the morning to get new tires, and they were quick and very polite. Had to come back later that day because my engine wouldn’t start, and they were still extremely polite and now my car is running better than it EVER has before. You can bet if I need anything else done, I’m going back to Firestone!
Alignment for three of my Lexuss was long overdue. Justin and April were extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding the plan and how it lasted the lifetime of my car, not my tires. They have a new Hunter machine and showed me the calibration before and after. Thank you again.
They gave me a bad tire for my truck. And they keep given me the run around about it. They have not fix the problem yet. Do not take your vehicle to this place for tire related issues. Look at the many 1 star ratings on here depicting similar situations.

This is my go to place. I came in with a flat tire and a car, that just reached 100k miles, and needed a tune up. Justin explained everything they were going to do and gave me some good discounts on the services I needed. He called me with updates and helped me make important decisions about some additional that needed to be done in the future. The best part was that they were able to have everything done by the end of the day.
Ive gone to this location twice for oil changes and each time I was met with great service. The oils change was relatively quick, and they checked my vehicles other fluids and tires for free. Seth was the gentleman that helped me today, and he was very kind and honest with me about the state of my car. I appreciate him taking care of my needs.
With only one person in front of us it still check the technician 35 minutes to complete a putting on of a new tire on a wheel and thats it. they also do not have public restrooms due to this covid-19 noneense which by the way you cant catch when youre in a single-stall bathroom alone from another person... was told warrenty was 11 bucks at original purchase and I had to walk out of there having doled out 35 more and thats WITH him discounting it cuz I didnt bring my card.
I called this location to see if they could do a state inspection. The nice woman on the phone told me that they only had one car in front of me and that if I came in it would be about 30 minutes. I was only a few minutes down the road so I promptly arrived about five minutes later. The woman on the phone was the one that was at the counter and she took my keys and told me it would be 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later I noticed that my car was still parked where I had parked it. I then asked one of the service techs if they had already finished with it and he let me know that it had not even been started. He then went back and asked the only guy at their facility that can do inspections how long it would be and he claimed that he had another 30 minutes on the one he was working on. Essentially my inspection would take at least another hour. I did not have an hour to wait and had to leave. What a ridiculous and completely avoidable situation. Also, on what planet does an inspection take an hour? No wonder this place has such bad reviews.
Went to this one to get a tire checked had to buy a new one. Then at the same time I got a Alignment and tire rotation, got home my back hubcap was missing reported it to the mananage he said he would have to order hubcaps for my car. Went back the following week to have my hubcaps replaced at FIRESTONE mistake the manager himself only put on 1 hubcap and he saw it wouldnt stay on. Now I have one new hubcap and 3 old and it may come off. I have been going to this location for my car needs a long time and always asked for LUKE . But when it FIRESTONE mistake how can you give a customer one hubcap and walk off with the other three. I always have gave them a five star at this location but now its a 2 star, reason ( poor service)
Terrible service. Kept telling us its be done in an hour, 7 hours later, told my husband he had to walk to go pick up the car. When he got there they told him he cant take the car because something else was broken. Cant pick it up for two days because its over Christmas and they wont even order the parts they need until Wednesday so we probably wont get the car back until next week. They have had our car for two days now and all they had to do was replace a strut mount.

Either they are SCAMMERS or BAD mechanics that don’t know anything about cars! I just went in for Freon for my ac and this location told me the Freon was fine and deliberately mislead me by telling me my compressor was bad. Had another mechanic look at it and he showed me how my compressor pumps and physically works fine.. Also showed me that my car was completely dry of Freon. Had me pay all this money for a new compressor, had it installed when that’s not even what’s wrong with my car. I called corporate to complain and this location came up with a whole new reason for why my ac wasn’t working (saying there was a leak) that they never mentioned before and that’s not documented on the receipt they gave me. One things is for sure they do not care about customers.
Had my company truck in to have my brakes replaced/repaired. I asked them to drop me off at my office and they told me they would. They dropped me off and i told them to call me when they had assessed the situation. They failed to call me, so I called several hours later and they said they were done. They picked me up and took me back to the store. The tech informed me they had fixed the front pads and rotors but had not fixed the back brakes and proceeded to tell me the back shocks were bad because they were leaking, but they said they couldnt replace right now and I could come back later for that. I got my truck back and left the store, but stopped a short ways down the road just to see if I could see what they had done. I glanced at the front and back brakes and it looked like they had replaced the rear pads but not the rotors and on the front it looked they replaced the rotors on the front but not the pads. The follow up to this is about a month later I was getting a grinding noise when I braked, so I took it in to waterside Firestone to have them to see what was going on, they informed me I had a frozen/locked front right caliper that would need to be replaced and then a full brake job was needed all the way around, additionally they told me the leak in the back was not a bad shock but the back axle seal was bad and the seal needed replacing. Frankly it appears the guys at this store have no idea what they are doing when it comes to brakes and more. I wont be going back to the store at 9529 Westheimer road.

Absolutely terrible!I took my car for an oil change. They called back and told me that I have a small oil leak in the gasket and it should be replaced. I asked them to do it. They did such a bad job that next time when I parked the car from a long drive home (45 miles), oil was pouring down (after spending $500). I took my car back and found out that they didnt install the new gasket correctly. So they did it again for free. Still the leak was there. How bad!!!Then I call them again and they asked me to take the car to the dealership. What!!!???

Brought my car in two weeks ago, and Im very happy with my experience. I had a problem that was hard to describe, but James clued into it very quickly. A test drive and diagnostic check later, and I was out the door without too much trouble or cost. I was expecting an expensive repair, but instead James earned my trust. I hate searching for a mechanic because I’m never sure if they’re pulling one over on me, but I plan to come here from now on.
Spent the whole day there.... literally. All type of work was done to my car from our change, fluid check and brake work. However, I was simply there for a State inspection and after 7 hours waiting...NEVER GOT THE STATE INSPECTION DONE. They didnt know thats what I wanted! Smh Terrible location!
I had an issue with my Interstate Battery. I walked in with the battery and got a new one in 5 minutes. They were super helpful and super friendly. I will return.

They charged over $500 to replace a battery and alternator for 02 honda civic. I took my car there because it kept dying when leaving it idle. Did not fix the problem completely and said itll cost another 800 to replace the computer inside the car. Took over 2 days, and added warranties without telling me. Terrible experience, would not recommend it.

They never reset the service notification once I received the oil change. I received a new battery as well and now the automatic function on my windows do not work. I drive an Infiniti and the windows have to be reset when you replace the battery. Clearly nothing too bad happened but this is huge annoyance, especially when you pay a lot of money to have your car working properly and theres STILL a problem. The cherry on top was when the woman on the phone had the nerve to tell me that a fuse could have possibly blown. YEAH FREAKING RIGHT. My windows have worked perfectly fine for the whole 2 years Ive had the car. I refuse to give them anymore money. Rant over.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will rip you off. I took my car in because it stalled when I went through a puddle. They kept my car all day and still didnt fix it. I brought it back like they told me and they replaced the air flow sensor and said after that it would work. It was worse! 600$ later they said Im sorry we cant fix it, you need to take it to a dealership. They said I had rust on the wires and it was probably a computer problem. I took it to the dealership and they fixed it that day. Firestone had apparently left the main air flow sensor unplugged which in turn made my spark plugs go bad so i had to get those replaced as well as another sensor, but nothing was wrong with the computer and no rust anywhere....imagine that? Firestone lied to me and they will lie to you. Even while i was waiting at Firestone a lady came back in saying her car was worse sounding then when she dropped it off. Youre better off taking your car to the dealership to begin with. Firestone does not know what they are doing at all when it comes to cars.
Seriously, I HAVE to give this business at least 1 star? Ridiculous. I would give it no stars. Never would I ever come back to this Firestone. The name complete auto care is a joke within itself. Dishonest, unprofessional, and horrible customer service!Here is a timeline of the events.- DAY 1I arrived late on a Sunday and asked the attendant how long an oil change would take. He said he wouldnt be able to take any more cars in as they were closing in an hour. I completely understood. So, he made an appointment for me the following day later in the afternoon.- DAY 2I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment after work. I requested that they also examine and find the root of the rattling noise coming from the hood. It took them 1 hour just to finish a standard oil change. Then, he recommends that the alternator/generator OR the water pump needed to be replaced to resolve the rattling sounds, but they will know for sure once the expert tech listens to it carefully. I said okay, just give me an estimate of the costs. They literally tell me the alternator is the issue, so they go ahead and replace it. BUT, the sound is still coming! I had to diagnose the issue myself by researching it on YouTube. The problem was rooted in the water pump not the alternator. These so-called mechanics need more expertise and training. I work in an energy/services industry, and our techs are trained in a long duration program to make sure they are skilled in every aspect. These Firestone mechanics dont know what they are talking about. I HAD to use my research and diagnose this car issue. He agreed that I was right, and that the water pump replacement would come in the next day. I was there for 3 hours just to add.-DAY 3I really didnt want to come here AGAIN, third day in row. Since Dominique was off that day, but Paul the tech was, she consulted with him as to what happened the day before. The so called mechanic, Paul, examined the car for a full hour and COULD NOT pinpoint the root of the solution. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! She tells me there is no solution and NOW the compressor was the issue and the next steps would be a dealership and would cost me around $1800!!! Conflicting answers from each person!!!I will be calling the HQ and filing complaints, and I will give you a poor rating on every single ratings/reviews network.
The mechanics here have no idea what they are doing, especially when it comes to AC. Definitely not going to this place again. Their diagnosis of the problem with my AC was way off then what the actual problem was. I was able to get my AC fixed for the 1/5th of the price they were quoting me since their diagnosis about my problem was incorrect.
I took my Saturn to this Firestone last month to have new tires put on. I do not have any complaints about this service. My complaint with them concerns the repair of the brake light. They told me that the socket was burned out and it would cost me $500.00 to have it replaced. I told them to forget about fixing the light. I took the car to another local service station and told them what I had been told. Their technician looked at the car and told me the only thing wrong with it was the bulb was burned out. Total cost to fix it was $2.99! Bottom line, do not take your car to this Firestone Center. They are intentionally ripping people off or they dont know what they are doing. Either way, steer clear of them!

Firestone, and this location has bad service and they cheat people. I left my Mazda 2014 with them to fix my front lef flat tier and take off the nail, I also asked the service manager Sith to do a tier rotation. 4 hours went by and I came back to pick up the car, and after I left the I looked at the markes they left in the flat tier but the didn’t rotate the tiers. The Manager said we don’t remember if we did it or no but I got upset about charging me for no service or complete sarvice.
Today I had appointment at 7:00 am to change oil and filter in my car after 2 hour 30 min the bring me back my car. I cant believe it, this was the most long oil and filter change in my life. When arrived to the place I ask to the guy ! hey buddy how many time I need to wait for the service and he said just 45 min ok cool. I WAIT 2 HOUR 30 MIN I CANT BELIEVE IT. worst and slow job just for replace oil and filter. so after that the bring me the key, i went to my car i turn in on the engine and saw in the instrumental panel the maintenance light on, and I said this is a joke why they dont reset the light? I come back to place I ask to the technician ! hey what going on with the maintenance light ? and he said ohh sorry but i cant reset may be the sensor is dirty, I said ok dont worry. when I came at home I reset the light by my self . the technician (christian) dont have idea about the simple reset maintenance light. this is my last maintenance in this place horrible work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Firestone in Houston. I purchased the lifetime alignment here 2 years ago and since that time this place has gone way downhill. They refuse to give me the alignment readout i asked for, didnt honor my tire rotation request and lied to me about pricing. Took my vehicle in for an air conditioner recharge and they filled the coolant without checking the system. Misquoted me on pricing 4 times and my AC still does work. Refused to return my calls and when I was in their office would not make eye contact while I was speaking with them, kept answering the phone while we spoke, staring at the computer screen and talking to co-workers without having manners. Disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. Typical do the minimum attitude and not caring if the customer is happy. If you like to argue and be treated rudely this is the place to go.
They have no idea how to properly do alignments. Had to take my car elsewhere to get the job done after dealing with their BS
To be completely honest... I have learned over the last couple years that it doesnt matter which Firestone you go to they are all staffed and run by complete and utter imbeciles. Took my car in to get a slow leak and one of my tires patched along with a tire rotation being that I bought the tires at Firestone ( unfortunately). I have learned over the last couple years that it is absolutely imperative that you make an appointment unless you want to sit there all day or leave your car overnight. So I made an appointment arrived on time Kama they saw me promptly and had my car ready for me within about 45 minutes. Im leaving, being that I live right around the corner I did not have any high-speed or freeway driving to do at that moment period few hours later I jump on the freeway and as my car reaches 60 miles an hour the steering wheel starts to shake violently back and forth vibrating the entire car... You could hear my watch rattle from holding the steering wheel it was so bad. Took it to a buddy of mine who is a mechanic and was going to have him read torque the Wheels as I have Hub Centric lug nuts on my wheels because they are aftermarket. Upon taking each wheel off and retorquing the wheels to the proper spec... He noticed that two of the wheels were balanced and two of the wheels were simply not balanced at all. Meaning to of my wheels one in the front and one in the back had absolutely no weights on the inside of the wheel to balance them... I called up Firestone tell them that they did not balance two of my Wheels. Their response was that I did not ask for a wheel balance. I said I didnt know I had to as a tire rotation and balance usually go hand-in-hand. But Ill just let them have that one... It still doesnt explain why two of my tires had all the balance weights taken off of them completely... The staff member refused to admit fault but ask me to come back in and that they would balance them free of charge. While in the end they did make it right, it does not change the fact that every single time I step into one they get something wrong. Theres a reason that I have never gone to the same Firestone twice... Never ever ever let them touch your vehicle if you have any sense about whatsoever.
Very badIt takes 2 days to fix my car and day did not fix. They charged me for more than $1000.Never get back there and I do not recommend this awful store.

Absolutely ecstatic about my experience here!!! Came in worried about a battery vs alternater problem; turns out it was a dead battery. The gentleman looked it up and it was still under warranty so it was covered! He had it fixed in less than 10 mins! Ive never been happy leaving a mechanic before, but was super thrilled today! Thank yall!!

The auto Care advisor Stephanie, was very informative and displayed awesome customer service.
Told 2 different time estimates, 1 hr over the phone, got to the store less than 10 mins from the call and it went up to 3 hrs wait. Then waited even longer than that. All to get an alignment, which on a bad day takes 30 mins. Techs drag their feet and hang out in the office instead of getting things done to move customers along. And service writers dont care about your business.

Walked in on Sunday morning to get an alignment around 10am.There were technicians sleeping in the waiting area and not a single car in the shop.The service advisor then tells me it will be a two hour wait.Are you kidding me ?This company has changed for the worseSo sadThey lost a customer for life
Took an appointment for 8AM for oil change .waited for 90 mins. They did not start. Never come to this center for any service
This place is horrible. I had made an appointment for 5:30, came in 15 minutes early, and they still didnt take it in until after 6 pm. Mike said it was because he only had one guy working. Then someone called for an appointment and he explained that they close at 7, but send almost everyone home by 5:30. After they finished, the mechanic took a personal call on his cell phone while he drove my car up.

Droped of my honda for whole starting system check, they called me later and told me I have a bad battery so they cant check the system, and still charge me the full check price!!!
