I purchased a 2015 Chevy Camaro Convertible on 10-25-21. Ms Blanca was the one that helped me and she was amazing. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past and by far this was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Ms Blanca was kind and easy to work with. I used Central Cadillac a year ago for purchasing a part and found the parts department to provide excellent service, so when I need my vehicle serviced I contacted the Service team. My vehicle needed a new battery and oil change. I was able to schedule and complete my service the same day as calling Central Cadillac. The service advisor provided an explanation of my warranty and scheduled a courtesy vehicle through Alto to get me back home and then back to the dealer to pick up my car. It was incredibly easy and painless.

Kayla has gone above and beyond multiple times to deliver excellent customer service to me since I purchased my Cadillac. I have bought many vehicles over the years and have never experienced the level of service she has consistently provided. Her care for the customer and knowledge of the product makes her stand out above the rest!

As far as new car dealerships go I give Central Cadillac of Houston a good rating. Inventory was a little short, but that was due to the pandemic and all new car dealers are having difficulties in getting new vehicles right now. The sales staff was outstanding especially my salesperson Mr. T. Mooney. I also find the location very convenient. All in all, I had a great experience, and drove out with a fantastic automobile.

The customer service at this dealership is horrible!!!! I took my car here for service and they wrecked it!!!! It was in the body shop for five weeks. I finally picked up my car to be told that the car still needed a part and spark plugs🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I will never go here again. My Grandparents have purchased cars at this local for over 50 years. Since Central Cadillac bought this dealership, everything has changed. So sad Mr. Stewart passed away.

This truck was stolen from dealership after It was dropped off in the service department for repairs. They refuse to pay for the truck or claim it on the shop insurance. This dealership is trying to get away from paying by trying to get my insurance to pay for the stolen truck. I will not recommend for anyone to buy from this dealership or even use the service department. The last thing I would hate to happen is that someone else gets there car stolen from this dealership. If I could I would give it zero stars

Service advisor Jennifer Jijon helped with warranty repairs, offered me a loaner, and gives weekly updates on the status of my vehicle and time frame on parts ordered and when they are received. Just got my brand new 2021 Cadillac CT4 at Central Houston Cadillac and the experience was great! Rodrick King is one of a kind. I’ve never enjoyed buying a car and being at a dealership as much as I did with him. I recommend if your looking for a Top notch experience go see Car King Rod!

My new Cadillac CT5 continues to have problems from check engine light (dealer unable to locate the source ), door mechanism had to be replaced as it caused radio not to turn off, subtle jerk when transmission changes gears when driving (continuous) water pump replaced twice. Had an appointment to have the oil changed when I arrived I was told they were out of oil filters and to reschedule and my window was cracked at the dealership (waiting on replacement window). I am glad it is still under warranty. It is a inconvenience to take the car numerous times to the dealership. No more American cars for me.

Mr. Lee Brown was an excellent and very attentive salesman. I purchased a 2013 CTS Cadillac through him at Central Cadillac. I was very pleased with how he handled everything from beginning to end. He was amazing and quite cordial. Very pleasing attitude. I would be a return customer in the future and I have referred others.

Blanca is the absolute best Sales Consultant out there. She had my best interests at heart and answered all 500 of my questions. While we negotiated numbers, she took the time to explain them to me and was patient while my husband and I talked them over. She pointed out features of the vehicle and walked me through the entire car buying process. I quickly felt like I had been working with her for years! I would want to work with Blanca to purchase all of my future vehicles. She will be my first call in the future!

I drove to downtown Houston from Willis Texas over 70 miles to look at 1 of their used jeeps. I think they use photoshop to photoshop to post on their ad when I got to their dealership the Jeep had rust all over both front and rear fenders all the anchoring boat bolt inside holding the seats had rust The windshield looked like it was shot with a gun most led lights in the front did not work blinkers did not work While test driving it sounds like the tailgate was going to fall off laugh big waste of time they should have disclosed all these issues before I drove all the way there.

Let me tell you! Perfect service, perfect customer service. I didn’t even buy my car here and they all were so nice, got me in and out, even washed and vacuumed my car on THEIR lunch break! Definitely recommend coming here. Amazing staff
