I always enjoy the Cadillac experience. The atmosphere in the waiting area gives one a sense of home because you have access to a charging station, tv viewing and beverages. The employees are courteous and professional, particularly Mr Young, who made sure that I was satisfied with the parts that were replaced. After being rejected by Bayway Cadillac for my tire service needs, I then went to Tom Peacock Cadillac and immediately I was taken care of by Ron Jenkins, a service consultant. It was so easy and so fast. I just drove over there without making an appointment. They said that the service would be finished in less than an hour. There was no issues or no qualms. Took our Cadillac in for a specific reason (shaking while accelerating over 65). First time we paid almost $3000 for control arms, brakes and rotors. Didnt fix the problem.My husband took it back and drove with the mechanic to show him what was going on. Just picked it up today after paying another $1500 for a transfer case and its still doing the same thing! Mechanics clearly have no idea what it is and are just replacing things blindly at this point.The Manager drove with my husband now and took the car back to fix the problem (hopefully). I will update when we get it back.***UPDATE***Took me a bit to get back to this review. We got it back and its fixed.The front axle was to blame and we werent charged again to get it done.I get that cars can be hard to diagnose and I appreciate the manager getting it fixed right after $4,500. Ill change my star rating, but will never take another vehicle here again.
This dealer has A+ service and attitude. Our sales person (Britney) went over the top in ensuring that our needs were met. Starting from the moment I set up a scheduled meeting to view a vehicle in stock she assured me that it was present and ready for viewing. Once we got there, the staff was extremely attentive and made sure that my wife and I were comfortable. They brought the vehicle around and allowed us to fit two car seats. The vehicle walk around was smooth and not very pressured to see what we thought or are we planning to buy; you know the car salesman pitch but rather the conversation was easy and very informative. Once we decided to make the purchase the process was quick and convenient. This staff is professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend this dealer for your next purchase if you want quality.

General maintenance is taken care of, someone hit me a couple of weeks after I bought my car did over $17,000 worth of damage, replace my windshield; so needless to say I have used them and I am delighted with every time that Ive used them!! Peacock Cadillac and especially Shawn Rahmi was awesome. We began our Cadilliac experience with A dealer which was forced to close to GM restructuring a while back. We tried Peacock Cadillac on 2016 with our second vehicle. Such great care and great pricing we decided once again to stay and see what they could do on the 2022 offers. Well we traded our original 2004 Deville in and chose to try our first SUV, the XTS. Shawn located one like we wanted and we made a deal 2 days before it arrived. Today he held our hands going through every improvement and option we hadn’t had with prior vehicles. A totally appreciative and satisfied customer will recommend Peacock and specifically Shawn to work with anyone to get you in the drivers seat of your dream car. That said there were so many folks working behind the scenes to finalize this purchase. Our rating is 5 Stars for the whole dealership!
I found Dana and Skeen to be great to deal with. Most new car experiences for me have felt rather stressful - long drawn out day to close the deal and complete the paperwork. That was not the case with these two. I found them both to be very organized and helpful - made me feel an unusual level of trust that fairness to me was important. With every visit the Tom Peacock team have handled all my vehicles issues in a profesional and timely manner keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle on a regular basis. Tom Peacock has a customer service like no other and I will continue to use their service .

This place is a Total waste of time and Money. They Lied about inspections that I paid for on a used vehicle that I brought to them to inspect before I bought it 2 days later the wheel was about to fall off. At the same time it was in for the A/C to be checked they had my vehicle for 3 1/2hrs and told me i needed a New Compressor $1,800. And it was a $200 part that went in the glove box. On my 2nd and last visit I went in for a oil change with a coupon for $49 and ended up spending $74 and they lost my center cap on my Escalade and told me Sorry we cant find it we going to have to order you another one. But found it after I started to complain about their Sorry Azz Service. I will NEVER go there AGAIN😡😠🤬.

I have had two different bad experiences at this dealer. First they kept/disappeared my old/broken FOB key when I replaced it for a new one and I let them know from the beginning that I want it back. Second, I realized my wheel lock and jack were missing shortly after they gave me service. I contacted customer service to complain and they just swept the complain under the rug and do nothing about it. They will never see me again. Beware!
