I am new to the Cadillac brand but not GM vehicles. I am new to Sewell Cadillac. Aaron Mushinski from Sewell Cadillac Huston made this an amazing experience. Without his input I would not of made this purchase from an out of state dealer. He made the process easier than if I came into the dealership. Clean, polite and professional as usual but had a appointment to have service done to my vehicle and was told I would have a loaner. When I arrived they did not have a loaner available. Not a Sewell thing to do. Pretty disappointed.
Visited today for service on my XT6 and was really impressed by the posture, patience, and professionalism of the service attendants, and also the service technician. He provided me with information and a relaxed stance as I expressed my concerns with my vehicle that relieved my anxiety. About 1.5 years ago my wife and I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac. We met with Aaron Mushinski and had an amazing experience. Fast forward to July 3rd, 2021 as we decided it was time for a second Cadillac. We could have went to any Cadillac dealer in the Houston area but we specifically chose Sewell because of Aarons excellent knowledge of the vehicles and amazing customer service. Pulled into the bay, Rocky greeted me with a hello and how can I help you..Explained to him what my issues were..he summoned a tech to do a test drive with me. The tech gave his recommendations based on his diagnosis....Right shock needed replacing..2 hours later I was on my way.. Repaired my vehicle with the promised completion time. Excellent Service as always!

There should be a zero star category for both Cadillac and Sewell. They say the difference between a good company and bad is how they handle situations when they go bad.I have a top of the line Escalade bought in 2017. Early last year, the dash started to lift and bubble. Given the pandemic, we didnt get in right away and once we finally had it looked at, we were told our warranty expired. This would be a cost to us at over $3000. I would understand if this were a low end Chevy but this is a $95K Cadillac. In this level of vehicle, this should not happen. I called Chevrolet and they agreed to reduce the price and pay for half. Still did not resolve the issue which is defective workmanship and materials. Sewell admitted this is not the first instance.Secondly, I needed new tires and they agreed to price match Discount Tire. I didnt realize they dont match the warranty. I had a slow leak in one of the tires so took it to Sewell. They offered to fix it for $50 (which Discount does for free with warranty). I agreed but they came back after service and told me the nail was too close to the side to repair and would need to buy a new tire. ..of course no warranty. I looked over the tire when I returned home and the nail was dead center in the tire. Took it to a repair shop and repaired to $15.Bait and switch selling inferior products. All they had to do was take care of the problem but refused on all accounts. If youre not concerned about anything going wrong, then Sewell probably gets 5 stars. Good luck otherwise.

Trey Darty in service made my whole day!!! I had just assumed that I could get a rental with my oil change, but due to the shortage of rental cars they said typically they are telling people who wait less than an hour, they just need to wait in the lobby. I’m pregnant and told him I had a baby appointment that I couldn’t miss. He said, “I’ll make it happen. Your baby is the most important thing”. I made it to my appointment with the rental car. It’s the little things like this that make a huge impact on your customers. Thank you for caring so much about us and treating us like family!!
It was a not good news to find out what was needed to get my car fixed but Trey and the service dept. made it a lot less painful. Trey was amazing in keeping me informed and went above and beyond to help me get my car back as I had to go out of town that week. I have always had a great experience with the service dept. at Sewell but this time it was exceptional.
This dealership continues to impress me! I have had my Cadillac since 2017. Had a flat tire and called Sewell roadside service. Lynn came and took the tire off, and put on a spare. Ryan at the Service Center fixed the tire, and Lynn brought it back and put it on.The following week the new tire was leaking. and we did it all again but this time there was no charge. Just wanted to let Lynn and Ryan know they really took care of me. My coworkers could not believe the kind of service I was getting. Of course I told them they need to get their next car at Sewell because the service is in a class all their own! Ryan and Lynn rock!

A big Thank You to Ryan Burke of Sewell Cadillac! After I heard an unknown noise in my XT6 he had the patience and professionalism with me bringing my vehicle in 3 times for the same issue. Of course, when I would bring the car in, the noise could not be detected. He and the service department didn’t give up on trying to detect the noise for me. The service department went over and above and between all detected the noise and fixed my noise. My car is noise free due to the expertise of all involved. This is our first time visiting Sewell Cadillac. We live in Arkansas and traveled to Houston to visit family. During our commute, the battery light started blinking. We called the dealership 5 minutes before closing. We explained to Tom our problem. He was extremely kind, listened to us gave his recommendations even after 7pm (closing time). We arrived at the dealership shortly after it opened the very next morning. As soon as we pulled into the garage, Tom knew exactly who we were without us having to tell him. He kept us informed throughout our visit. The atmosphere of the dealership was great. The staff was friendly, professional and well groomed. If I could rate our experience greater than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I went last Saturday to Central Houston Cadillac just looking at new cars. Had a few hours to spare while my son was at drivers Ed. I went in and saw a white Cadillac CT 5 on the showroom floor and decided I wanted to get it. I sat down with a salesperson and went over financing or leasing. I told them I would be back because I had to pick up my son. Well when I came back I decided I just wanted to buy it outright. Immediately I was told by the sales manager I was making a foolish decision because rates were as low as 1.9 percent. My girlfriend just financed her car for 0 percent financing. We said thank you but no thank you. We just want to buy it. That caused a huge issue. We were told no car dealership would sale us a car at sticker price because they needed to make money on the back end. So a finance guy came out and was again trying to talk us into financing. We said just tell us what the car costs. We would like to buy it. He basically charged us sticker price plus the 1.9 percent financing over the cost of the loan. We said no thank you. To which we were greeted with no one will sale for sticker price. There’s a microchip shortage and we wouldn’t find any cars any time soon. We left and I googled Cadillac near me and found Sewell. I called and spoke to Hamza on the phone told him my situation and within 20 minutes we were there and he pulled the cars he had available to the front We chose a beautiful car and was able to purchase it not only at sticker price but with a discount. They made the paperwork a breeze and he even came out delivered my car with a big red bow and flowers to my job. I will be referring all my friends to Sewell Cadillac and tell them to ask for Hamza!!!

Went into Sewell Cadillac for and oil change and even though I could not meet my appointed time,(and after calling them to let them know), they graciously move my time whereas I still could still come in the same day. They, Austin, kept me informed as to what they were doing as well as the time they were taking. I can get an oil change at other places, but the courtesy and professionalism I receive at Swell, Katy Fry, will always get my business.
I recently purchased a used Escalade and learned it was purchased and maintained at Sewell Cadillac. I will only take my vehicle there. They give you a loaner and best customer service hands down.
Rolled in just before closing time with a low tire. Had a metal shard in the tread. I could tell they were in closing down mode and most of the staff had gone for the day but they did not hesitate to help me. They fixed my tire and recalibrated all my wheel sensors, only charged me a few bucks. I was grateful since everyone else I called closed early since covid, had an extreme lead time or was taking appointments only. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs.

I recently purchased a 2019 CPO Escalade from Scottie at Sewell Cadillac. I could not ask for a more perfect experience. In fact, my experience with Scottie was what made me to go out of my way to purchase from Sewell. I’ve purchased many vehicles, practically one every year and a half for both myself and my wife. I’ve dealt with all manner of sales people from sellers of cheap high-mileage cars, to more exotic cars. Scottie provides the perfect example of what a sales person should strive to be. To start, he was professional at all times, kind to my wife, my small kids (who can be a handful), and myself. He was patient, and never, at any point, pushy; even with multiple visits and test drives. That alone is gold. He was knowledgeable. I know cars, and I take lots of time to study my options as I zero in on the right car. By the time I get to a dealer; I find that many times I know more than the sales person about the product. Every question I asked Scottie, he knew the answer to, and could discuss at a conversational level. That is the pinnacle of professionalism. To me, that means he takes his job seriously as an ambassador to the brand; and takes the time to understand what he’s selling, rather than just focusing on how to corner a buyer into signing. I was so impressed by my experience, that while I typically shop the state (sometimes nation) for the best deal I found myself trying to find a way to make a deal with Scottie; and eventually I did. Not only that, but I got a competitive deal. After a string of German vehicles, this is my first experience with Cadillac; I can only hope that that the rest of the brand touch points offer a similar experience. If not, I hope that management can sit with Scottie and take notes; because he has set a high standard for the brand, and for Sewell.While Scottie was central to my experience, I’d like to note a few other positive things at Sewell. The sales manager Horacio was very nice and helpful during our visits, I appreciated his follow ups to our visits. Every person we ran into was nice, and did small things like opening the doors for us. I appreciated those details. We purchased on the used side, and the facility was very nice and clean; there’s a small snack bar inside. It even had a small room to entertain the kids which was very helpful.In conclusion, I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Scottie, and my overall experience at Sewell was great! I generally go out for pricing at 3 dealerships. The first two advertised a car model that they did not have for sale (when push came to shove) and only Sewell Cadillac comes through for me every time I buy a new and certified pre-owned car both on pricing/terms and actually actively getting me discounts that I didnt know existed from my employer (corporate pricing). I think i am going to simply start buying a new car every year going forward because the entire process from selection over the phone to finishing paperwork was faster than anything that I have ever experienced at any dealership.
Austin in service is the Best. We had a problem with a couple of our rims and luckily we had a warranty that covered them. Austin expedited the process and we were completely finished in the same day.If you want great professional service I highly recommend Austin at Sewell.

Drove 3 hrs to purchase a Pilot which I asked a salesman to pretest and follow up with drivability results.Salesmen never mentioned that the brake pedal nearly went to the floor and was spongy. Did not purchase the vehicle. Would have liked a more upfront approach considering the long drive time.Otherwise service was friendly.

Excellent customer service, it was easy to schedule service and request loaner. When I arrived to drop of it was quick and easy. I was well informed by Service Advisor during service and the work was completed correctly and within 2 days. I highly recommend for your vehicle service needs.
Always great service in the service department. Wifi, coffee, and snacks in the guest waiting area if you choose to wait, but for longer service times definitely take advantage of the complimentary loaner car so you can go about your day without interruption.
