My Service Advisor, John Bishop, provided exceptional, quality customer service from the first day he returned my call to the last day when I picked up my car. First, he graciously helped me find an experienced tow service because my car had been parked in the garage for 4 years! The major problem was collapsed rear air bags on the back tires. When the car arrived at Sterling McCall, Mr Bishop reassured me my car would receive top-quality diagnostics and repair service. He promised to supervise the care of my car and provided frequent updates. He answered all my questions and kept me posted of the repair costs. When my car was ready, Mr Bishop provided a courtesy pick-up to my home. Mr Dee, a service associate, was my driver. He was very helpful as he taught me how to adjust the driver seat, connect my mobile phone, and how to navigate the computer board successfully. Everyone I met at Sterling McCall was friendly and helpful. This includes the Finance Manager and Parts Manager. My car was detailed and filled with a full tank of gas. This is the best service I have ever received from a dealership. I recommend John Bishop at Sterling McCall Cadillac! I want to thank him for a job well-done!! I am a very happy customer!!

I have done business with this dealership since I bought my first Cadillac in 2016 when it was Sterling McCall. Never had any issues. Now they’ve been bought out by Bayway and my experience has been horrible. Customer service is nonexistent now. The phone numbers on the service emails they sent out don’t work, when I call the operator I’m told nobody is available or I’m transferred to a voicemail. I went to the dealership for help, nobody greeted me as they once did as I pulled up. Nobody available inside either. Guess they don’t need my business. I went to Sewell Cadillac and was treated like family. Will not spend another dime at this dealership. If you’re looking for service after the sale, you won’t find it here.
Bought a truck from here. Sales went smooth and I got a good deal. So 4 to 5 stars for that. However, the deal included a spray-in bedliner to be done later. I dropped of my truck today just to find out that the dealership used the truck to run errands in!!!! And the Dealership admitted it when I asked what my car was doing 10 miles from the dealership. And this in a $55.000 truck. Not acceptable...
I went to the dealership last week to look at a new Cadillac and to my surprise options were sparse. Pickings were slim. Inventory was low. Very disappointing to say the least.

Christina was my service advisor today. She always greats me with a smile. She’s very helpful, keeps me updated, and answers any and all questions (and I have many). Back in November 2020 I walked in for a simple test drive, was in no rush as I had another 4 months on my lease. I really liked the model I drove. I had no plans to do anything but test drive a few different cars from different makers over the next few months. The sales person, the finance person, and the managers all held us hostage (hehehe) at the dealership and stayed beyond closing time stating that tonight they were going to get a car leased to me period. They gave us an INCREDIBLE deal. I have been enjoying the car since. I also have just gotten my first oil change, tire rotation and check up for free. Not only did they not fix my car after I paid them they let Me take My car with a promise to call Me to come back! I never got the call back! Even tho I’d called several times! Today I went in to get my XT6 serviced at Sterling McCall Cadillac, this was my first visit with them. I received a prompt and friendly greeting when I drove up. Upon entering the lobby Service Center Jessy had my paperwork ready, gave me an estimated wait time and made me aware of the complimentary WiFi and coffee! Jessy checked in with me via text to ensure that I didnt need anything as well as updating me on the status of my vehicle. I will be returning for the next service appointment!!!

Things are very different (in a good way!) excellent from the first minute when I called for an appointment. They have definitely upgraded their service and attention to detail. Valet helped me at the curb to meet my service advisor. They arranged for “lift” to take me home and pick me up when my car was finished. I’m staying with them for my next car.

The appointment and service personnel did everything in a timely manner. It was friendly and welcoming enviorment. I had a warm fuzzy feeling while waiting for my minor adjustments.

It has now been 2 weeks since I have emailed you all Phill Auguste and Brandie Townsend. I have still yet to have any communication from this dealership. I am still currently driving around with expired tags from August 22. I have now contacted cadillac corporate office. Emailed you a week ago from the response on the review. I have not received any communication still. Terrible customer service - my paper tags have been expired since august. I have been calling everyday. Leaving messages for the general manager and the sales manager to call me back. No one has returned my calls.
Was very disappointed in customer service. I called twice to ensure I would have a loaner before bringing my car in for service. I was even emailed confirmation detailing services I needed done and the loaner I was promised. Upon arrival they said they had no record of me needing a loaner and no loaners to give me. Then they told me they do not do windshield repair which was one of the services I requested over the phone and listed in my confirmation email. Over the phone they told me the sensors were not covered under my warranty so when I went to pick up my car I brought warranty paperwork with me and they said “oh yes this is 100% covered”. I was never given an apology for any of the misunderstandings and will not be using this location again.
I tried to go trade in my car for a new one and was not greeted at the door or felt like i was welcomed. I was not able to make a deal and was not the best experience.

I brought my car in for some maintenance work.- brake job and throttle body service. I arrived at 12:30 pm. It is now 6:00 pm and my car was just finished at 6:00 . Wow, this is so disappointing and so tiring. I .feel like this was a total disrespect of my time. I feel like I should be paid for a days work. This is ridiculous. On the other hand, my service advisor, John was great and attentive and this was much appreciated.

The false promise, I had one of the managers promise to call me back 3 times and I still hate not received a call back.Dont go there if they call you to trade your vehicle if you think you will trade for the 2021 cadillac, they wi waste your time and TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE OBLIGATED.They will keep you there for hours then tell you no 2021 vehicle are available.There is so much more I can say, in impression of the bad experiences (with an s), I have had over the last year.i will say it is not the Cadillac service It was in the past and LESS than what you will receive from a Hyundai service.Go there at your own risk!!! My car has scratch marks along the passenger side. Picked up car yesterday and notice the scratches today when I walked on the passenger side. Opened the passenger side door and it had typed of black smudge substance on the car seat and floor getting into the car.

My very first experience in the service dept was horrible. I just bought this truck and had paid my first car note only 3 days prior. So was very upset and disheartened that my check engine light came on and rightfully so. Once I got there I was told I was gonna have to pay diagnostic fees and other fees which only added to my disappointment. After speaking with a manager who was very combative with me about my issues and never offered an apology for my troubles, I then asked for the GM who wasnt any more empathetic than the last person I spoke with. They treated me as if I had no reason to be upset that I just bought a car that was having issues days after my first payment. I was floored at my treatment. But I thank God for Jessy Muniz b/c he really calmed me down, spoke to me with respect and showed empathy towards my situation.

Ive been going there since 2012 and they treated me like family and thats why I continue to go there to get my vehicle service with no problems..
I called about an ELR I saw online. The person I spoke with could not answer any questions about the car but would text me photos and connect me with a sales person who could. I next received a call from Julia Hernandez about the car. Still no photos and none in the online listing either. I asked about the Dealer Add Ons. $900.00 for mud flaps, nitrogen in the tires and oxygen in god only knows where. I replied that I thought their gouging process was BS (whole words by the way)and hung up. Shortly thereafter I got another call from them explaining these things were Negotiable. Im not about to drive over 100 miles to try and deal with a crowd as slippery as these people are. CAVEAT EMPTOR (buyer beware)
