I have been here twice now. Ash is a nice enough person. The problems I have had are as follows, and I should have learned from the 1st experience.1. You dont get the whole story when you get a quote. Both installs, they neglected to tell me about one module or more and both times cost me $200 - $300 above the original quote. If I had a vehicle with no extras, this would be fine, but Im having a system installed to enhance my vehicle, while maintaining the current system functionality. Not informing the customer of all the things that will not work is not good Business.2. The quality of some of the products absolutely stink. I would suggest testing equipment before purchasing.3. They always manage to leave trash in the truck.4. They do not give any training on the system installed.5. My 2015 truck radio They put in did not need to have wires cut, and u was told they would not because the radio had all the appropriate harnesses. I can only conclude that my wiring has been hacked up because there were cut off connectors and pieces of wire laying all over the truck.As much money as I have spent, Im considering legal actions, but I hate that business comes to that. Like I said, Ash is pleasant to talk to, but I got no indications that they would make this right. I would suggest making sure you thoroughly ask all the questions concerning the final product installation and existing functionalities, get everything in writing, request a thorough completed system demonstration and training, or just go to the next place.If I didnt like the guys, I would have given it 1 star just on product and installation.

My Boy Tj hooked it up with bass, voice, custom radio on my old school 87 ram. Sounds loud and crisp. Definitely recommend them.

I have been doing business with this company since I first moved here. I had two vehicles where they Installed a radio and alarm. I had a minor problem but they were always willing to fix it without giving me any hassle. They are always nice respectful and shows AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. They wait time has never been bad. Great place to have great work done and the owner Mr. Bazar is really a good person, he stands behind his work as well as his warranty!!! I cant remember the last time he charge me a dime to touch up anything I have gotten done over the time for the last two years of coming just to have different thing touched up that I paid for a long time ago! They bs dont get alarm installed there they dont want to fix it afterwards. They try to chrage you more.

Clean job, good quality of speakers, just a bit overpriced. Like hella overpriced. You can get a better deal elsewhere or if you know what you want and stay true to it when you go in. Gotta treat these guys as if they are a dealership trying to get most of you. Well work hard to upsell. Theyre not your friends, remember that. You can definitely knock down a few hundred dollars or more elsewhere. But again, clean job, i was happy with what i got just not the price. For example $300+ for a head unit with android auto/apple CarPlay, but the unit itself is around $100, and weighs just about nothing. Not that special. You could get a nice branded one online for $230 with a kit, and have someone install it for you for ~$100. I wish I went that route for that money.Edit: just to add, system received didnt even come with what is fully packaged. No microphone was installed, nor camera that comes with the head unit. Had i known what i was receiving i would have said something. But they dont really try to tell you exactly what you are getting until after you pay/ get the system installed

I went to 2 different places! They told me i needed a new system. I even went to the dealership because it’s an OEM system and they couldn’t fix it without replacement. I was at Master Car Stereo Plus for 15 min. $45 later my ride is like new!!! Thanks Ash and Dino!!!!

They are horrible!! Bad customer service. Received an alarm from them that was not put in correctly. Back window was broken into and alarm didnt go off. Went back to talk to them about and the guy told me that it was between me and God!! Very rude and unhelpful!! Wasted over $300 for an alarm and truck still got broken into and didnt find out until was getting in truck this morning!! I would not recommend anyone to go here!! While I was here a lady was yelling at them about something they put in for her messed her air conditioning up!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

I have never in my life posted a review on google before but for these people i definitely have to. I gave them my radio to install for me for the second car that I am giving them. The first time I went there with my old car the guy who was in charge did a good job but with this new guy I met there. All he try to do is take your money and then do what ever he wants for you. He made me run the wire to the back up camera my self while I was still at the shop, he wanted more money from me, my radio frame was cut and to top it all after they finally installed the radio I later realized that my windshield wipers and trafigation signals dont work no more. I went up there of course to complain and they told me they cant do nothing about it that I need to take it to an electrician and spend more money doing that. I didnt just want to argue or call the cops I just took my car to my mechanic and he told me that this guys cut the ground wires thats why the wipers and the trafigation is not working. And now its going to cost me another $60 to get that fixed. If you like peace of mind please take your business somewhere else because they guy that is in charge of this business is all about taking as much money he can get from you and not caring about what you came in for.

Called for an estimate over the phone - I had all the equipment so they charged me for labor only. Was done the same day and reasonable prices. Only reason it was not 5 stars is because the actual price was slightly higher than the phone quote (once they saw the actual vehicle and how I wanted the cables routed), but was still a good price.

Took a look at an error causing my 3rd party alarm (installed by another shop) to go off when using door/trunk buttons. They had the car for about an hour and were not able to fix the problem due to me needing to fix one of the other handles. They were super friendly, told me to bring it back once the handle is fixed, & charged nothing for the service. Excellent service.

First, Id give this company negative stars, but unfortunately I cant. This company damaged my car by using small bolts to hold up the wheels and tires I purchased from them. Ash, the manager/owner is responsible because he half-ass do everything. BE SMART before making the decision to do any type of business with them. Im currently filing a lawsuit against him and his company because he DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE and should NOT be in business.Second, Ash will misrepresent anything, and get you to buy it. Dont! Do you research first and try to look into working with other businesses before making a poor decision like I did.Master Car Stereo will give you the run around because they do not have the tools, supplies or manpower to get quality work done. Instead, theyd rather put your life at risk to make a quick buck.My vehicle was damaged as a result of Ash and his employees using the incorrect wheel for my car, and for installing the wrong bolts on my car. Before my insurance company picked up my car, Ash swapped out the small, incorrect bolts for longer, more expensive bolts that should have been used during the initial installation. Im sure this is not the first time this has happened. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. Im still alive because I was in his parking lot when the wheel fell off, damaging my car. You may not be so lucky, and may be driving on the interstate highway. Be careful folks!

You get what you pay for. It would have been nice if I had been told that a $100 installation meant that they would glue the stereo in place instead of properly mounting it with brackets. I know high school kids that do better work.

Looks are deceiving. The neighborhood looks ghetto, but this shop is legit! These guys are very professional, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. They are true, skilled craftsmen that care and love what they do and it shows in their work.

This company is great. I had a minor issue and I became very upset with them. The manager came in two days later and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Mistakes happen and the manager fixed promptly. I will be back in the future.

Had my truck doors speakers and subs and amp installed 2years ago.. great while they lasted but when I got it changed out for news one i discovered the speakers and subs were not the one I bought and agreed on

No way this company is a 5 star.They must be reviewing them self, after agreeing on a price for all those extra harnesses and labor so I could keep steering control, After install What I got was a radio with a broken antenna adopter, wrong harness with wires by passing harness ( which is what I told them I didnt want )Almost $ 200 for a radio up grade that turn out to be a down .I just had to look at the connections and I was shocked.Someone needs to look in to these REVIEWS ...Cant / Wont take it back out of fear of them doing more damage.STAY AWAY..

I have spent a lot of money on different occasions at this so call business. They are very pricey for cheap quality work. This last experience I had was just awful. They cheated me out of $30 for two cords(the cheapest amount I spent there), but they will never get my business nor will I refer this place to anyone.
