I recently sold my car to this dealership. The girl who helped me with the process was Jackie. She was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. She made the entire process easy. I will definitely recommend selling your vehicle to them and have her help you.
This dealership leaves the speakers in their lot ALL the time. They dont care about the folks in the RV Park next door. Please turn them off at midnight. Be considerate of others.
Place was great Ms. Natasha helped me out, and she was Awesome. However we were not able to make a deal. Something to note about this place, the price you see is the price you are going to pay NO negotiations. Be ready to be stiffed on your trade in value. I feel like you could make a deal happen but you would have to be there all day
Took in my 2020 Chevy Trax to get serviced, and just drove up without an appointment and expecting to be there for hours. But I wasnt. The service department went very smooth. Working with the service writer Anna who made is easy to get in and out went well. Recommend Anna and this place to get you vehicle serviced when your ready.
They only get two stars for all the beautiful smiles. Getting your collision work done, be prepared to wait until for your vehicle longer than estimated and definitely have to bring your car back because the job is never done right the first time!!! JS
Every time I go to get something minor repaired they brake something that is no where close to where they were working on so I don’t understand how you brake my shift wand button when you were working on the engine coolant fan. They hammered the side of my engine and they told me now it’s worth less. Is this on purpose? So I would buy a new car it’s outragious
They where nice and understanding. They were shocked that I drove over 60 miles to address these recall issues. They couldnt help me but instructed me to call GM and after me explaining my issues they feel pretty sure that GM will extend courtesy to me. Ill call Monday since today is getting late

I was not happy with the service rep today. He was not friendly and really did not seem to care if I was satisfied with their work or not. Also, I had $10.00 off coupon that expired in April when we were under stay at home orders. He would not honor the coupon. He said it was because of covid-19. The coupon should have been honored especially because of covid-19. I thought this was poor judgment on his or the dealerships choice not to honor. I have been a customer since 2011. I have never had any problems before. No happy with my experience today.
Great service from the moment we walked in! Even though we walked in right before closing (10mins til closing). Alex helped us very well in the service dept, he kept us updated with calls daily regarding our vehicle. Would definitely recommend him when going in!
First time, we had an appointment for a oil change,Ive never been in and out in 45 minutes even with a appointment!!! What a great place,very professional staff,definitely my new place to go! 100 % recommended.
Great dealership with superb customer satisfaction. From the internet sales team to the finance team the experience was nice. I am not saying go in there and take the first price you hear. I am saying they treated me with as much respect a vehicle dealership can offer. They are in the business to make money and we are looking to save some money.

Weve been going to this dealership long before Autonation or Champion businesses owned the place (back in the 1990s purchased a Camaro here). We recently had a bad experience with the Service Department, however the dealerships management was kind enough to contact us personally and helped resolve the issue.The sales reps are great, and the selection of autos outstanding! However, I have made it a habit of judging a dealership by the customer service the Service Department provides. Asides from the last visit here, we never had a problem, the Service Dept was always attentive. We hope the quality of customer service returns to what I remember it: Superb!
I give them 2 stars since my car is working properly though I had to bring it back after receiving repairs and spending over $1,000. The communication sucks, I had to call the service center to find out the status of my car multiple times for the first and second visit. They never answer the phone but yet when you walk in the door you are ignored as they talk to each other.

I bought a used Camaro from them. The sales process was amazing. The sales woman and department was great. Unfortunately I had a problem with the ac after I got the car home. I had to come back and dropp of car for several days so it could be repaired. This was inconvenient, but things happen. They fixed it and the ac is working good at this time.
My truck had a CEL light on. I researched the problem and everyone online said prepare to wait. I took it in and they said they would get it there by 2pm. My truck was ready to go with a new sensor, oil change, and tire rotation by 2:45pm. Marcus was by far the best service advisor I have had.
I would never buy anything from these people they dont honor nothing and they alwayd make excuses

I went for an oil change, they asked if I wanted to add tier rotation and car inspection. I told them no, only oil change. I must have said it over 5 times. Yet when I went to pick up my car, they some how added an inspection charge on my bill. Please listen to the customer in the future.
1st Rate dealership/ service department.
This place is not good and they know it. My credit was over 700 and I had a pre approved lender. The credit department refused my lender and tried to upsell me on another model. The car was to supposed to have been inspected but the oil and other points were suspect. Credit dept ran my credit multiple times and impacted my score. I walked away.
If I could give dealership and its service 0 stars I would. Financed a Volkswagen Beetle from the establishment and within a month of doing so, a loud noise started emitting from my engine, brakes were not functioning right, and steering was bad. Took it to get it serviced here and they held my car for an entire week before telling me they fixed the problem, drove the car to make sure it was operational and not making the noise, etc. Okay, cool. So, I come down to get my car and upon immediately turning it on, the noise still persisted. Okay? Looked at my odometer and the paper they gave me saying they checked everything I told them to check, but obviously they didnt. Odometer was the same upon entering and exiting their service department, tires were not good like they stated, and brakes still acting weird. Took it to Volkswagen and they figured out the problem immediately, because apparently, Autonation does not have a Volkswagen guy, BUT according to their manager Brian from used sales, they have Ferraris and other car brands that they would be willing to fix up. Honestly, I really feel like they have taken advantage of me and my kindness, because no individual should EVER say to their customer that they can do this and have that, but cant and wont fix my issues. Anyways, long story short; dont get your car from here and dont get their stupid warranty that they charge thousands of dollars for, because they wont fix anything anyways.

Horrible service, I walked in and no one asked me if I needed help they just sat around talking to each other. This place is bad, makes me want to trade my truck in. I’ve had it for 1 year and it already has rough idle issues and engine power issues with 16k miles on it. Service Department sucks here.
