Aweful interaction at time of service

I purchased a vehicle with existing problems. I was advised parts were on order and when the parts came in I would be contacted for installation. I noticed a check engine light and took it back to the dealership to get it checked. I was advised they ordered a part to resolve the issue and it wouldn’t effect my driving, and to wait for them to contact me. To shorten this extremely long story.. I got stranded out of town with the car. It’s been 5 days and the car is still out of town broken down and it’s still not being repaired as we speak it’s just sitting... no one is returning phone calls.

TERRIBLE. .. !!! VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM
