Finally made it safe to the closest Auto Zone on Uvalde after buying windshield wipers at the 59 North & Aldine Binder. The wipers were working until half way home drivers side flew off. Enrique put my wipers on. I had threw away the receipt. I’m not happy that I had to buy another when the employee was the one that put them on!!! But thanks to the guy that works at the Uvalde location he made sure they were secured. I didn’t get his name. It was a short Hispanic male young very helpful. I just want y’all to know y’all have a very good employee there. Keep up the good work. As for the other location not happy with them!!!…

Literally the rudest and longest waiting place. Whats the point of being able to call for a part when the Manager can never help but always put on hold. I show up to the place and theres NOONE in there. This manager needs better customer service.

Went there this morning for battery check but not only was Andrew F. Friendly with customer service and checking battery i needed help changing out license plate on car and he didnt hesitate to assist. So to autozone and especially Andrew thank u soooooo much....

Very poor service only two people helping customers and the other three employees one and the computer at service desk not helping and yhe other two in the back. Very poor customer service.

Tony the manager over here at auto zone is terrific I heard him talking to all kinds of customers in explaining in thorough detail on what they will need to do and he was very helpful to even help me with getting a bulb that was stuck inside of the placement holder on the high mount of the back of the pickup. They are ok at times....but been having problems lately

Slow service. They move slow and dont give you any type of instructions for checking out. Was in line simply to make a purchase and waiting over 20 minutes and then found out you can go ahead of line to make your purchase. It would be nice if they would specify that. The line was darn near out the door and the 2 workers didnt say anything. I guess they were overwhelmed....🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

At least 5 people working stock while only one on register. They will not ask you if you need help finding something or acknowledge you in any way🙄. Spent your money somewhere else. They’re to busy for customer service

Lots of people and just a few employees attending the customers, I left and went to another store

It was an auto part store. 🤷‍♀️ We where not greeted when we entered. Store did not seem clean. When we did get help it was not friendly nor did they clean the surface in between customers. Texas is still in code red from COVID so that is very important to me.

We had issues with our car, thought it was the battery. So we stopped by the wallisville location and a gentleman by the name of Eddie Flores went out of his way to provide excellent customer service! We recommend this location and wish every place had an Eddie Flores!

1 cashier and about 12 ppl in line. I left without getting anything.

I went to this location at 8:00pm and bought some stuff but I forgot something and returned at 8:20pm and they had the door locked they said they were closed. The name of the employee is Tony. On the website it says they close at 9pm Sunday.

We had called ahead to verify if our car battery was under warranty, they confirmed it was and stated it was. We arrived and we requested some tools to take the battery out of the car as its protocol to charge it prior to fulfilling a warranty switch. As the battery was being brought in, they employees backs were turned and they were negatively talking about how theyd bet there was nothing wrong with the battery. Highly unnecessary and unprofessional. The only reason Ive rated 2 stars is because once they tested they all were in awe at how bad the battery actually was, then swapped it. I will NEVER solicit the help from this location ever again.

I had to wait over 10 minutes just to talk to someone as there were only 2 people helping customers. When I was finally helped they couldnt find the part I ordered online for pickup. They just walked around trying to see if someone set it aside somewhere. Then they asked the dude on the ladder if they had it and he didnt even go look they just told me they arent going to have the part. Didnt look it up on the computer to see the part is in stock or anything. All in all I waited over 30 minutes for them to say they dont have the part and now I have to wait days to get my money back. Go to the AutoZone on Woodforest service is great there

Called asking for a 2001 Ford F150 Alternator. Guy on the phone was condescending the whole time. He said he could match a price if I found it cheaper so when I told him a different Autozone had given me a lower price he scoffed and went on a rant about how all autozones charge the same and there was no way I could have got a lower price at a different Autozone insinuating that I was lying. His tone of voice left much to be desired and customer service skills are poor. This is already the second time I have a bad experience at this location. Will just take my business across the street from now on.

Rude customer service.The Hispanic girl working there Saturday morning made me feel unwelcome and she treated me with an arrogant attitude.I would not comeback to this store.I guess she did not like me asking questions about how to save on the oil and filter I needed.Sorry, but the store down the street has the same oil without the attitude and they even greet you when you walk in.

The line to check out are extremely long the need more people who can check you out instead of 3 employees who are just walking around while 2 other people check out. Great prices but the customer service needs improvement

Great place to get auto parts but service is horrible. Only 2 guys working the checkout service in which already takes up time if they need to help customer find a part .. Then one decides to take phone calls and help someone over the phone for what seems over 15 minutes while the whole time theres a line of customers ready to check out .. I personally waited 20 minutes just to buy a damn lightbulb for a break light. They need to get it together over there. ...

I had a problem with a part they give me another but they give me no receive didnt work I got back to return the part was gone from the sistem so I have to go somewhere else and buy it again so that isnt fair

I came to this AutoZone after realizing that I had a burnt-out tail light. It was a long wait to get help but it was worth it. Customer service was very amicable once they got to you they focused on you and your problems until it was solved. The customer service reps are also hauling butt trying to get things done. The rep took the time to get the proper tools and to carefully replace my bulb. I will be coming back to patronize this AutoZone again.

This Uvalde location is very unprofessional. The wait to purchase anything is so long. I went in to get a part I had ordered and paid for online and the couldnt find it. Then went back two days later and they said it had been picked up already. It took forever to get my refund. Needless to say I went to Orielly auto parts down the road and was welcomed with open arms.. Wont go back to the Uvalde location ever again

Why this specific AZ is the worst to go to, it has everything you need and then some but the major down fall is management and the lack of employees that work there. If you see more then 3-5 people waiting on line walk away it would take you 15-25 mins to pay for an item.... dont even bother asking for help its non-existent. Once this store gets packed 8+ people the 3-4 employees cannot handle the load. They should have a ticket system like they have at the DMV. The only time you can really get full service out of them is when they open. Best advice go to another store.
