Had been wanting to get a vehicle, and got told I was not approved, and was approved for another one. Decided to go with the one I was approved and was trying to get it for 2 weeks, got told I was going to be able to leave with the vehicle if I liked it. Took my time off work and mother’s time to have first time told “computers crashed, to reschedule” rescheduled and second time I was on my way, they sold the vehicle. I lived 4 hrs away, so this was very poor service for me

This car lot took my down payment of 8,500 than let me keep my car a month than told me they don’t have the tittle and the bank does want to wait on the tittle process to get it back so they made us miss work and bring the car back took 500 of our money because of a mistake on their end ! I sign 3 different deals one at 9Pm And the others at 4pm and 6pm I would dare go here again

I bought a 2015 mustang from Auto Expo and had an excellence experience. The team is professional and helpful. I recommend Auto Expo to anyone and everyone.

They had a cool inventory. But they simply refused to allow a pre-purchase inspection. For a 2006 car, this is especially egregious. Their excuse was that previously when theyd allowed it, the mechanics would exaggerate the issues the cars had (in order to get more money for repairs), thus making the cars look like terrible purchases. Its not my problem what other peoples mechanics told them!

I drove 8 hrs to buy a car. The promised a good apr and full tank of gas also said the car had a recent service job. When i got there they beat around the bush and said the problems with the car would be fixed...then once i arrive the apr was 20%. I got the car home and found it has bad piston rings and has several electronic components including air bags bypassed to make check engine light to turn off also has poor body work done on a accident that wasnt on their carfax report...then once engine had stopped running i took to a mechanic and they showed me signs the vehicle had been in a flood type situation which destroyed alot of the electronic which is why many of the electronic sensors were bypassed....do not buy from the dealership...every part of this purchase was a lie and i have extreme mechanical issues that wont be fixed because their $800 warranty i had to pay for doesnt cover any of the problems.......i would give 0 stars if i could...they sold me a lemon but rigged it to make past lemon law time frame...so i got had...dont let them get you too.

I recommend not to buy from here they will scam you of your money . First, of all it’s way cheaper if you get the car at a real dealership not to mention you get more warranty for the car if it’s from the dealer. Second, they will try anything to take your money and when it comes to a refund they will add extra charges to it. We only had the vehicle for one day and they charged an extra $100 saying “it felt like you had it for 2 days “. That is the most unprofessional answer I have gotten. Last, once we decided we didn’t want the car they became so rude and gave us mean looks as we tried talking to them. They will try to scam you and don’t believe anything they say. I guarantee you will find a cheaper car at a real dealer. If you do end up getting a car and later decide to return it make sure to take pictures of everything cause they will scam you.

They dont report to any major banks so it doesnt help your credit. I got a truck from there and within the first month I had to replace o2 censors get new tires and a fuel pump. Your better off at a major dealer. Youll get more or less the same prices but that warranty is your best freind.
