Great working with River Oaks. Ismael Zamora assisted from start to finish, ensuring as much could be done upfront as possible (no one wants to spend all day in the dealership). He located the perfect vehicle and had it ready and waiting for me. Also finance docs were ready to go (used personal financing outside of dealership) and was finished in about 5 minutes. Great friendly staff ready to help the most important person to walk in the door, the customer. I work at another Chrysler dealer 230 miles away, but drove for 4 hours to this dealership to pick up a major part for our customers Jeep. The staff at the parts department at River Oaks were as nice to me as they would be to a customer. They even helped me load the big heavy box in the back of my truck. They must have known I had a long drive. GREAT EXAMPLE OF SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. They helped me to help my boss, who helped the mechanics install the part I picked up at River Oaks. The mechanics helped the service advisor, who helped the customer. Thats 4 people I helped because River Oaks Chrysler helped me.

Dealership is great and will put on the your license plates for you when you buy a new vehicle.

Do yourself a favor and ask for any other salesman than Dean. He was absolutely no help and has zero personality. Working with him has made me choose to pay more at a different dealership than to give Hellman my money.
