🔴 Called these guys, asked him what they would used to integrate the factory CUE system on my 2016 Escalade, he mentions Audio Control, thats cool, but I asked him was it plug & play so that to NOT VOID MY FACTORY WARRANTY . He said nothing was plug & play, I then mentioned two products that I researched myself on the internet, #Ap4gm61 and the #NavTvM650, tells me they dont use these products, and to quote THEY ONLY USE AUDIO CONTROL. I should never know more about what Im trying to get done, than the guy Im paying to do it❗Im just saying, its important to be knowledgeable about these things if this is your business, every customer may not want to use audio control although you think its great, there are actually better products on the market for the job in particular❗

This is my third time using Master Audio & Security. They tinted the windows on my truck and camper, it looks great. Last year they tinted the windows on my daughters car, and replaced the speakers in my wifes car. I am very pleased with all of the wonderful they have done. Dont pass these guys up, they will take good care of you.

I called on Friday and spoke to Cesar and got some quotes to have my daughters windows tinted, he gave me a few prices for different products, we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. We arrived at our appointment time and Cesar showed us the different tints he had and the prices were the same as he gave me over the phone, we picked the ceramic tint they got the car in immediately. We picked the car up a few hours later and it looked fantastic we couldn’t have been more pleased. I will be doing business with these guys again in the future. On a side note my daughter was given a Groupon to one of their competitors down the road but when I called them to set up the appointment the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and wouldn’t even return my phone call or text.

This place right here. Did an amazing job on my aux port hook up. It is right down the street from job so it took no time to hook up and install. Fast forward to 5 years later my stereo went out and this is the only place I would let touch my car. They got my car in and out. The inside is soooooo nice. Great options for radio selection and video cameras. Great customer service from all the gentlemen there.

Great service and fast install. Went in to get a 12inch l7 with a ported box and it sounds amazing. Sadly, my amp that I had planned to use was pushing too much power and may have blown the sub after 3 days and these guys were amazing enough to warranty the sub and help me choose a better amp that is suitable for pushing the l7. I’ve also gotten my window tint from them as well and amazing service in that area too! Definitely check these guys out if you’re around.

I’ve used Masters in the past for window tint but not much else. I was looking to add lighting to my truck but didn’t want to spent all weekend wiring. I had purchased the lights elsewhere and had Masters do the install. They did a top notch job, looks like a factory install and everything works perfectly! One shy of 5 stars based on the inconsistent detail of a 3 hour job to deter from me waiting in the shop. It was actually 45 minutes. I normally would call this a bonus. I called in advanced. The sales representative answered all my questions including the which brand & pricing. After confirming all the details, I arrived for the installation at the start of a Saturday morning.I have been happy every since. My installation of HD lights are a great upgrade after the previous (one head light) went out. I would definitely recommend it, but please give accurate expectation for completion.Fine job nonetheless!!!

I have used this business to upgrade an 06 Tundra stereo and add a backup camera, order weathertech liners, and apply tint for 2 vehicles. This is and honest business and you will get your hard earned monies worth everytime. The owner was very professional and reasonably priced which I greatly appreciated as a female trying to do stuff for my cars. I would refer any friend to this business.

I needed to get the tint on my rear window replaced and these guys did a great job! They were able to get the old tint off and the new on and looking great within the amount of time they told me they needed. Everyone was friendly and I will be coming back in the future if I need tint done on any of my vehicles. I feel I paid a fair price for the work that was done today.

I had my F250 tinted after a few days of the most recent high 90s heat wave, best money I ever spent. The interior temp. easily dropped 15 - 20 degrees. Followed Cesars recommendations in going with the ceramic tint, absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend their professional, high quality services to anyone. Great place go here for any wiring job, upgrade and window tint! Very helpful nice and honest. I originally got my window tint from these guys about 8 months ago.I damaged side window within a about 3 days and they fixed it! For nothin. I went back today because I accidentally broke my back window out with a bike rack I had on my trunk. They gave me a great deal on the back window tint that I had replaced. Highly highly recommend this place! Save yourselves alot of time and go here.

Master Audio has been the only place I have taken my vehicles over the past 8 years. I am always pleased with their installations and the owner, Caesar, always goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of. Today he switched out my DVD player for a newer model at no charge to me since I have been having so much difficultly with the one I purchased from them about a year ago. I brought my 2016 4Runner in for a tint job on the front passenger and drivers side windows and to upgrade the factory alarm system. They did both, and a great job!Since my vehicle is black, heat is a big factor so I did some research on auto tint films and found that 3m has a tint called Crystalline that blocks out heat and UV rays. I wanted that installed on my windshield so I went to a shop 3m listed on their website, a 3m certified installation shop since I did not see Master Audio as a 3m Crystalline dealer. So I let Executive Tint install the film. The Executive Tint installer let water run in my dash compartment and it shorted out the alarm Master Audio had just installed. I contacted Master Alarm and they replace the damaged alarm the next day and worked out the details for me to get the other shop to pay for the replacement. When I brought the vehicle in to get the alarm replaced I then found out that Master Audio could order and install the 3m Crystalline film. Let me tell you something from experience, these guys at Master Audio are the only ones I will let touch my vehicle. They are meticulous and know what they are doing.I went back to Master Audio to get my front lights upgraded to LED. Since my vehicle is less than one year old, it was difficult to find the proper bulb match so after some slight trial and error, these guys figured it out. Toyota is no help with this type upgrade, believe me. In addition, I had them install a LED auxiliary light bar. That light is awesome. If you use your vehicle for off-road or back roads, you need one of these. They installed the lights, returned the original bulbs, installed an illuminated rocker switch in the dash for the auxiliary lights. Rewired my dash and rear cam, wired in a radar detector, (one they suggested) all was done as if it was done by the factory. The radar detector saved me several tickets already. The light bar was installed into the factory grill and looks really sharp! Ive seen vehicles with light bars installed and they look like crap! This looks like it was factory installed. I will have them upgrade my interior lights to LED once they find the bulb matches. That is the big deal when upgrading automobile lights, there is no reference to cross matching stock to LED bulbs. These guys do all the research and believe me, try it yourself and see how far you get. There prices are not cheap by any means but, you get what you pay for! I wanted excellent results so I am willing to pay for it. They will work with you to find an affordable option if price is your factor but for me, the quality of work and product is what counts after the job is done! I highly recommend Master Audio and Security for all your vehicle needs!

Ive been coming here for years. Started coming as a kid wanting bass and tint. Got a remote start alarm, spray-in, and bass box in my truck here last week. No more getting into a hot truck!! They even put a sensor on my camper top door, so I know if any door has been opened. Its awesome! The other shops just BS you. Caesar has always treated me well, as well as everyone Ive recommended Masters to. Customer for life!

I absolutely cannot thank these guys enough ! I had just got a pioneer radio installed yesterday at frequency and they did a terrible job . The quality sounded horrible and the volume would not go loud at all and then frequency wanted to charge me $100 to fix the problem they had made! So I called around and all the companies I spoke with were charging to check the radio and figure out what was wrong with it. Then I found this company Master Audio and I spoke with Caesar who was absolutely polite and very friendly over the phone. He told me to bring my car in and they would help me figure out what was wrong. So I went ahead and showed up and they inspected my radio and found the problem at no charge (most companies charge to trouble shoot) Then they fixed it by replacing my radio with a brand new one (an even better model) for just a $30 shipping fee because they needed to ship my old radio back to pioneer. They did not take long for all of this. They had excellent customer service, way better than any other audio shop I had been to. Joe did a great job on the technical work ! Joe was also super friendly and went over the radio with me. My radio now has great quality sound and is waaaay louder than before. They had excellent customer service, were timely, inexpensive, and did great service work. I will be going back when Im ready to buy subs and I would recommend them to anyone! 10/10 overall experience! I couldnt be any happier now!

This company is awesome. I was having trouble with my with my alarm locks. The alarm would set but the lock my truck I had to do it manually so Ill bring in the end on Saturday morning August 31st. So they looked at it and it was a corroded wire that need to be replaced. They told me the cost would be $75 which I did not have. So Im giving them a 5-star rating they did it for free for me that is Gods grace. My son and I have been going to Master Auto & Security for years. From having windows tinted. Radio/GPS installed and speakers installed. Caesar has been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly every time we have brought our vehicles for service. If anything seems to be a problem, he will check out and stand behind the product and installation. They installed a radio/GPS, and it was not working quite right. They went over it with a fine tooth come, could not find a fault in installation. Called me and said he was going to take it out and put another in. They did and worked perfectly. It was one of those things that was a manufacturing problem. Thats what I mean by standing behind their products and services. I highly recommend this business for your needs.

Had every car I have owned tinted at this location and have been very satisfied overall. They have honored their lifetime warranty both times I needed it for peeling tint. Whenever I get a little more money I would definitely use them for a sound system installation.

Im another satisfied customer I was in the market for good quality tint for my 2014 Veloster turbo and Master audio and security was highly recommended to me by a close friend. I drove from Sugar Land TX but it was worth the trip they took care of me and I ended up buying HID conversion kit on the spot the installation was fast and professional going back to get fog light HID kit installed next week. Called to get some speaker adapters, guy on the phone was helpful ( reason for the one star). Business was closing, so wasnt able to pick the up that day. Came in the following day and worker acted as if he couldnt assist me with seeing how these adapters fit and felt like he didnt want to answer any of my questions, but was quick to quote some high prices (reason for not getting anymore stars). Decided to go elsewhere and went down the street to Carro Audio & Tint and the customer service was great and was able to assist me with my questions and concerns an charged me even less! I wont be going to this place! Customer service is paramount, maybe one day they will realize it and wont let $ walk out the door!

I been going to Master Audio since 2005. So as my cousins, aunts, uncles, and relatives for over 13 years plus. Every time my family gets a new Lexus or New car we always go to Master Audio.Why, because as the years progressive, there tint does not turn purple, fade, or bubbles up. The tint remains dark and clean. How do I know, because 1 of the 15 cars that we took and still have is a Lexus LS 430 that we did in 2005 and the tint is still dark and remains the 5% tint and clean. For over 13 years, the tint still remains the same quailtiy as the 1st day we got it done. 💯%That should mean something to you guys, if you guys are trying to find a good quality tint done on your car. Master Audio is the spot where you should go. You will get your money worth because it’s done right and only one time and most importantly, longevity. The manager/owner Caesar is Very professional and business oriented and fast. He’s tint is worth it and will keep your car cool in the summer time. Got HID lights, fog lights, and heavy duty wire harnesses installed. The work was excellent, the service came with a smile. Had an issue with one of the fog lights, took it back, and it was fixed promptly. Highly recommend this shop, even though it is far away from my house, the trip was well worth it!

We purchased a Pioneer audio system from Jesus at Master Audio. He gave us a great recommendation for our gently used 2000 Honda CR-V, and the installation was done flawlessly and on time. As a contractor in the 12 volt industry, I am always contracting for different shops in and around the katy and houston areas. I have had the misfortune of working for this shop, and let me tell you, the deceitful business practices that this shop owner engages in are shady to say the least. I witnessed him sell 400$ ceramic window tint, only to install 3M brand instead, which is considerably cheaper. And when I was asked to lie to a customer about the product that was installed, I simply couldnt do it, I have a reputation as a solid technician, and also a conscience. Bottom line is, dont go to this shop, you will most likely be ripped off. And your vehicle will never be the same.

I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars beacause I I was not there for part of the transaction that Caesar mentions and I believe its a valid point about customer service.... for the following reasons.....1. The shop did have 2 sets of directions for the same job that caused the conflict.2. Similar situations with directions getting mixed between different people.3. I was not sure 2 sets of directions was an issue at the time I rated.4. I did change out my leds, but to be fair jeep was at more than one shop so its not worth bickering about when everything else Caesar fixed works just fine even agaisnt getting wet the rain.5. Caesars comment below has happened in other situations that.....When husband was questioned by wife, he remained quite, and let us take the blame. More than once.In husbands defence, sometimes hes like a kid in the candy store. Goofy and excited at any sight of candy (or lack of) sometimes distracts him from relevant details going on. That doesnt make it OK by any means but he should correct that in his complaint too.I hope that the business accepts this correction and I apologize for taking so long to fix. I have been distracted and forgot about updating this. I will be updating same information on other complaints.

This people are thieves. The charged me $80 dollars to fix an antenna which they didnt even fix, they simply told me I had to go buy one from walmart and put it on. Dont go with them unless you know exactly what needs to be done or they will try to rip you off.

I went here and got a full system for my truck. Screen, subs, speakers, and amp. It sounded like pure garbage after listening to it. Everything.sounded rattly and choppy the music became distorted at a little over half volume. I asked for a quality sounding system for good money spending over 1200 with these guys. What I got was cheap merchandise sold at premium price. A little over two weeks later the fuses blew on the cheap nitro amp that they sold me. I asked for them to honor there warranty and fix or replace it. The guy returned and told me the amp was damaged because of the capacitor I installed which I knew was b.s. and said theyd get me a new one only if I payed shipping and handeling for the amp and then pay full price for the same amp minus the shipping and handeling. I told them I was looking.for a new amp anyways and the guy tried to sell me on another way overpriced amp which I looked up and saw was 170 bucks cheaper elsewhere. I went somewhere else and got a better amp for half the amount he was trying to charge with install (rockford fosgate).i dont usually ever write reviews but this place deserved a bad one and I couldnt stand by and let them get away with it.they lost a good customer and I will recomend to everybody to stay away from this place unless you want to get extremely ripped off!!!!!!
