Dont come here he hooked up my system and 2weeks late battery was dying and all he can say is not his problem and try to charge me more money when its his work smh

High prices and the owner yells and lies. I did my research on what I wanted and what it would take to achieve what I wanted. I went to other places that confirmed what I researched. But this guy at Sound Box said they all including the research was wrong. He told me I could not regain stirring wheel control and back up camera only to find out after calling me and everyone else a lie. It was possible. He just didnt know how. They stole my tools and installed improperly and messy. They threw all my stuff all over the back seat and damaged some of my stuff. He didnt even want to give me a receipt. Who doesnt give a receipt after a sale. Ill tell you who. A Crook. He charged me $25 for an antenna adapter that everyone else is charging $10 for. He charged me $700 for a radio that I found out was only $450. This is not the place to go to if your looking for good service and good work. I had to buy new tools and take my truck somewhere else to get my reverse camera to work and the install done right. I spent over $1700 at sound box only to be left feeling played.

I got my alarm in February and mid April my alarm button stop working I took it back to them they tried to charge me 69.99 for my button it’s a standard button and I paid almost $300 for my alarm system I would recommend them to NOBOBY THEY Equipment it’s not up to part

They installed some equipment improperly into my car then tried to charge me more money to look into what they did wrong. If I paid for a service and it wasn’t done right why should I have to pay for their mistakes.
