Scammers. Bought a Groupon today and went into the store and they claim the business was “just bought” by someone else so they cannot honor the Groupon. Even though I called to verify beforehand and they said “yes come in anytime and drop it off”. Also the Groupon is still available to purchase and business is the same name and phone number.

They fixed my screen less then 2 hours! Very good service and very nice people

The poor customer service Ive gotten makes me doubt the validity of these reviews. Ive called Cell Phone Graveyard repeatedly since November 2020 when I left my laptop for a screen replacement. Every time I call I either dont get a answer or someone picks up and tells me that my Laptop is in storage, which explains nothing. They tell me theyre going to call me back, and then NEVER call me back. This review will change to a 2 if they can do their job 7 months later.

Bought a Groupon to have my iPhone screen repaired. Was told it would take 2 hrs. 40 minutes into waiting in the store with no AC on a 100 degree day in Houston i was told they could not use the Groupon because the screen was cracked on the side. I would have to pay another 100 for the repair.

Awesome place. I had my screen fixed quickly. I needed my LCD fixed also and just payed the difference of the screen. Will return back in any other cases.

These guys are fraud and deceptive. They said my Samsung S6 phone was repaired and that I just needed to charge for 3 hours. It was night and I paid the repair charges in good faith. When I tried at home it hadnt been repaired but in fact was in worse condition, with mashed displays, battery not charging, and SIM card removed. My wife lost thousands of pictures. I have a claim filed in small claims court in Harris county. Stay away from them

Had a screen replaced in less than 15 minutes. Turns out it didn’t perform as I hoped so they replaced it with another one and I just payed the difference, not a whole other screen. Excellent service with careful attention to customer’s needs. Highly recommended.

I took there a Kano coding computer with an unwelded cable to fix. I had to call them several times to ask the how much they were going to charge me and if the items were already fixed. Four weeks after I dropped off the Kano computer, and them not calling me and not answering the phone, I went to the store to pick up the Kano. For my surprise, the Kano was not only not fixed, but they had broken the carcase that protects the board they had to weld the cable to. Worst part, the guy who was there thought it was already fixed and he was ready to charge me... He didn’t give me any solution, so I took the unfixed and now broken Kano with me.

I was not sure what to expect but this place was excellent. From the customer service to the professionalism of the gentleman helping me with the repair. He also used language I could understand. I will use them for all my cellphone repair needs.

Fraud would be the most accurate way to describe this place .They will charge you a $40 labor fee when they mess up your screen repair and say it was simply your phone not them during the replacement even with a so called 30 day warranty .I would not recommend this place to anyone. Make sure to get a copy of this so called warranty before you decide to WASTE your money time and energy .Have a blessed day.

Definitely Recommended. Fixed iPhone 6 and 8 screens for a very reasonable price and done in 45 min for both. Also, threw in screen protector for free. Super nice people too. Will do all my phone repairs from now on.

I took my phone in for LCD Repair but after they fixed my LCD my phone was having a issue with screen response. So I took it in the next day and they fixed it without charging me anything they were cool with it. Other phone stores would have probably charged me $50^. Im satisfied with their services. (Edit) Although they do seem to sometimes do a poor job replacing LCDs if you noticed that your phone screen is not glued in properly or see light from the LCD demand them to fix it because it makes your phone a lot more vulnerable to falling or water.

The guys are very nice and professional which is the reason for 2 stars but I think their repair skills could be better. My screen is loose and when I pointed this out the guy said if you have a problem bring it back. As I started using the phone more my volume increase button doesnt work. Also, the front facing camera has a black halo around the lens. If I need repairs in the future I will try a different store.

Be aware! This store will scam you! I brought my pixel for battery replacement and they said it is screen issue. So I ended up getting a new screen and battery Then when I brought it home screen came off and screen got cracked . And also speaker had no sound.So I brought it back to store. the manager SAM said it is not his fault and not going to anything about it.I was so mad and called the police.I just had simple battery issue and I ended up with cracked screen and no speaker sounds.DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
