Glass back of iPhone XS shattered. CPR is a good alternative to to replace the glass back, rather than changing the whole motherboard ($$$) as Apple store would do. On the other hand, my phone is most likely not water resistant to original specs, but I can live with that until my next phone.The service was prompt and professional. The repair took less than 2 hours.

This place was the third repair cellphone place I went too. The other two cellphone “popular” ones said my phone was water damage and dead. Dead because when I got my battery replaced at other cellphone place — he failed to tell me that my phone is no longer even water resistant!Anyways BILLY helped me and was super patient and understanding. He was able to fix my phone!He told me what the issues was and I knew my phone wasn’t dead because I can still do find my iPhone, silent vibrates, etc.He was happy to try and replace screen to see if it works..... and it did!Solid dude that does all he can to help you.Ask for billy!

I brought my MS Surface to repair my cracked screen. They had the job done in one day, but the hardware didnt match. I needed the glass replaced on my S8 so I called for pricing. Pricing was $45 cheaper on the phone than what was quoted when I arrived with my device. However, the repair is solid quality work and you cant beat a same day turnaround. Well worth it.

My experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair on Westheimer was, to be completely honest, quite frustrating until the end. My situation was unique in that I was attempting to repair a Lenovo Edge II that was 4 years old and had been discontinued. It took them about 2 months, where I would frequently call, leave messages, and then hear nothing back until I called again, that they finally had told me my computer was ready to pick up. After finally arriving to get my computer, it was in fact, still in disrepair.This is a terrible story, so why 4 stars? When I stated my dissatisfaction, the coordinator called the owner immediately, and they did what they had to do to make it right. They owed me a functioning laptop so he gave me an amazing deal on a brand new, cutting edge HP envy360. It has the latest processing power, the latest DDR4 RAM, and upgraded storage space for below what HP themselves would have sold it to me for. They additionally gave me my old device partially repaired so that I could even attempt to fix it again if I wish.So what I will say is this. They are extremely effective for simple repairs (evident from other reviews). They need some work on their communication. However, when it comes to doing right by their customer in the end. They go above and beyond.

The repair was quick, and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this CPR location to anyone who needs to repair any electronic device.

Do not do business with these people. I called on the phone asking about a complete screen replacement for my iPhone XR and I was quoted $90 to fix the screen. I needed to have the front and back replaced so I asked him how much and I was told it would be $139 and if I wanted mobile service then it would be $159. Set up an appointment for between 2:00 - 3:00 PM, technician shows up at 3:15 and says that it’ll be an additional $75 to repair the back of my phone (on top of the $159 I was already told!) I took my phone out of the technicians hand and said thanks but no thanks have a great day. She stood there shocked so I’m guessing that they pull this scam on tons of people and get away with it. Buyer. Beware.
