I had a wonderful experience when I went in. I had to buy a new phone. I had had my other phone for around 7 years. It was time to replace it. It had gone dead. Lol! The salesperson was really nice and helpful

Terrible experience. Left the store feeling cheated. We had a misunderstanding. I was trying to add a new line to my preexisting account. I had a phone i wanted to use but the screen was locked. I thought maybe he could help unlock the screen....He misunderstood me and thought that I wanted to put my existing number on a new phone..He said that in order to unlock the screen, the phone would have to be sent to the repair center. ACTUALLY, it is very easy to unlock a phone. I figured this out shortly after the fact. He just wanted me to spend more money. I was in a hurry and i begrudgingly purchased the cheapest phone possible. I could not make heads or tails of all the costs he threw at me, and in the end, he ignored the first thing i said to him and put my old number on the new phone..THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR..I was made to swap my old sim card out because he put my old number on the new phone. AAARRRRGH....The terrible thing about Authorized Agents is that they kinda operate independently of the corporate business.. they make a profit from overcharging customers for every little thing they can. I DO NOT want to work with him again. I want the ACTUAL Cricket company to help me.
