Overall the vibe and stock of product is really good, girl at check out talks way too much for my liking, Im more of an in and out person, accidentally given the wrong product but they made it super easy to make the exchange to the right one without hiccups

This is my regular shop, but Ive lived in enough cities and been spoiled by top notch shops enough to know that this shop really isnt trying very hard. The owner/manager doesnt seem to know about details I ask for, and is picking products based on potential markup. When I bought a brand name item, he told me it was priced at msrp, but a quick google search showed that he was lying and ripping me off for $20. The only reason I give this two stars is because his employees are great people that have been extremely patient and helpful.

Absolutely the best shop! Great prices and a vast array of products. The Customer service is unlike any other experience. Jacoby is absolutely knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to help me with product selection and even more so when I had car trouble, they were kind enough to help me instead of leaving me stranded/towed and for that I am trruly grateful and will definitely be a loyal and lifetime customer. Kevin on Shepherd probably spent an hour helping me figure out what I needed because I had no clue. I finally got what I needed, went home, it was leaking badly. I called and spoke with Kevin, after the store was closed, and he told me exactly what to do to fix my problem. He was a HUGE help, super friendly, and just an overall great employee.
