Wings N Things has great appreciation for the Qlaborate (Formally HPOSS) family. They have been there for us keeping us updated to the new technologies on POS systems, credit card terminals, telephone systems, and any other improvement for the success of our restaurants.It does not matter what time of the day or night we have requested their assistance they have been there for us.We recommend Qlaborate to anyone that wants to keep on top of all the services on new technology.Qlaborate takes care of its customers and would do almost anything to help on the success of your business.

We chose Qlaborate POS for installation of a new system at a bar just this week ... our very first experience with POS systems as a user and for the business. The whole process has been smooth and extremely fast ... less than a month from demonstration to installation (could have been faster but that was on our side).We felt good about the choice after the initial on-site discussion and demonstration. That confidence was confirmed in working with Qlab over the next several weeks. All staff, from salesman to programmers and support personnel, have been friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Weve already used the 24hr support desk several times in the past few days and that may be the best part of the whole system ... adjustments to the new system were made on the spot with no problem or delay.The company worked within our financial means for the whole system, set up conferences outside normal work hours to accommodate our schedules for programming and system reviews, and never turned down any request or adjustment.We highly recommend Qlaborate POS for your business. You will not be disappointed!! A big shout out to Ahad and Greg ... we love you guys!!!

Very easy to use and has a very clean layout. The detailed reporting was one of the main reasons we switched over to this system, besides the reliability of it. Have been using it for about a week now and haven’t had any problems. The few questions we did run into were answered by the help desk in a very fast and helpful manner. Have recommended this system to multiple restaurants around the area.

It is extremely important, that we have relationships with our vendors, that are able to take care of our many needs, 24 hours a day. Qlaborate excels in every area, for point-of-sales needs. From the sales of hardware and software applications they provide, as well as the in-store service and the incredible 24 hour technical support, we could not be more pleased, with the phenomenal service we receive from Qlaborate. When operating a business, it is vital that you are able to complete the sales with your customer, in a very timely fashion, ie. get your money for your sale. QLABORATE has helped my business grow through this tough time by providing Online Ordering and contact less payment methods. We have added tablets for Curbside Orders and payments. Their customer service is excellent and the Help Desk answers the phone anytime we call. QLABORATE is a great restaurant consultant and not just a POS comapany.

Key points; started off very rough during implementation, straight forward front of house UI with a great back office for mgmt, after a mild/rocky first year with the system; team has upped their game and ensured personal attention to correct many of the missteps that were taken in the beginning. Fits in comfortably with other simple/straight forward POS systems.1; Most of the issues we encountered stemmed from lack of knowledge, integrity and time from our introductory team (sales and installation tech) While one might consider me too patient and understanding, Ive worked with a Hagrid-size handful of POS systems and Ive never found one that worked so incredibly well that I would leave a five star or ten out of ten review for them. (More on why Im leaving four stars later...)2; The UI is simple yet straight forward, not unlike other POS systems Ive encountered during my days in the industry. Where it truly shines is in the back office mode. Design wise, the back office can be a bit scattered in places but, overall, is effective in simplifying the UI experience for staff members and its information retrieval abilities. While I wish there were more graphs and charts, the back office space is very easy to manage when it comes to the simple tasks and effective when trying to coordinate specific data, prices, promotions, etc. (Perfect for the overly-attentive type [see tv series Monk], or for those that are familiar with D&D style organization)3. One unique aspect of the system and potentially peculiar about our geographic location is the online/offline mode. We operate in a historical building which presents its very own unique challenges when it comes to modern capabilities like internet connectivity. This is less a critique of QLabs capabilities and more sage advice to those potentially interested; put forth some effort on understanding how internet/data connectivity works in your area and what your service provider can assist with when working with new hardware/software.4. Ultimately, the greatest characteristic I can speak to is the attitude and effort the company has taken recently in addressing the misfortunes we experienced and improving the quality of interaction between our staff and their product/company. The turn around was a complete 180. The (24/7) technical staff is more competent and diligent. Ive had in-person meetings with the president of the company to address plans moving forward. Im in constant touch with a senior tech that is responsible for 99% of my renewed faith in the company. QLab has updated our hardware, working with us on solutions to improve our day to day organization and increase sales through simplifying our large inventory.While our experience has been rocky, and at times very frustrating in the past year; within the past five months Ive been nothing but impressed with their commitment to improving our operation and their integrity and professionalism.

These guys are awesome! I have been using them in several locations since 2014 and their customer service is top notch. Having worked with other POS providers in the past has been such a headache. Most want to nickel and dime you and can be difficult to work with when resolving issues, but these guys are very fair on their pricing structure and go above and beyond to please their clients.

Ive used a lot of different POS. This one is probably the worst. To be fair, Ive seen worse, just never bought them. Its cheaper than most, and you get what you pay for.Salesman promised the moon, delivered dust.Support isnt terrible, but the system itself just isnt good.Aloha or Focus are way better.
