Absolutely the best service out of all the places that I checked. They provided reliable service when my PC started showing some hardware issue. The issue was diagnosed within half an hour of my arrival. I am very happy with the speed and the quality of the service. After I arrived to pick up my system they showed the improvement of my system to me along side ways that I can benchmark my system in the future.I am definitely recommending this place to anyone i know that needs help with their electronics in the future.

Alright so.... Dude named Jaharre. (spell check on name), took 25 minutes out of his busy day to help me with all my difficult questions, concerns and just in cases, that i had to ask in order to properly operate both of my stations.... I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I have had remote support and home service and taken my computer to the shop, depending on my needs and the severity of the situation at the time. No matter where I get the service, they are always SOOO professional, and they can explain what is wrong in language even a non-techie (me!) can understand. Excellent service!! Very sharp techie that only do tech support, so no sales pressures like the other big box stores. Often they can fix your system w/in 24 hours, or less! Reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable on all systems: Macs, iPads, Windows, etc.Although plain on the outside, its because they just focus on doing computer repairs and service.

When your computer died nothing is ever fast enough but they communicated well to let me know what was needed and when it would be ready.
