This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Esmaeili and she was absolutely outstanding. She was so kind and very down to earth. She gave my eyes the full service treatment and was so thorough. I am very happy to say that I have found my new optometrist.

Amazing service! Super helpful, patient, and caring team & optometrists. This was my first time getting my prescription here and I’m excited to come back! Highly recommend for anyone in Houston. I had a super easy time scheduling with the front desk and the optometrists were both very knowledgeable. I got the right prescription from the first time and haven’t had any issues (in the past with other optometrists I would get incorrect prescriptions). Plus, the office is super cute and well-decorated, what more could you ask for? :)

This place is great. The optometrist and the tech do a really great job of keeping to their schedule. They make you feel comfortable and work quickly. They have lot of helpful advice and answered all of my questions and concerns. Great experience.

I loved coming here! I haven’t been to an eye exam in a long time and was nervous about what to expect. The doctor is so attentive and sweet! Her assistant is very helpful in explaining and making sure you’re comfortable with the experience. They clean everything in front of you which I really liked, and take time to hear out your needs adjusting to you. I left here feeling confident and excited. I highly recommend this place. I paid out of pocket for visit and lenses, all of which were reasonably priced. I’m telling all of my friends and family to come here. 🥰

I saw Dr. Esmaeili for an urgent appointment to remove a torn contact. She was able to see me right away and remove the contact. Shes very nice and professional. Extremely convenient location in the Highland Village right next door to Warby Parker with every convenient hours. Everything was sterilized. Would recommend

Super professional and welcoming! Dr. Shi was friendly, quick, and thorough. Not a big fan of getting my eyes checked yearly, but the process here made it feel less like a chore. She was really informative about all the options I had too and receptive to what I wanted, which I loved. The door to the clinic was a little hard to notice next to Warby Parker but the clinic itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be coming back here next year!

Awesome clinic! I came in to get my prescription updated next to Warby Parker and was greeted in a friendly manner by the optometrist and tech. The eye exam was quick and in depth. I was in and out within 30 minutes with healthy eyes and an updated prescription. This is definitely my new go to whenever I need my eyes checked.

Best eye exam! Came by when I was in town visiting family and wanted to get glasses at Warby Parker. The optometrist was thorough in checking everything and explaining in depth. I wish they were also in Austin though.

Solid eye exam. Made my appt through Warbyparker. Showed up kinda late but it was still okay to be seen so that’s great. Doc was kinda young but knew her stuff.She took her time and made me feel comfortable even though I had a lot of questions.Exam was $85 money well spent. I called around other places for pricing and they were one of the best.My only gripe is that the optometry place next door made it confusing to locate.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Shi. The purpose of the appointment was basically due to my interest in obtaining an updated prescription since I was planning on having some new sunglasses done at Warby Parker next door.The thoroughness and persistence of Dr Shi during a routine optometry test led her to inform me that she suspected that based on the results of her examination, I was probably suffering from Glaucoma and I was not even aware of it given the fact that it is a disease that is asymptomatic.Her concern even led her to attempt to try to immediately obtain an appointment with an Ophthalmologist. It was only until I assured her that upon my return to my country I would immediately look into it that she finally let go.Upon my return home, I went to the best Ophthalmologist and had all the necessary tests performed and I have now been informed that in fact I have Chronic Open-Angle Glaucoma. Based on the tests performed, at this point the damage is approximately 10% to optic nerve and with the treatment to be followed will now be controlled. As the Doctor here clearly stated if it had not been for the person who tested you in Houston, you would have probably lost your sight in 3-4 years.I am only 56 years old and I do not want to be blind if I can help it; but I do want to thank Dr. Shi, not only for her professional behavior but also for her genuine concern for me and for insisting in the importance of seeing an Ophthalmologist.Thank you, thank you, thank you. I hope the best for you in your professional and personal life and I will never forget the person who saved me from turning blind.God Bless You!Juan Jose Tome

Amazing optometry office attached to Warby Parker Highland Village. Dr. Shi really was easy to talk to and understanding. In the eye exam she gave me recommendations to treat my dry eyes. I was able to get a glasses and contact lens prescription very quickly. Since they are attached to Warby Parker, the process was flawless and fast to get a pair of glasses. Honestly, Dr. Shi gave me the best optometrist experience Ive had in a long time. I totally understand why Warby Parker would partner with her in Houston and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
