My customer experience at Vision Centers Houston Greenway was excellent, primarily because of Chris’s professionalism and customer service focus. I was there specifically to buy Maui Jim progressive prescription sunglasses. Chris took the time to ask me about my outdoor activities and then explained the different lens types and colors, lens materials, frames, etc. This attention to detail and knowledge from Chris allowed me to make an informed and very confident selection of the right sunglasses for me

The office is clean and the doctors are caring and knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I will say though that their front office staff has missed the mark on several occasions.A week after my exam, I called reception to ask for my prescriptions to be emailed to me. It took 4 calls, on different days, before someone actually sent me my prescriptions. On another occasion, I left a voicemail for the receptionist and still hadnt received a reply after 5 business days. Lastly, I had ordered updated lenses for my frame and was told Id receive a call when they arrived in 5-7 business days. Im a pretty patient person, so I waited several WEEKS before I called back to ask about the lenses. The lenses were never ordered for me.

Amazing service! Everyone is so nice and attentive. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name, but I’ll just say thank you to Jason and the rest of the team! Y’all are awesome!

Dr. Jacobson helped me and hubby a great deal we both needed prescriptions I had been straining my eyes for a few years subconsciously with out knowing abs he saw through me cheating on the eye exam bc we I strain my eyes can see which made my vision what it is today so I’m in a journey to let me eyes see with putting all the unnecessary stress in them they didn’t need it’s crazy bc I didn’t even know I was doing until my vision got bad! Thanks to Liz and Jason for great customer service Jason for picking our frames and liz for making sure our others doctors got our reports. Would highly recommend this place! I will be going here from now on plus you get warranty for a year in your glasses if you don’t lose them!!

I had an excellent experience getting fitted for contacts with Dr. Vuong and her team. She was really personable and answered any questions that I had. Afterwards, a member of her team, Jason, helped me with putting in my contacts for the first time. It took me forever but he was patient and understanding! Would definitely recommend this office for your optometry needs.

This is my second year going to this spot and their customer service is just amazing. Only thing that really bummed me out was the fact they no longer carry Chanel eyewear, however it’s not their fault Chanel wants to be exclusive. The place is super clean and during COVID they did everything to make it a safe comfortable environment. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been to MANY different eye doctors in my life, but Vision Source Greenway is BY FAR my favorite! I see Doctor Vuong, she is so sweet, patient, and really great at her job! The staff Erin & Justin are extremely helpful and go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you’re satisfied! My eyes are a bit difficult and though I love contacts it can be tricky to find the perfect ones that don’t dry out. The staff didn’t bat an eye to keep ordering different types of trial contacts for me, you can tell how much they care! I was just as picky with my glasses and they took time to go online to help me find the perfect ones because I didn’t find any in store. They’ve followed up constantly and are just hands down the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! 🙂🙂🙂

My doctor visit was great! The lady who greeted me and took down my stats and did my eye measurements was nothing short of amazing! She was extremely friendly. The doctor herself was really nice and helped me to better understand the workings of the eye. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. The guy (Jason) who checked me out and ordered my glasses for me was patient and kind. He was able to answer all my questions. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Vision Source to anyone in need of an eye appointment.

Amazing service the staff is very helpful at finding frame designs you like along with different colors, the optometrist has great bedside manners. My glasses were done in 1 hour and they are fantastic. I recommend this company 10/10 all around

Vision Source Greenway has the most friendly and helpful staff out of any eye doctor I have ever been to. They genuinely want to help you and are easy to schedule. The doctor is very knowledgeable but is still easy to talk to and doesn’t mind answering all my questions. I had some issues with my lenses midway through the year and they Went above and beyond to help me out and find me the best deal. Very thankful for this location.

My husband, came in for eye appointments and to pick out new frames and had a great time doing it. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and someone is always asking if they can help you. They give great advice as to whether a pair of frames looks good on you or not. The staff is great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and again, really a great help picking out the right frame for you. You have a great staff! I cannot wait to schedule my appointment. I highly recommend Vision Source.

I have been to a few different Vision Source locations over the past few years, but Vision Source Greenway was by far the best experience so far. Looking forward to coming back! Erin was terrific, which ultimately elevated the entire experience from normal to exceptional! Side note, safety precautions for the pandemic were phenomenal.

Vision Source literally saved the day. My son broke his only pair of glasses beyond repair. I called Vision Source and they got us right in for an appointment and they were able to make his glasses right there on the spot in less than an hour. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful this place is. To say that every single staff member went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. I live nearly an hour away from Vision Source and will never go anywhere else again. A huge heartfelt thank you for the AWESOME customer service.

This place was awesome! When I called to make my appointment, Jason was very pleasant and made me feel like I was going to the right place. The service here is above and beyond anything Ive experienced at any other optician! I am extremely picky when it comes to my glasses, and the team at Vision Source Greenway took the time to learn what I was looking for and help me find the perfect pair. And when the frames I wanted were out of stock everywhere, they went the extra mile to find the exact pair I was looking for. Plus, they take their COVID precautions very seriously - they have sanitizer and temp checks right at the door, everyone was wearing masks and social distancing, and everything was sanitized. I really like how personable and friendly they were. They saw me at my scheduled appointment time, provided a full consultation, examination, and helped me pick out a new pair of glasses all within a hour. There are so many options when choosing glasses and it can be overwhelming. I love Vision Source! Ive been going here since 2016 and the staff is always so friendly. As for myself, I got an eye exam this month and then proceeded to take over an hour to choose some glasses. Jason had the patience of a saint helped me find a pair.Update: the receptionists, Erin and Liz, were both so helpful when I asked for certain prescription information as well.

I went in this past Friday (7/31/2020) - first thing at the door, your temperature is screened using a contactless thermometer and hand sanitizer is available. Very open, clean facility which is sanitized after every patient use and mask wearing is enforced. Glasses are sanitized after every patient tries them on too. Thanks for that!The staff at this location was very helpful in finding a good pair of frames and everyone was super friendly (and hilarious)!My experience with Dr. Jacobson was excellent too.

I was not please with customer service as the female Dr was not kind.The young lady that assisted with my contacts in/out protocol was lovely but then they wanted to charge me like $100 after insurance for a 3 months supply of contacts. I found the same contacts and brand with my prescription and 90 day supply for $21 after insurance online. So easy.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Vuong is great. Havent seen Dr. Nasser in a while but hes always been helpful and great as well.

The staff and doctors at this location are always courteous. Im a big baby when it comes to having things put in my eyes. Normally when they do they puff of air test I cant sit still, I blink, or I pull my face away. Paris managed to do the test with the puff of air in just a couple of tries. Im so appreciative!

Lewis (the manager) and Dr. Vuong were both awesome. I made an appointment over the phone and was able to get in right away. Lewis was wonderful when I walked in and took care of my needs. The appointment went smoothly and I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated because they have the best equipment. They also have some super premium brands including Chanel, Tom Ford and Prada. I am leaving with super awesome sunglasses that are edgy and fun. Good job.

What a friendly staff! I never knew shopping for glasses could be that ...fun. The doctor was very caring and personable. I especially loved the honest feedback and recommendations from the whole staff. I now own a pair of Tom Fords. Id recommend anyone to visit them!

I brought in my glasses for repair on Friday, and Stewart fixed them and did not charge a dime. While he was repairing my glasses, he offered you coffee and water while i waited. Two other people also greeted me to make sure i had been helped, a lady with short hair and a thin woman. I was so impressed and will be back for an eye exam when i am due, because it was busy and I didnt have much time. But despite being so busy, everyone still made me feel right at home. I already told my friends about how wonderful the people are here and they will be going in for their own needs. Thank you once again, Stewart for being so patient and kind. And thank you Evelyn for making sure I had all my questions answered.

I always have a great experience at San Pedro Eye Care. I think Dr. Iwai is a genius. He is very thorough when helping me get the best personal eye care possible. His suggestion to add a lens into my left eye was perfect. I can see better than ever. The staff is always personable and friendly. Amazing service. I have been to other eye doctors in the area, and I had not found on that I felt comfortable returning regularly to. Vision Source finally has completed my search for a local and regular eye doctor! The staff is very friendly with excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Called a week ago to make an appointment for this week. Received a call today, and they asked me to reschedule for 20 mins later. Okay, inconvenient but I can do that. Just received a text message confirmation 40 minutes after the original time... almost an hour. They offered to reschedule, which I guess I can appreciate, but I’ve wasted a week where I could have scheduled another appointment with an optometrist who appreciates their customers. Terrible experience.

WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE. All they needed to do was send in a prescription. I’m about to drive my wife to the hospital because this place is refusing to send a prescription. My wife has an infection in her eye that could easily be treated by the medication that we were supposed to be prescribed. Instead, it seems the entire staff went home for the holidays. Thanks for nothing. What did we pay you for?!
