I heard of this office from a family friend. Dr. Nguyen was very patient and considerate to my needs. The staff there was very efficient and explained every step to me clearly and how much I would be paying. Some other offices I’ve been to have sprung surprise charges on me but not here! Honest, timely and efficient!

I found this place off of Google and decided to choose them because of the high ratings and great reviews. I was not let down whatsoever, and I pay attention to the smallest details and also work in customer service. The employees, including the Optometrist, were extremely professional, helpful, and well groomed. The office was very clean, orderly, and cozy. The staff made me feel very welcome and were oh so helpful with any questions I had. If you’re looking for a great experience at the eye doctor and stellar customer service, LOOK NO FURTHER. Great location. Was able to get the appointment I wanted easily. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a sassy pair of glasses, and were honest enough to tell me if certain frames wouldn’t be the best choice. They laid out all pricing options and didn’t pressure me to go a certain route. Exam was great and I felt that my concerns were heard. A great place to go for an eye exam and glasses!

The staff at Parkway Vision was both friendly and helpful. I needed both bifocal glasses and sunglasses. I was bored with my “go to” frames and the associate directed me to frames I love and compliment my face. Dr Nguyen did a thorough eye exam, and took time to answer my questions. I recently dropped my sunglasses on a tile floor. One of the lenses fell out of the frame. I took the lens and frame to Parkway Vision; and an associate repaired the sunglasses for free. I was out of the store in 5 minutes! I definitely would recommend this business!

I was running low on contact lenses and decided to give them a call. My appointment took place as scheduled and the wait was not long. The front desk staff and technicians all did a great job while Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable - providing a lot of valuable insight about my prescription. I was able to try several brands of contacts until we found just the right fit. Id definitely return and recommend to friends in the area.

Stopped by Parkway Vision expecting to see Pearle Vision! I had lost a nose piece off of my glasses. They very kindly replaced the old one and put on one to replace the lost one. Will definitely consider going there when it is time for my next exam.
