Wonderful optometrist office. Great pricing for eye visit, glasses and contacts (they’ll price match). The people working the floor are very helpful in finding a style that fits for you! Without any upselling or pressure. They also do a great job in adjusting your frames.Bonus is they have great hours. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Golden Vision for 4 years now, and they’ve always taken such good care of me. Dr. Viet Tran is so knowledgeable and extremely nice so, I always feel so comfortable getting my exam from him. Ken Ly is very patient when helping select frames for you, and will go above and beyond with the customer service to make sure everything is to your liking. Everyone should most definitely come here and get their eyes examined.

Well let me say this optometry is by far the best place to get your glasses for your whole family. When i say that been going here for 6 years now there customer service is excellent if I could give them 100 stars I would. Best variety of name brand frames to choose from. Optometrist is OK. The sales people are LIARS. After a contact lens exam (which cost $59), they told me I need to spend the full $150 insurance with them (means buying glasses/contact lens with them with a ripped off price) or else I will lose it – which is absolutely wrong information! I should have the freedom to spend the remaining amount ($150-$59 = $90 wherever I like.) Ended up got VSP on the line with them to make clarification. Dishonest & Bad business practice.

I have been there 14 months ago. Looked that everything would be okay at the beginning. As soon as I mentioned I just looked at a backup glasses for in case, so I didnt want to spend too much money on it, they looked unhappy immediately, especially a lady I guess it was the owner there.I didnt want to take an eye exam there as I just took it not too long. They insisted and then I said okay. The doctor pushed me to spend more money on something I didnt want, but I rejected firmly this time.At last I still spent much more money than I planned, for the frame and so on. It is okay to me. The glasses case is not high quality and durable as I expected. But it is broken now with very low usage. And a little painting of frame peeled off when I cleaned the glasses. BTW, it is very very easy to get dirty and blurred even if nobody touches it.My wife spent 200 more bucks except insurance but got a glasses with famous Italian brand. I spent the same amount but got a piece of junk...

Ive gone to a few optometrists in Houston over the past few years. I just went there for my 2nd eye exam. The prescription is good, and the staff is really friendly.

Criminals. That is the only word that properly describes this business and the people that work here.I spent almost $500 dollars on glasses that were made to the wrong prescription and they cut the bolts on the frames so that the lenses cannot be removed so the glasses are junk. They are rimless Tag Heuer glasses and are very expensive that cannot be repaired due to their ineptness.I should have known when I called them to see if my glasses were ready and that they told me that there was a problem with my glasses and that is why they were late in delivering them. They told me that their vendor screwed up. I trusted them to fix it the problem. I went to pick up my glasses I told them that they felt funny and I couldnt see well and they told me that they are new and my eyes need to adjust. I retrospect I know that they are criminals that colluded with their vendor to push their mistake onto me.Do not use this business they are crooks.
