They are quick, fair, knowledgable and pleasant. everything you look for in a shop. I had a potential seller take his truck here for a pre-purchase inspection which I later ended up purchasing. They found a few things that I wouldnt have caught and offered fair prices for repair.

I cannot speak upon their quality of work. Instead this is a review on their quality of communication. I first called and spoke with Joe on the phone. He was very professional and explained that he was changing oil and he was unable to provide me a full explanation to my question. But he did invite to come by and speak to him in person, however I was unable to do so. Joe advised me to send my questions to the 877 number and my questions would be answered. I sent 1 question during their listed operating hours but I received no reply. I asked a 2nd question after hours and I didnt receive a reply, which I completely understand, but I was going to drop my truck off before work, 6am, and asked if they had a key drop box.I sent a Facebook message to Houston Diesel Pros and I received a reply that can be seen in the attached photo. The person who replied did not provide a name but their answer was enough for me search elsewhere. I understand that this is your business and it was your day off, but a simple no or we are closed would have suffice.
