Have some issues with my truck and came in to get serviced, unfortunately because of the situation with my truck we were unable to do business together. However, Steven, Caitlin, and the service manager Matt were very professional, very informative, and provided me with excellent customer service. Even though we could not do business, I parted with a lot of knowledge about the situation with my truck. Thank you guys, and hopefully we can do business in the future.

Dropped off my 26’ box truck for transmission issues almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t got a call back or even an emailed invoice to inform me of the issues I need to take care of. Still waiting!! They say one thing but do another. Oh we’ll call you back. Still haven’t got a phone call, Go figure!!
AMAZING Techs and service. Had mistakenly gone to freightliner first for a busted radiator to find out after 36hrs thered be another 5-6 day wait. Called Mathew Richardson here he got me in same day and radiator repaired that day even staying late to do it. He went far above and beyond not only in the exceptional service and repair time but even found out my repairs were still under warranty when Freightliner tried saying they werent. If you need repairs in the Houston area this is definitely the place you should try first and if you do Im sure itll be the last place you need to ask for repairs.
Only star is that they answered the phone only after several tries!! Allison Trans in motorhome not working, set up an appointment possibly in two days. We called on the 2nd day and said the Tech had to go offshore, didnt know when hed be back.They kept saying first come first serve and they are backed up with work. But they charge 165/hr, 2hr min. If a diagnostic takes 15 min you still pay the min. Then THEY can wash & wax my motorhome!! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and Service Management is non existent!!
Spent over 7000$ on a trans and they wouldn’t warranty it when it was damaged overall I was a bit upset that’s why I only rate them 3 stars work was great time was great

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Took two buses to be fixed. Buses sat untouched for over six weeks, was told they were ready for pick up several months later, went to pick them up. Neither bus were operational. Epic failure. If I could post negative stars I absolutely would.
