I was given Edna (Human Resource) number to contact for a position in Accounting. I wasn’t aware it was here cell, however she was very rude. The rudeness lead me to believe that this was a scam. On the contrary, even after I identified why I was calling she was still rude, and her tone let me know she didn’t appreciate me calling or I was interrupting her.The gentlemen who gave me her number was very professional, but this HR person Edna; she’s far from it.Please read our correspondence:My text:Ms.Edna I could hear by the tone in your voice that you didn’t appreciate me calling your cell. I apologize, however this is the number I was given to contact. I will contact indeed.com and report this as a scam.Edna- HR Response:What are you talking about scan only had to do is call and I send you and I look at your resume there’s no scam we’ve been here for 44years we are not a scam. You received an email from one of my staff simpleNow I really don’t understand what she’s trying to say but for this to be an HR Lady I was very surprised at her message. I copied and paste her response so you can see the wording! I have never experienced anything like this before even when I worked at a gas station so for an HR to handle me like this as a major representative for a company it’s scary.I’m not trying to figure out people’s reasons in 2020 for being rude and NO apology is needed! GLOBE ELECTRIC you now have two negative Reviews and this shouldn’t be especially regarding an HR Rep. Ms Edna
