Earnie was less than pleasant. Had an attitude like he didnβt want to help the customer. Instead of trying to help me do my return or even check on my existing account, he said Iβd havw to figure it out on me own. Should be flipping burger if you donβt like working face to face with customers.
They just want to get you set up, then dont answer the phone when your internet goes down.
They keep messing up the wifi
Nice people but they cant do much to reset passwords, look up stuff on accounts. What is the point of the store??? And forget trying to do it on line.
Very nice store they have everything i want but I couldnβt make a purchase because the employees there are not well educated at the phone customer service gave me another offer but in the store that Spanish girl is so geru and has a very bad attitude! I donβt know how they hired her in a good store like this
It was an awesome store. Service was perfect. Camila knew exactly what I needed and quickly did what was needed. In and out time was less than 15 minutes. I am never going to any other xfinity store. 11 out of 10
Terrible customer service !! Went in for a few questions and a man named Nestor was helping me and he was rude and seemed like he didnβt want to help me at all. Xfinity should really rethink of who they want working for them because if they hire people who are disrespectful to their customers especially if they are management they will definitely lose business. They need to hire a new manager to run that store because he definitely seemed like he didnβt know not one bit of what he was doing !!!
I ended my service in the spring of 202 when I moved out of state. I returned my equipment to the Kirby Drive location in person. After waiting over 30 minutes to talk to a representative, I was able to turn in my equipment. I asked if there would be any other charges or actions needed to be taken to close out my account. I was assured that everything was in order, that my account had a $0 balance and that my account would be closed.Now I have a derogatory remark on my credit report from a collections agency working on behalf of Comcast/Xfinity.It is for $70. I assume this is the price assigned to an equipment non-return.I cannot get in touch with anyone at the Kirby location or at Xfinity customer service online or by phone. I reported an error to the collections agency over a month ago but they have not taken any action to remove the derogatory remark.I am disgusted that Comcast/Xfinity is so disorganized and takes the livelihoods of its customers so lightly that they would damage their credit in such a way, costing their customers time, money, and opportunities that will never be reimbursed.I blame the careless employees at the Kirby Drive location for messing up my credit score. This is the last thing we need during a pandemic when people are already financially crunched. On top of it all, when you call the customer service line, theres some fake platitudes about being in this together. What a load of bull!
I came in to switch my service from Sprint (worst company ever & I was with them for 20yrs!) to Xfinity. What should have been a simple 30min tops process ended up taking 3.5hrs, because Sprint is just a terrible company that likes to pass people from one chat to another. I had an appointment, got there 15mim early, thinking I could take advantage of the extra time, b/c again, this should have taken no more than 30min. Hector was a freaking saint. He helped deal with the unprofessional individuals at Sprint, and honestly, he never acted irritated (unlike myself) and was unbelievably kind. I will come to this store again, even though theres one closer to me, just because everyone there was so nice and professional.
Dont get wifi with these guys you will regret. Multiple outages in a single week. Im not the only one, go to down detector and check the comments. Absolutely terribe service.

I have to say I been to a few Xfinity store and I recently went to this location and thereβs a guy there name Cesar his very nice and helpful his new but nice guy he help me out and explain how to set up my cable and internet me and my husband are very appreciate it that he took his time explaining how to set up everything I will be going back soon to switch over for a mobile account great Customer service need more stores like this one .
Henry was so helpful and gave great customer service. He takes a lot of pride in going the extra mile to make sure each customer receives a remarkable experience and leaves the store feeling that their patronage is valued.Henry resolved my issue right away and set a great example for the other associates who were working during the time I was there. I wish more people in customer service had his great attitude and respectfulness!

I took my Son into the store to let him simply transfer his existing phone service to Texas from Florida. I already have a existing account of four years. In order to transfer the number the salesman had to talk to a tier 2 technician. He called and we were number 27 in the que! Xfinity REALLY needs to get with the game! The salesman explained that Xfinity is still trying to work out the βbugsβ in their system. In my opinion you shouldnβt be advertising for phone service until you already have the βbugsβ worked out. I donβt blame the guys at the store, they were very apologetic and friendly. But Xfinity puts their employees in a very awkward predicament!

If you need anything done, go see Clark. He makes sure that not only do you get the answer you seek, but that you understand why certain policies are in place. He helped me get internet and gave me the information I needed to go forward with my payments and account. Great customer service. π

I got this promotion mail from them, claiming upgrade today and get all of this. Drove all the way to the place and got told by a lady this is for new customer only.Seriously, it literally wrote we hope yourre enjoying all the great features of your xfinity internet. and it wrote its an upgrade offer. How could an upgrade offer apply to new residence only?

Went in to return an unused cable box. They disconnected my account. Had to sit on the phone with xfinity support for 30 min and no joke sign up for service again because they could not reverse the request.

Beyond terrible. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait in a crowded and cramped store while super slow sales people move like snails. Came here to return a router (should take a minute) and have to wait behind customers buying phones and spending an hour here.

Doors were locked during business hours in violation of OSHA regulations despite the door clearly being marked with signage indicating it must remain unlocked, even once inside it took me 30 min just to drop off a TV box....

Have to wait in line to return/drop off equipment; why? Also, 6 associates servicing 3 customers (2 associates per customer). Probably the most inefficient way you can possibly run an operation.
