Apple has totally nailed down their customer experience at their stores. Was in and out with the new MacBook Pro in what felt like less than 10 minutes.You just feel totally taken care of when shopping here and Ill absolutely be back!
Great great experience here just now. Ordered a new iPhone and the case shipped well before the phone did. Once the phone finally arrived, I didn’t like the way it fit/protected the phone. Even thought the two week return period was elapsed, the ‘Specialist’ made sure I walked out with the case I really wanted that same day. Will continue using Apple phones and computers indefinitely for this reason and many others.
Ive bought a iPhone 13 and 12 recently from this store. Just found out the Sim ejector tool in the package was not returned to my box, for both purchases! I know this tool is not a big deal, and you can easily find a replacement for it’s purpose. But come on, it’s my property, and the guy/gal who helped me activated my new phones used the tool and obviously kept it or forgot to return it to the box. That’s very unprofessional, in my opinion, and it’s disappointing.

I got an iPhone 12 exactly 7 days ago and the phone suddenly stopped working. I came to this apple store because the phone is under warranty. They did a test on the phone and found out that the phone won’t be able to turn on or charge again. The option they gave me is to put the screen of the phone on another one (probably refurbished). In my opinion this is not an acceptable option since it is not my fault that the equipment is faulty. I thought apple was a better company when it comes to customer care, but it is definitely not. I will see what other options I have, hopefully it doesn’t come to change brand.
I usually have a great experience shopping at Apple store but this location at Memorial City Mall was horrible and very unprofessional due to the lack of customer service and maturity. Upon entrance of the store no one came up to me and I waited over 45 minutes instead I had to reach out to them to get some service. The apple associates seems as if they did not want to attend to me or ask what I was looking for at all. I recommend going to the Apple store in the Houston Galleria Mall. I do not recommend this location to anyone and do not waste your time or money here.
Requires a mask when vax has been available everywhere for months. Iphone X dead after two years and they cannot repair it even when I want to pay out of pocket.
I Had a great experience with Crystal today! The security guard at the front greeted me with a smile. I came in here knowing exactly what I wanted. The store was not as busy as I thought it would be for a Tuesday afternoon, and I was able to be helped with in less than one minute. The customer representative (Crystal) was useful in finding the right Apple Watch for me. I will say this was probably one of the most pleasant Apple store experiences I have had. She was helpful, knowledgable and patient when explaining differences! This is my favorite Apple location and will definitely go back here for any more business!
Never again. BAD, BAD, BAD, BADmy iphone 11 pro max has a signal issue and they give me just two choses: fix it for 599 $ or 500 $ to trade with an iphone 11 (no pro max). i bought my iphone 14 months ago and the warranty is expired and the guy push me to trade several time.this is not good way to take care the customers specially with customers that always bouth apple device(i have 6 iphone, 2 ipad, iwatch, apple airpods pro and i already bought the 13 pro max). i think they try to scam the people, they do business just for themself.i been to the little store close to my house, the owner of the store changed the gsm antenna and i spent 120$...the cellphone now work.I WOULD LIKE REPORT THAT. stay far from this people.BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD
This location is the WORST. The customer service and staff are rude and careless. They just see you walk in and make an excuse not to attend anyone coming for anything. If you make an appointment is even worst, they cancel your appointment without letting you know. NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS STORE if you don’t want to leave mad and angry. They just don’t care about your time and the customers which btw give them work.
Super helpful and very nice! It was my first time having issues with my phone and the entire team was super nice and attentive to my issues. Got there are 10am, reserved my time at 11am. I drank my coffee and before I know it, it was time to go into my appointment. Was in there for 40 minutes max and all my problems were solved. Thank you!

Apple products speak for themselves but I also noticed that their staff are hand picked. I dealt with Alex at the memorial branch, the guy is outstanding, he’s a natural in dealing with customers and he’s very efficient and fast. Highly recommend apple products and I highly recommend this branch specifically.
Very kind and and well mannered personnel but couldnt solve mu problem. I bought a phone and somehow my apple ID got locked so they are asked ng me to wait one more week for someone from support call me to listen to my problem. I bought the phone because I needed a new phone fast before I travel. Four days later lm traveling with a phone without my needed apps.
Clean store. Big menu with creative dishes. Will respond to ingredients that you prefer. Quickly prepared order. Take out is great, too! Affordable prices. Fabulous vermicelli bowls, great spring rolls and lettuce wraps. Totally recommend.
If u want to be told as u were In California and force you to have a mask for service .. then be my guess .. most inappropriate customer service and management.Even though n their own website say other wise .. but according to this “Mgr” the apparently he didn’t even read the Apple handbook I was wrong and refuse me service

My laptop screen stopped working on a Friday, I made an appointment and dropped my computer off Friday afternoon. Vanessa helped me and was outstanding. She listened to me, explained what I didn’t know, and knew exactly what to do. She really knows what she’s talking about! She sent my computer off on Friday afternoon and it was fixed for free, I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off like I have before. It’s currently Monday before 10 am and my computer was just delivered back to me, so fast!
I just had the worst experience at this location I used the self check out option and the whole time the employees hovered over me and never asked if o needed to checkout. Then as I was leaving I showed them my receipt because I would of hated if they asked me if I needed to pay. Then as we were walking away one of the emotes made a comment about us checking out. We address this comment with the employee and as we were walking out another comment was made that we were attempting to terminate someone from employment. We then asked to speak to manager and that person did not introduced himself nor deescalated the situation. He only gave us his managers name “Nicole”. This was such an embarrassing experience will not come here again. I also have to point out the whole store was busy and there was three clusters of four or more employees just going on about personal matters not a good look Apple at all.

Worst customer experience ever !!!!I don’t write many reviews and especially negative ones but todays experience pushed all buttons.NEW PHONE BUYING EXPERIENCE TURNED INTO NIGHTMARE !!Went to pick up phone here and do a trade in, after normal procedure of phone check etc the process of data transfer started, the apple rep left me on a table and I started the data transfer myself (no problem with that) the issue became when the new phone had to update software before phone to phone transfer could happen. I was connected to public wifi in store which was showing 3 hours just to download 600mb update to 15.0.1. After waiting for 40 mins it was still showing 3 hours. No body was helping and I had to catch a walking by apple rep, he was rude and didn’t not answer my query properly and told me to wait as this is the only Wi-Fi available. Seriously Starbucks or Walmart Wi-Fi speed would be better than apple store. At least they should switch customers to other Wi-Fi who are actually transferring data while buying new phone.Upon my repeated complain to them, finally one rep connected laptop to update software, however after software update the transfer failed.Later apple rep told me to just do iCloud restore no need to do phone to phone transfer, I told him that my photos are not back up at iCloud on which he answered I am subject matter expert, even if photo option is turned off in iCloud still you can get them, I wanted all photos to be transferred to new phone. However i was running out of time and had no choice then to trust his statement.Guess what apple genius… your customer knows better than subject matter experts. I LOST ALL MY PHOTOS.Worst apple reps in store who don’t know much about their own softwares and MISGUIDE customers.All photos LOST .Horrible Service, horrible staff.Try other stores.

My MacBook Pro needed a keyboard. This Apple store was easy to schedule. They took me early the work was done quickly. The tech, Richard was helpful and friendly. This location is in Memorial City Mall so there is parking. A starbucks and a huge crowd.I was impressed by this store I . The techs despite a chuffed store were interacting moving quickly, and doing it with a smile. A quick tip scheduling late afternoon availability same day
Im not a fan of apple, but my daughter likes it. I recently got her an iPhone, had to go to the store to buy a wall adapter. Everyone seemed nice

I came to the Apple store today because my screen broke on my iPhone. The reason it broke is because the apple case it was in had an exposed corner because the case wasn’t durable after a drop. When I talked to the team lead Carlos about it, he was extremely dismissive and lied and said nowhere do we advertise that the case protects the phone from breaking otherwise we would replace it. I went and looked up the description of the case and it said that that Apple spends thousands of hours on testing on their cases to protect the phone and prevent scratches. Carlos was rude and dismissive. The reason I spent more money on the apple case is because I believed apple would have the more reliable product. It’s disappointing to have this experience after being an apple customer since the iPhone 4. I’ll be switching to Samsung for my next phone. Carlos refused to hear my concerns, give me his employee number or put me in touch with a manager and dared me to report him. This was atrocious and hostile customer service.

The store leader Josh was incredibly unhelpful and rude. We arrived at 11:30 AM this morning on March 25th, 2021 for an iPhone repair appointment. Unfortunately, the appointment did not register in their system. The store had very few customers this morning, but there were many Apple employees. The representative we spoke with refused to service us since we did not have an appointment even though we made one earlier that day. We requested the manager and the store leader Josh approached us. Josh refused to hear us out and denied service since we did not have an appointment even though he had at least 10 employees sitting idle and able to assist. Josh spoke in a rude tone of voice and had very poor customer service skills. This store and Apple should properly train their employees and especially store leaders that the customer is right and always comes first. We were treated very poorly by Josh and he should be trained how to speak to customers properly and assist in the situation at hand, not be rude and condescending. We will be sure to report Josh to Apple and file a formal complaint. We are simply warning any future customers that you should not expect a pleasant experience at this store, especially when a poor customer service representative like Josh is at helm during business hours.
Manager was rude and showed no understanding. I live one hour away and got stuck in a huge storm going to my appointment. Instead of turning and going back home, I made it to the store 15 min late because of slow traffic due to the storm. The lady manager refused to see me because i was late. Please dont waste your time going to that store, she showed no emotion, no understanding, it was like dealing with a robot.. i will never put my foot there because she didn t pur herself in my position..why deal with cruel and heartless people?

I have an iPhone XS and got cracked on screen and chipped at the bottom of the phone. Due to the damage, I wouldn’t be able to unlock the phone nor store memories in iCloud as it won’t let me type... so hoping they can just repair the screen but they refused to do so. I had to get the third party store to fix my phone and now it’s working great. Wish they are more reliable and trustworthy... Hope other customers have a pleasant experience here but my experience was a bit disappointing.

They didn’t come up to me I look for a worker to get my online order, the girl that scans pick up orders was so rude. And forcing me to get apple care when I clearly said NO. She wasn’t friendly and look was just rude.

I called to schedule an appointment and when scheduling I mentioned that I had 3 devices that I was taking in. Everything was all good till I arrived at my appointment and was told I needed to make 3 different appointments for each device.🤔.

I always come to this store for many years, the people in the front are so rude, they told me to get my AirPod online even know, I need it for today as a present! I left the store .You need to hired more stuff to work on the front !! It’s sad that we pay so much for your product!But the company can hired more stuff for a better experience for you costumers, I will never come back again to this store ! Sadly only one person was working while the others person was talking to a Houston police officer for a long time !!
Tried to go in to see the new iPads and was asked if I had a mask, when I said no she said let me get you one. I said no thanks, if I need a mask to come in then I’ll take my business elsewhere! This is illegal! Mask are not enforced any longer and Apple and Visible Changes don’t care and are enforcing it. They even had a police officer there...

I am surprised that Apple has such bad customer service, especially this specific location. I purchased a phone. They canceled it to change the color i wanted and were not able to place another order and said oh well. 3 weeks later and talking to customer service and nothing has been resolved. The manager said he cant to nothing. Do not go to the location.
My experience was good there. I brough a Macbook to repair. Austin was extremely helpful/friendly/simlpy a great advisor. Everything was quick and understandible. I give 4 stars only for quite a long waiting time, there are usually many people waiting at this location.

Wow, still floors me how this company gets my business. Rude is a norm and it must start with hiring. From you are not welcome without an invite and do NOT show up early as it’s denial from the front and a shunning to ensue.Once in it seems nice but it’s not that great. To develop you have to R&D and pay big executives big dollars to watch over every aspect of profit they can squeeze out of us. Unfortunately or fortunately technology and it’s luxury and flare seems to costs more than any real life experience.Wait and wait and with only 8 Windows do not expect to get through here in any suggested reasonable time.
I came to fix my flooded phone that was in water for less than a minute. The Iphone 11 is advertised as water resistant for thirty minutes but mine broke in less then one minute. Anyways, they did not do anything to fix it but they did try to sell me a new phone. Instead, I went to Houston IPhone repair on Kirkwood and I-10 and they fixed it in thirty minutes for less than half the cost of a replacement phone ($150 vs $399). Although they were sweet, they did nothing to really help. Go to a phone repair shop if they do not help you.
Upon entering the Apple Store you soon realize it is unlike any other store inside Memorial City Mall. Stores ultra-modern and clean looks offer a museum-like ambiance to their high-end products. I have only visited this location a few times but found myself waiting longer than usual on my last visit. I realized the young rookie who was helping me was still learning the ropes and things didn’t run as smooth and as they should have. He was still very polite and had a genuine interest in helping me. It is important that you setup an appointment online before visiting the store for any service on your phone/pad/laptop. Upon setting your appointment make sure you list and describe all the problems and possible repairs needed on your device.

My computer will not turn on. The machine is still under warranty, Tried everything on the apple forums, no avail. Tried to schedule to drop off online, no appointments. Went to store, they were not interested without an appointment. I recommend buying another brand than apple, cannot even RMA unit for repair. 1000$ wasted.

A complete pain to get anything done. Make an appointment to get in and they wont let you in until 5 minutes prior to appointment. We showed up literally 8 minutes before the appointment and were made to wait outside.
Very busy store, but they got me in promptly and on-time. They were able to check me in and get me service quickly. At least 3 or 4 techs asked me if I needed help while I was waiting. Decent selection and classes for how to use the iPhone. Great location and staff. 5 stars.

They are currently taking all the safety precautions implemented during covid-19 times. Very well done to keep the customers and employees safe. The line to enter the store does get pretty long so plan ahead to spend some time standing around waiting for your turn.
