DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when your signing the paper work they dont tell you all the interest they are going to hit you with later on. They basically steal from you then lie to you about your balance so you can pay more with out realizing that you owe way less then what they tell you!!!and on top of everything when you call them with questions they either put you on hold without letting you even finish your sentence or just hang up on you. Dont waste your time in this location.I called regarding their prices about laptops and why is not posted online. I called customer service and Henry kindly transfer to this store. I explain my situation and that I was interested to buy two laptops in their store. I asked what type of laptops they carried in the store and what series. The lady flat out told me that all the computers are in the back and cant give all the information. ThenI told the lady whom answer my call of why the store hasnt post laptops online, So we can avoid this future issue of me calling to store . She told me that I can come to the store, she provided me the wrong address. I was about to ask her another question and she flat out hang up on me. At this moment, I realize that I should take my money somewhere else since this location does not care about customer service and treat right the potential customer. With this interchange with the lady who I spoke with, it gave straight up red flags. Beware anyone, If this people on this location gave me this attitude as a potential customer. Can you imagine if I was current customer and have questions regarding my account? Thank You to the lady over the phone, with your attitude and your customer skills, I can assure that Im going somewhere else and not deal with all yall. Thank You for those red flags signs
If I could put no stars at all, it wouldβve been better. I got my tv from here and it stopped working. I brought it up to them because they said they would come and nothing so I went and brought my tv on March 25 or 27th, I sent them with everything cable and all. They gave me the tv Thursday, no cable or anything, the lady said she couldnβt replace it they forgot so I would have to wait until Saturday. Okay... Saturday came in and nothing. They called me yesterday and left me a voicemail that they could give me a cable so it was a relief some what so I get home and the cable is not even a tv cable. Worst experience ever and I donβt recommend this to anyone.

I left my iPad a week ago for repair I was told that they will give me a call back after the work was done they gave me a call back today just to tell me that they had repaired it and that it was ready for pick up as I go inside to pick it up and i seen they didnβt fix anything I was really bothered so I asked to talk to the supervisor and she told me they werenβt able to fix it because the insurance policy is only if the iPad stops working why charge so much for the insurance if you canβt fix anything Iβm definetly not buying anything from famsa anymore I been a customer and buying appliances from them for more that 10 years Im very disappointed because they charged me $300 for the insurance for them to not even make an effort to fix it it it wasnβt even cracked or anything it just needed to be glued on they even messed it up and folded it I will file a report to bbb as well.
Yesterday I was trying to make a payment over the phone for a living room set recently purchased and I was on hold for MORE THAN AN HOUR, not even exaggerating. I called again when it was over 30 minutes and asked the same female if it was normal to be on hold this long and she told me yes that I needed to keep holding, keep in mind this is around 6:30 PM. After the hour I called once more just to be told they have closed at six because of the climate. Why in the world could you have not said that since the beginning of my calls when you were aware I was on hold for that long AND when I was on the line with her I could hear another coworker of hers saying hang up the line. Utterly surprised of this poor work ethic. This is the first payment I was trying to make but if this is how Im going to be handled from here on out Ill gladly return this living room set back. If my payment is considered past due itll be because of this poor work ethic staff.

My friend got sofas from there and they came with bedbugs, all her apartment got infect of those bugs and she had to throw all her furniture away. When she called to the store to complaint they said they are no responsable for any bug. Please be careful before get furniture from those stores

Not only did this guy (Miguel Alvarez) took a personal call while doing my application but the lady next to him was applying makeup... extremely annoyed at having to wait for him to take a personal callπ‘π‘π‘π‘
Do not recommend this store at all! All they want is to take advantage of you and get your money.They promise your delivery arrives on time, but not only did mine arrive a day after they called and said they were 40 minutes away, they didnt even bring all my furniture that I had purchased. So I called and to speak to the people in charge of the warehouse and not only did they said that the furniture Im missing is not on the list but that I also have to call back tomorrow to make an appointment to speak with the salesperson who was in charge of what I had purchased, whom my I add not only has my number but never seems to answer my phone calls anymoreπhmmm... Such great customer service. This is the 4th time I have to go back to the store, which is an hour and a half away from where I live!!π And to top that all off 2 days before that incident they delivered another furniture that I had purchased but guess what... it was the used one that was in the store. How great!! Now i see why theyre rated so low :)

Furniture is very low grade, Ive replaced everything Ive purchased from Famsa. Tables and sofas weaken over time... and when you call into customer service, the representatives have very poor communication skills. I felt like I was speaking to a poorly educated middle schooler. Famsa, I left my account at a O balance, Its closed and I wouldnt purchase another item from your company.

Si tu quieres mierda por tu plata, bienvenidos a famsa.This place is a scam that takes advantage of the immigrant community, or anyone else who can not obtain credit via their social security number.Their prices are ridiculous, and if you get one of their payment plans, youll pay 4 times what you would somewhere else.I would offer constructive criticism, but they dont care, as they treasure their position taking advantage of undocumented immigrants. These are people who work very hard, are often paid absurdly low, illegal wages, and only wish to provide for themselves and their loved ones, just like anyone else, regardless of their ICE status.Shame on you, FAMSA.
