They have great customer service when you go to buy something. But, wait till you have to take your phone to claim warranty. Their reps will try to find even a minor scratch to try to deflect a warranty repair. This is the second time we had to take in the Zflip for a faulty screen issueThese days, phone is an essential. How can they not have a loaner phone available even when the issue is due to a manufacturing defect? They expect you to not have a phone for 2 to 3 days?However, UBreakIFixit staff was very friendly and helpful. They confirmed that there is no physical damage but this is a warranty repair like before and our phone was fixed the same day!

Took them a battery pack that still had a warranty on it and its been over a year waiting for it. they informed me theylost it and did nothing to compensate us for the lost item nor did they offer a replacement avoid this store just a bunch of con artists who give you the run around when you try to get information about how long till your warranted item will be return back to youpossession . Called the customer service number and this store never even shipped it even after we paid shipping

I was sent to the store to acquire information about warranty exchange. Now I do have to say that the store is very aesthetically pleasing. And there certainly was the added value of being able to see most of Samsungs entire lineup available. But I was significantly disappointed and the service Im. I was given to do anything about my malfunctioning device. I understand there are not a lot of Samsung stores in this area of Texas, but eight days just to look into repairing it is a little bit ridiculous for a manufacturer of their caliber.

On May 15, 2021 my wife and I went to the Samsung Experience store at the Houston Galleria, and it was quite the experience.Both Joseph and Benjamin were the greatest knowledgeable and respectful Samsung representatives. They were extremely patient with all our questions, and if they didnt have the answer - they went and found out for us. They knew how to operate the models that we were interested in and never once said I dont know how to do that. If the rest of the team is has good as these 2, its no wonder that this store is so busy. In our opinion, Joseph and Benjamin went above and beyond. Great job!

Samsung is the worst. The ordering experience and in the store. I went into the store and the first man I encountered was so rude. Didnt help me and refused to help. I mean he was a disgusting human being. You would think 🤔 considering the amount just spent with them...they could have been helpful. He was awful just awful. The store is awful!! The on phone is no better. Shame on them😒

My family and I stopped in this store but the salesperson was not as friendly as I thought they should or would be. I continued on and hoped they would be become a little more warm. Maybe they assumed I would purchase nothing so why invest in the time to provide good and professional service. Its almost as if they didnt want a certain type of person in their Galleria store. My husband said had they been a little more customer service oriented it would have purchased a phone. This is not the first time in this store but this was the first time we really wanted to buy a phone. Never Ever judge a book by its cover because you dont know who has good credit and who doesnt ...oh well they missed us with poor customer services. On to the next one....

Here’s something interesting. We called for service on an issue with our Samsung ice maker. They indicated they have only one authorized service provider in all of the Houston area (4 million people). Think about that before buying a Samsung product.

They have 15 associates on hand and no one can help you. Every body is talking on the ear piece and standing in huddles. Went in for a repair 7/28 (phone under warranty) had to make an appt 8/13 (cool) left the phone...Its 8/31 we are still in the same position as 7/28. They will give you the run around and tell you anything to get you out the store or off the phone. Ohhh and of course everybody is a manager.Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. 9/7 Still getting the run around 🙄

This is the first time I visited a Samsung experience store, all my issues were resolved. Service manager John went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. Second, service agent David a sales representative went above and beyond on all my needs, i bought an s20 and enjoyed all the discounts including the free stuff. Lastly, I went into the store expecting a different outcome since the stores are limited in the u.s., well i was surely mistaken, to say the least i left a happy camper. Day of visit 6/30/2020 @ 11:30 a.m.

We had an appointment to fix the phone and we told them what service is needed. Appointment was delayed and when they saw us they told us had to check if they have the parts available! Almost an hour wait then they told us they dont have the parts! Over an hour waste for nothing! Very very terrible service! On the day when we made an appointment they confirmed they had it available for us! What kind of service is that? Very very bad experience!

Due to the Google update, my phone was not operating properly. My mobil carrier couldnt fix it, and and although Samsung Tech Services spent over an hour with me, they couldnt fix the problem. They recommended I go to the Samsung Experience Store in the Galleria and have them look at it. At the store Joseph took my phone and sat with me to work on it. It took awhile but he finally was able to fix the phone. I just want to say, Joseph you are the Man!. Outstanding knowledge and customer service. If you go to the store ask for him. You wont regret it.

Whitney was absolutely fabulous..she informed me of my options regarding my phone and was very upfront with me. She took care of my concerns while taking care of another customer. We talked as if were friends..everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful when making the decision about an upcoming phone. Shout out to Samsung Experience Store Staff. My experience with this store was excellent. I walked in and was waited on immediately. Joseph DeLa Garza was very professional and gave top quality service, give this man an increase in pay! His customer service was awesome! With me having been in management for over 20+ years, many times in my experience people want a promotion or are in management but they arent doing the job. However, I understand why Joseph is in management, he solved my problem with my Samsung Note 10+ (provider Sprint :-( no words) Initially I wasnt able to access Call Waiting and none of the suggestions online or when I called the Sprint Customer Service helped solve my issue. However Joseph got the job done in less than 10 - 15 min tops. He even has me considering purchasing a new phone. I love it when people do their job and love their job. Welcome to the Big H Joseph, I hope you enjoy and find much success on your new journey.

Been a while since I gave a 5-star review but this store is epic. Went to get my z flip fixed and Ben helped me out along with his managers and other colleagues who assisted they were also fantastic and great. If you need your phone fixed I would recommend you go here just in case they are able to help you with the warranty or the insurance. The customer service from Ben was so good that I usually order all of my devices from Samsung but because of the customer service and the better promotions that they actually have in the store I will definitely be going back to Samsung to buy all of my new devices and accessories.

I had an awesome experience yesterday at the location in the Galleria! David and Farran were super helpful, knowledgeable and just overall a pleasure. From the moment I called in inquiring about the phone that I wanted until the moment I arrived at the store, my experience was phenomenal!!! Great experience at this store. I was met at the door by Gabriella who was very pleasant and made my visit very comfortable. Ray helped me with some issues on my S20 Note and got me with the right person to actually make the fix. I dont remember her name but she fixed my issues in a fraction of the time I was expecting. The young man named Austin helped me and was Excellent! Very knowledgeable and polite. He gets the 5 stars. Not the guy who was set to do the repairs. I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g that I purchased from Samsung. A $1300 phone and is under warranty. After a software update. My ability to send or receive (MMS) picture messages or group messages stopped. It was suggested changing the mother board might do the trick after resetting the phone several time and a bunch of other things they tried. So Im cool with it because of the warranty covering it. BUT! Because of a very small scratch on the screen. The only way they would change the board under warranty is if I first paid $260 for them to repair the screen. What?!?! I didnt understand that and of course declined the service. I will try sending it in to Samsung. You can barely even see the scratch. In fact I was under the impression the screen was scratch resistant anyway. So wouldnt that be a defect? I could be wrong. But lets just get a second opinion. Lol. Worst case scenario. I have to still get the screen fixed first. Paid the $260. And keep going. Im team Samsung all the way. Im really enjoying the phone and suggest it to everyone I come across. Lol.

Customer service is horrible. I had an appointment and when I showed up I was told they couldnt help me because they had a back up even though I had an appointment. This is the only samsung store in all of Houston so it is a far drive for me to make. I made another appointment later in the week and had to wait over an hour for anyone to even help me. They were not respectful of my time. I really like samsung products but am very disappointed with the customer experience.

I was greeted by Farhan and he explained all the promos going on and explained the differences between phone models to help me decide, it was great experience overall. I was in and out of the store with great deal and great phone. I would give this store and Farhan 10 out of 10. Great customer service.

Today I tried to buy 3 phones (Galaxy S20s). So, online are some promotions that does not apply in store.The fun part is that we (my wife, daughter, and I) decided to visit the store. To see the phones and select the colours etc... (the Experience part). And with a lot of joy, we arrived at the store, wait on a line for around 35 to 40 minutes (I do respect the Coronavirus measures). And guess what happen? The online promotions does not apply to on store buying. In particular the financing part, the store financing process is with a private bank and online is with Samsung (the 0% promotion for 36 months). But thats not all, while we were waiting online there they have these nice tvs that shows that you can finance with 0 % promotion. The online store does not warn you about it (anything saying or stating... this promotions are applicable to online buying process ONLY).I do not appreciate, after all this process (40 minutes from home to the store, another 40 waiting, leaving with empty hands, and going back another 40 minutes) visiting a store to find such discrepancies. My surprise is that the Store (on Google Maps) shows up as a Samsung Experience Store... well at least, Google is right.... Experience Store... a real bad one!!

I found excellent service at this store on 11/07/2020. At the entrance Michael said all appointments were booked for the day but he enlisted help for me from the technician Ray. Ray checked to see if text messages and my list of contacts could be transferred from my lost Samsung Galaxy A50 to my new phone Galaxy A21. He said they could not be recovered but he did show me how to access my photos. I was so overjoyed to have my photos back. That made my day. Ray went the extra mile to assist me, and I will be ever so grateful for his expertise and courtesy.

The asian dude only lets certain people in the store. I have a very expensive phone (Z Fold) which I use for my company and needed to get replaced. I was wearing my work clothes (construction) and he immediately without asking me why I was there he says I need to make an appointment. I explain how I spoke to a samsung rep and was told I didnt need appointment and that walk ins are welcomed. This was very inconvenient for me.This issue needs to also be address if its by appointment only because I had to miss work.

Purchased a bundle online and the store only had 1 out of 2 items on the invoice. I was then told there was nothing that the store can do and I would have to take it up with customer support online or over the phone. I then proceeded to call customer service while in the store and have been on hold for over 1hr! At this point while on hold myself and the store manager proceeded to try to get help online where I was not successful because the chat support stop responding to the thread where I was left with no help from customer support online and no help from phone support. The manager at the store said there was nothing he could do. Im sure that the staff is great at this however I did not have a good experience an 1 hr 30 minutes later I left with an incomplete order.

Came as walk in (told over the phone I could) was asked to make an appointment the next day. Came the next day, was asked to wait for a technician outside of the store while others were being helped. After 30 min of standing I asked what was going on and 4 different employees were HIGHLY aggressive ( not exaggerating) told me a technician had to be available. I asked to cancel the appointment and reschedule at a later day and was asked to just leave!! Unprofessional staff. I dislike Apple products but now with this amount of trouble that Im running just to fix a broken screen and charger port.. I rather make the change
