Went to try to get a phone repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, if your phone cant be repaired, they offer u the option to buy a new one or to recycle the phone with them.

We purchased our product in advance, making an appointment to pick it up. When we arrived for our appointment, there was a long line waiting to get in the store. We informed the employees managing the line that we had a 1:45 appointment to pick up a purchase. They told us to go to the end of the line. I asked do all of these people have earlier appointments? They said, Yes. Everyone does. I asked again, thinking perhaps they hadnt understood, Everyone is here to pick up something they have already purchased? I was rudely told that if I wanted to go in I had to get in line. We watched people going in to look at display items... shopping. When we got to the front we asked for the manager. My wife is disabled. Standing in a line of shoppers for half an hour after our appointment time was frustrating and aggravating. When we finally got to talk to the manager, we were told that the reason we had to stand in line was because they had limited capacity for the store and hadnt expected so many people that afternoon. As it turns out, we never even went in the store. They brought our purchase out to us. Why did we have to wait again? Why bother making an appointment? I wont be back to this store, which will probably be good news to the rude, lying employees there.

Apple Store is open to the public now! No more appointment is needed when entering the store, unless you need something fixed. My child is so happy to see and touch all the products, he didnt want to leave! Sanitizers and disinfectants are available for your convenience at every display table. I didnt need assistance so I cant comment about their customer service. Overall, everything went great!

Bad service ever. I came to check up my AirPods Pro today, I have an appointment at 2:45pm. I came and checking in at 2:35. But I have to wait more than 20 minutes. Then a man name Victor came to help us. He knew my AirPod was not working due to the bettery, he still deleted everything from my phone. When I need help while re-set the passwords, I asked him, he told me “read that!”. Thanks! Never come back this location.

I went here since I was told at geek squad from Best Buy that my battery was swelling, I made a long drive from Humble to here. I was then told that the battery is fine is the screen that is lifting up. I have a iPhone 8 + and they wanted to charge 399 since they couldn’t replace the screen since the back glass is cracked. I’ll rather repair it myself than spend 400 dollars on a already discounted phone.

Even though we paid ahead of time and had an appointment pick up time. Since the store was at capacity, we had to wait in the back of a line outside the store entrance behind people that had not made appointments and were not simply picking up a previously paid for item. I am disabled, which is the reason I made arrangements ahead of time. The person conducting the line was extremely rude as if I should be happy for the privilege of shopping at Apple rather than Apple staff being happy for the privilege of servicing their customers.

Apple Care and Apple support is unprofessional and their knowledge is probably is less than HS level!!!I got Apple express replacement but online Apple sent wrong phone.After over an hour on the phone with supervisor from Apple care, they said they will get the correct Unlocked Carrier Free for me if I go the the store that they scheduled.After I get to this Willowbrook Store, they can’t do it since online folks already registered another wrong phone.Willowbrook Apple store sends me back to online support for support.Let’s see if this resolves it.What the phuc is this kind of support I paid $299 for?Apple employs incompetent adolescence for so call employees that cost people time.Don’t buy Apple care and use as much built-in warranty as much as possible in first year!Buy warranty from third party.Better yet probably need to get Android.

Very well organized setting up my appointment through Apple support app was super easy and from the moment I got there was a few young ladies directing customer what line to stand in, they let me know to come bk 5 mins prior to my appt (I got there 30 mins prior just because I didn’t know what to expect) I came bk 5 mins prior as I was told and they directed me to the next available person. The young man thanked me for being prepared (QR CODE & iCloud pw known) and he told me it would take about 2 hrs to get my cracked screen fixed. After 2 hrs came bk the once again one of the young ladies directed me to the next available person & received my phone in perfect condition & only $29 + tax! Great customer service & experience would highly recommend!

Went to pick up my items at the express line today. Not sure what dictionary they pulled express from. Bu waiting in line for an hour to pick up an item express doesn’t make any sense. They need to have one line open for picking things up instead of making everyone wait out side to help people shopping that have no idea if they will buy anything or not. She gave me so many options and she helped me with all the details in order to try to purchase me a new iPhone. Kim is amazing. Two hours I spent in here and it was worth every second. I didn’t stay waiting. I was talking with the employees about business help, options, phone upgrades, and laptops. Everyone at this store was so very nice today when I went in. I had a problem with my battery on my 6S Plus and after their diagnosis they discovered it was not the battery but a company had attached itself to my phone and was actually using 64% of the battery daily. Unbelievable! They did not pressure me to buy another phone, which some places will do. Needless to say, I will go back here when I do need a new phone. Such nice people.

Walked in the store and found one of the workers there she was helping someone out and I didn’t want to be rude cutting her off while she was talking to a customer. She told me that she would gladly help me because she had 3 other customers she was helping. Once I asked her a question she answered it and directed me to Justin told him why I was there and he quickly started helping me out with what I had asked him he went threw the process of helping me out with my daughters laptop and showed us what we had to do. He walked us step by step and explained and showed us what we had to do. Workers there help out quick and answer questions when asked pleased to say that Justin was a great help.

This location is absolutely wonderful. The employees care about your concerns. I suggest when purchasing a new iPhone be sure to go to your settings (iPhone X & up) scroll down to camera.Change from the factory setting which will be 1080p switch it to 4K 24 which is what filmmakers use or you can change to 4K60 for more smoother and higher resolution.

Very nice, understanding, and helpful employees. My only suggestion would be for them to max-out the in-store WiFi so that updates go quicker. A LOT of time is spent waiting on updating OS and downloading from the Cloud. People would move in and out faster and they would be able to see and help more people.

Went one night to see if my camera was covered under warranty since the camera was acting up. They gave me an appointment that same night took about an hour but they were busy. Took the guy at the genius bar about 5 min to tell me its covered and can be changed out that same night. Was fairly pleased with my visit, my phone was fixed and got out quickly.

Get better with appointments and the attitudes. You force appointments then if someone shows up a few minutes late you cancel them. When people are checked in, you still have to wait. What’s the point of an appointment? Maybe it’s just this location that is slow on time

Customer service at this location leaves something to be desired. I’ve gone to Apple Stores which are much more friendly and customer-focused. There is a manager in particular that is hostile toward customers (young-ish bald black guy with glasses). The first visit, I was trying to get help with unlocking a phone, and he visibly annoyed with having to do it at all (I saw & heard one of the other employees describe what needed doing and the manager was visibly annoyed at having to do it. He was then was pushy while handling the phone, taking it without asking politely, changing the text size without describing what he was doing, etc. The next visit, I asked if I could get a SIM card for another phone that I have. He said that he can’t just give them out. That may be strictly true, but other stores have not hassled me with these sorts of small things. I’ve bought several thousands of dollars worth of Apple products over the years and most stores are usually not this obnoxiously strict about things. They are under no obligation to do this, of course, but the motivating factor with this guy seems to be exercising his power over things. I would like to keep purchasing from Apple, as I think they have a good product, but these sorts of things make one not want to go into an Apple store. Would avoid this one if possible.

Apple Stores are always fairly chaotic. Interesting layout of course and system for sales. The people there were very helpful in finding the product I was looking for which wasnt on the shelves. I typically buy all my Apple products from Best Buy, they just didnt have what I was looking for. I think the reason I dont prefer going to the Apple Store is because I always know what I want and just walk in and buy it without a whole lot of interaction. Just a personal preference.

I had been to the phone store, to Best Buy (the “ “imposter,” but authorized Genius Bar, and finally to the Apple store. The only place that was able to resolve the problem was the Apple store. Teach the staff more knowledge. Because the employee who was helping me didn’t know a lot about the Apple upgrade program I had to end up getting a NEW phone and now I’m going to end up paying $240 more a year the I was previously. I go in there expecting the staff to know mostly everything about apple, their products and services. I do not trust Apple employees anymore. Have a monthly meeting about the services y’all have. I didn’t want to upgrade but ended up HAVING TO due to lack of knowledge on the employees part. The staff is nice but not helpful. The staff helping me made a mistake, which happens, but it was a HUGE mistake and one that I’m going to have to live with for a year. And now my keychain passwords won’t show up on my current phone and idk why. Will never go to an Apple store for help EVER again.
