My favorite Asian supermarket. They have a huge selection of the best Asian products. The staff is very helpful even though they dont speak very well English, they bring the best efforts to help you. The freshness and variety of the vegetables is amazing.

It is a good place to buy asian foods. It has variety of asian foods including Chinese, Korea, Vietnamese, Thai, etc. This is my to go places for groceries. They also sell pots, wines, stove. You can get fresh meats and vegetables there. You can get hotpot meat there too. The price is also fair. Most of the staffs are nice but some staffs at checkout are rude sometimes.

One star for Ms Wu was being professional and handling the horrible situation. Otherwise I wish I can give out 0 star.The customer service is terrible, one of the worst in all Chinatown grocery stores. Today the cashier threw the divider to me because my credit card didn’t go through. I told her if you cancel this transaction I can switch another card, she didn’t say anything but took off my card from my hand. I had to ask her to give MY card back to ME. Then she started to cruised on me in front of everyone. That’s extremely ridiculous. Saying if your commercial system was frozen so the transaction didn’t go through, how can it become customer’s fault? Does Justgo even provide basic training? I CANNOT believe that happened in 2021.

Asian Super Market enthusiasts take note!!A trip to the asian market turned into an adventure!! This store had 99% of the items I was looking for plus many new finds to assist me in filling my cart and kitchen with the better products from my favorite countries! I found the seafood to be super fresh, and some hard to find items in that section. The prices are very reasonable. I really liked being to find the fermentation glass containers for pickling asian veg or making kimche. The price was half that of online sellers. A score!!This store competes with the big asian market mall store for less expensive pricing and better kept freezers and coolers. Best authentic products selection for the price. There was no wait for checkout in the am. I will include this store as a regular shopping store. No too big .not too small. Just right price point. Shop here and feel good about the spend!!

Good variety of Chinese products but I felt sorry for the fish frogs turtles. They look like they crowded environment.

This place is not friendly to Blacks. The people there will try to run over you with their carts, and cars and then look at you like you were wrong. I only go there to purchase the teas and some other health items. If you are Black you could easily get arrested. If I knew of another store where I could purchase these items I cease going there. I have went there for a couple of years. The owner is going to get sued one day because even the cashiers talk down to you.. I try to keep my composure but its hard.

If you are not Asian, they are rude af. Stood at counter waiting to get meat cut. Several employees behind the counter just looked at me so I stood behind the woman being served to create a line. An Asian woman walked up and said excuse me as if she was just looking, 2 employees darted over and asked her if she needed help. So of course, i said i was here 1st and everyone behind the counter just threw their hands up and the employee that ended up helping me had a big attitude and was easily annoyed because I couldnt understand him.

Chinese grocery store. Isles ate very crowded. All kinds of different fish and water borne animals to select from for dinner. From fresh to frozen fish, to live crabs and frogs. So be prepared, the smell of the seafood will overwhelm you when you walk in. Everything is pretty much written in Chinese

Extensive selection of Asian veggies and fruits, maybe best in Houston, great frozen food section, every kind of tofu made is available here. No large jars of pork sung sent me to look elsewhere this trip. Thanks for having the door security staff provide hand sanitizer for customers & carts.

This place is filthy. Covid infested looking place. Water all over the floor around meat and seafood aisle. Stinks, smells like sewer in the corner of the meat area. Overcrowded. Small, narrow aisles. Prices are on the high side. Never stepping foot in this place.

This is definitely not your traditional super market. In the heart of China Town Jusgo is being the stable of China Town since 2011. They own the shopping center that they locate in. So the parking is a none issue. I mean there is plenty.The selection of the grocery is exotic to put it mildly. No they dont have pre-made sweet and sour pork or prepaid egg roll in nice vacuum packages.But if you want Asian spices, fresh Asian produce and fresh cut meat this is the place for it. And here we go into the their famous sea food department. I mean fresh not only crabs and fish,but live turtles and frogs. Not for faint of heart thats for sure.They will butcher and clean for you also.They carry one of the kind stuff that many Asian market do not carry. Watch for the expiring day, they are pretty bad sometimes about that. Unique grocery store, but hey what do you expect you in China town.

The workers at the fish and meat sections are the rudest in all of Houston. They literally cuss out customers in Spanish. The aisles are narrow and have boxes strewn everywhere so you can hardly walk through. They force you to get your hands sprayed with a chemical when entering. The cashiers are rude and throw your items down. This place is a nightmare.

Great place to go, I would say the the aisles can be a little crowded. But for the most part, they have a little bit more of a different variety of ingredients you cant find in the other grocery stores. So if your missing one or two ingredients try here.

Great grocery store with good prices in Chinatown. Over many months, Ive noticed that they are improving the quality and experience of buying. The seafood section used to smell, but not much anymore. Although it can be a little crowded here, the cheap prices they have justify this.

This place has some very difficult to find items. Unique fruits, snacks and teas. Reasonable prices.

Fresh produce

Was shopping there on 8/29/2019 and noticed one of the workers in the meat department throwing down cardboard boxes of frozen meat onto the concrete floor (apparently in order to break them apart). Eventually the cardboard broke apart and the raw frozen meat would slide across the concrete floor where everyone walked. I pointed out to him that it is unlikely that this would conform to Health Department regulations, but he just kept smiled and kept doing it. I pointed it out to a woman who looked to be more in a supervisory position, but she didnt seem to care either. I will still probably go there, but I definitely will not be buying raw meat from them again.

Chinese grocery store. It is good place for one who love Chinese products.

Twice in the past year we bought bad fragrance rice from this store. The bags looked fine on the outside but the rice has worms/maggots crawling around. We dont live near to Chinatown so didnt return them. Just thought they shouldnt sell poor quality food to customers.

The products here are super healthy and cheap. You can see rows and stacks of produce and any Asian product. Next to this restaurant are amazing restautants (the Vietnamese sandwhich shop is heavenly), dessert shops, and Tapioca!!!!

My go-to store for all Chinese snacks and cookies, especially the Taiwanese egg rolls! Great selection of sizes (so you dont have to buy a whole case to enjoy) and other brands. Good Chinese New Years dragon performance.

Today I was went to Jusgo Supermarket to buy some food, there one of staff name Iris Chen she was stocking products and I was looking for Chinese fish sauce and I ask her said, excuse me could you please tell me where you guys located fish sauce, she was not using nice customer service way . Her tone was very bad and she didnt care about customer consultation at all. She didnt give you a clear indication of where the item was, so I asked again, at which time she told me in an impatient tone behind the cashier counter.and I was ask her for name and I wanna look for store manager and first I went to ask one of customer service worker, she told me she is owner of store you wanna complain there no one can respond only her ! After hearing this, I was very surprised. As a boss, how could there be such poor customer service, as an operator and she is also one of the shareholders. She may not know her bad mood and bad customer service attitude, which will directly affect other shareholders. Iris Chen You have a lot of competitors around you guys. Houston is not only your Jusgo supermarket. We as consumers have many choices. Your behavior defeated me. I will write these for you because of your unfriendly customer service behavior. Because you tell me you don’t care how I comments on you ! You lost my as a customer today, but I am convinced that your attitude will gradually lose more consumer groups who have an opinion on customer service.

The best place to shop for oriental foods

It has a great variety of Asian and Indian fresh foods available. Specially it is great for subcontinental fishes and vegetables. I even found fishes which are common in West Bengal, India.

A good place to buy healthy food and also very cheap, I also believe that those who lead do a very good job using the Latino community giving them job opportunities as well as the Asian community, good job

Nice availability of hard to find Asian foods.Good cultural experience for someone not familiar. Not spotlessly clean like Randalls or whole foods.

This place used to be nice but lately the workers there all seem to have not so nice attitudes. You think the manager and owners would train their employees to have nice attitudes since they are in the service industry. I wanted to buy a piece of salmon steak and they used to cut them to about 1-2 inches thick which is like the normal size. Now they cut them to about double the size (4-5 inches). The lady that was at the seafood section refused to cut it down to 2 inches for me and started bad mouthing me to another coworker in front of me. I should have gone to the manager and complained but I didnt want to cause any trouble.I admit they do have good supplies of food and other products but their prices are kind of getting expensive.As the condition of the supermarket, its getting to look really dirty. I mean if H Mart and these other Chinese supermarkets around there could keep their place clean why cant they do that too. I go there to shop because they carry some stuff that other grocery stores dont or else I wont even want to go in if I dont have to.

It has many fresh meat and seafood. Fresh produce. Store is too crowded and too small. Too many employees on the floor then you add the customers. Its a difficult place to shop, so I only go if i have to.

Love this place only why 4 stars is because i feel like some people there look down on you if your not asian. But i love this store and its products. Come here all the time.

Bad bad customer service,very rude stuff.

Over a month ago I dicovered this ABSOLUTELY YUMMY black-colored squid meatball，its in blue package, I believe its brand name has the Chinese characters 创and “家”. Maybe 创新家？Unfortunately they are sold out and I went there for weeks to check if they have it in the fridge again but no luck,none of the supermarkets in Chinatown sells those. Please will the manager see this and do something wonderful!

The veggies are usually fresh, but employees have bad attitudes, except the stocker is very helpful. Dont go there between 7:30pm to 9pm, during business hours. They clean the grocery with a huge vacuum, WET floor and easy to fall. They push you away and get mad if you are on their way. This is the only grocery doing this during business hours. Very rude and dangerous.
