Today while using their curbside service, Kroger’s surprised me with a FREE Valentines Day tote bag filled with yummy treats, healthy snack samples and coupons.So thoughtful and kind. Used to have a salad bar. They took it out. Used to have a microwave. They removed it. So, if you are a senior on a limited budget you can still get the $5.00 plate. Typically fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes and one other side with a roll. It is already warm. However they do not seem to make the chicken tenders. Also, if you select an item that you used to warm up, you cant.They took out the microwave! That. cost them a customer.

This is a Grand Kroger. This is the Mother of all Krogers. This is a walmart who lost a duel to Kroger and assimilated its remains and became a super power. You enter and are immediately welcomed with an interior of a mega store. They have everything you could want to find in a store. Now for the reason of the review. I heard of the fabled Watermelon Stella Rosa Wine... I never had luck anywhere. Specs. My local Kroger. Walmart. Target. Nada. But this giant store had exactly what I have been looking for. Not to mention Sushi Bar, Cheese Bar, and a Kitchen Ware Area for all your kitchen needs. It also comes with a Starbucks on the inside for your coffee needs. Just a well rounded and OVERPOWERED store. Nothing can compete. They also have a fuel center. Shop there, acquire points and save on groceries, fuel and TIME! I am just in Awe....

Tried to do a pick up order and they marked half my stuff out of stock and didnt tell me or even give me accommodations with something else.Went inside and it was all there.went inside and waited in line for 20 minsLazy employees and horrible customer service.

Stopped here for a couple of things. They had the store well stocked and ready.

Some of the folks that work here and specially the bbq food by deli are slow and rude. I come here because it’s easier to get to, but after today I am willing to deal with the traffic and head over to H‑E‑B. I know they’ll be more than helpful and polite.

This rating applies solely to the pharmacy at this location. Regardless of the fact that I am oftentimes the only person in line to pick up my prescriptions, Ive come to expect that I will stand at the counter unacknowledged for about 10 minutes while two employees try to juggle phone calls, filling prescriptions, administering vaccines, and covering pickups at both the register and the drive-thru. Today, however, I stood at the counter for 30 minutes, no one acknowledging our (me and the ever-lengthening line of people behind me) existence. The phone - which rang incessantly - went unanswered the entire time I waited. One lady was filling prescriptions and the other was handling what seemed to be an endless number of vaccination appointments. Although the lady who finally came to the register had attitude, I mentally give them both a pass because theyre clearly understaffed back there and trying their best to do everything that has to be done. Management at this location needs to get a freakin clue and get them appropriately staffed. Having customers standing around for 30+ minutes to simply pick up prescriptions is ridiculous. I look forward to taking my pharmacy business elsewhere.

Recommended grocery store by family and friends, so I ditch my go to grocery store HEB and decided to take the additional mile and 5 minutes to try this location. The store cleanliness was great, environment was inviting and there prices were reasonable as well. I spent more time as I should there to check out the layout of store and get some more insight. I was pleased until I reached the self checkout counter. My son and I started to proceed to check out and where challenged by the self check out system when it came down to produce and fruits. I had to void a wrong entry to the system and needed assistance from the clerk in charge. Unfortunately she was not near me as she was too busy talking to random shoppers that I assume she knew. I had to wait for approximately 3-5 minutes for her to clear my voided transaction. Unfortunately it happened again and I needed her assistance, again she was busy taking to other shoppers as I yelled “excuse me” & “mam” approximately 4-5 times! She continued to talk to her acquaintances and proceeded to walk with them towards the exit door. At this point I proceeded to walk to a regular check out counter where the associate checked me as fast as she could. I asked to speak to manager about experience which I did and her response was an un-empathized “sorry sir”. I guess I expected more from this overrated grocery store. As a new and potential customer I felt my time was not valued and the store did not have enough reliable resources to take care of my issues and my complaint. Will definitely NOT come back to this location.

This Kroger has all kinds of things you didnt know you needed plus everything youd expect from a good grocery store. Prices are reasonable, associates are friendly and helpful, produce is top notch and it is a joy to shop here. Its also very clean and well stocked.

Every time I visit this store I leave wondering when they will accept my money.About every 2 months or so I try this Krogers and I dont understand why I do my cards never work with there broken down card readers. I tried 3 cards all declined and when I walked next door they all work just fine I guess Krogers just doesnt want my business

I really don’t understand every time I go to the deli, seafood or bistro the service is horrible. You have to wait 10-15 minutes to be waited on. The employee looks at you, doesn’t acknowledge you and proceed to continue what they are doing. Seems whatever they are doing is more pressing than customer service.

During the recent freeze, kroger employees are having shoppers wait outside in line in 30 degree weather to get into the store. Theyre letting 10 people in at a time in a store the size of a super Walmart. F%ck this store AND its staff.

If youre going to have a limit of items per customer, enforce it. There was a women with 3 kids and 5 full carts on self checkout buying multiple essentials. Our tax money is going to people such as this buying 12 gallons of milk with their food stamps when they dont need it.

I am CONTINUALLY blown away by the friendly staff. I love Amanda who works in the hygiene and personal care dept. She is such a hard worker, efficient, and friendly! I am also a huge fan of the checkers Kennedy, Chelsea, and Andrell!!! This is an excellent location with a wonderful staff! So grateful for my Krogers!!!

I placed an order for delivery for 7-8pm. Not only did they not deliver, they did not communicate with me. The help number for the delivery service was in another country and the accent of the service representative was almost indecipherable. She could not even cancel the order. Finally got ahold of the store directly at 9am the next day and they said it was impossible to deliver! This is typical Kroger corporate behavior to sell a service they could not deliver! Shop H‑E‑B!

Love shopping Kroger BUT the employees have no clue how to use the face masks theyre wearing. Im older so it makes me feel unsafe going there. Only 1 employee out of the 30 or more knew how to use this simple thing.

Frequent this location for my families grocery needs. The store is always clean and stocked. However, I have found the best time to shop for produce is Tuesday’s evenings. The produce section is well stocked with the freshest produce. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Sometimes they lack enough cashiers to accommodate customers in an efficient manner.

This pharmacy is a joke! The tech that was helping me was lazy!! She did everything possible to try to turn me away than call another pharmacy for transfers. She kept giving me excuses as why she couldn’t and then gave me a wait time of over 3 hrs or possibly next day. Like seriously?! I left & called to try to speak with an assistant manager, Chris (I believe) regarding the customer service I received and he was trying to make up an excuse for them instead of just apologizing and looking into it. Chris said even though they don’t look busy, they have a lot of work to do which honestly made me laugh. Plus they took forever to help one lady in front of me. They honestly just left her standing there while they filled her script. They could’ve told her to sit down and helped the next person in line. Seriously work flow is seriously lacking. This Kroger pharmacy does not come anywhere close to being as busy as the pharmacy I work at. Then, I got hung up on several times and it took 7 tries before getting ahold of an associate. I was told the store manager wasn’t there & then he was magically there when I said I was going to corporate. Store manager, Duke was more helpful and understanding of the situation and said he would look into it.HEB is across the street and will probably transfer there instead.

Worst cash center in Houston! Hands down.. worst customer service Ive seen in years. Asked if they cash payroll checks, yes we cash them. Waited for 40min. For them to tell me they cant cash payroll checks with signatures on it. Ive been working for the better part of to decades, never heard of that excuse ever. Smh..

Why send customers digital coupons geared towards items in a promotion that cant be used. Especially when you allow people to clear your shelves with paper coupons during sales with multiple Kroger cards and sell the items on the back street a few miles behind your store or on Facebook. I spoken with your supervisor on duty and she acted as if she didnt care. Inoticed she had the security officer coming over. I guess she thought because I was black I was going to do something to her. No, sweetheart. I just didnt but what I was going to buy. I will NEVET shop at your store again. You have poor customer service anyway, but this was it for me. I will drive out of me way to the Northpark location or go to HEB!!!

The store was clean and organized. I found everything easily. The cashier was nice, polite and friendly. The bagger was nice and helpful. This store has the organic dairy I like and more. I will definitely be going back.

This store is new, very clean and well organized. It is a Signature Kroger. It is very well laid out, surrounded by new retail locations being built as of this review. This location has fuel pumps with awesome fuel prices. They have lots of bargains on different items at different times. 10 for $10 is common on select items. Customer service reps are very friendly. The pharmacy staff is fantastic (John, Mayra, Precious). Also, you can get a $25 store credit for transferring an existing or bringing a new prescription, so long as you are using health insurance but not Medicare or Medicaid. Great place to shop!

This Kroger has the most Vegan Items in this area so I will always frequent this location, they have H-E-B best in that arena. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly so that make a trip there even more pleasant. However, some days there are not enough cashiers to help check out and the self checkout is always packed.

Cashiers and Managers need to be informed about promotions they have nationally. The morning cashier Tanilo was incompetent about a promotion Kroger had on social media via twitter and I was treated like I was trying to scam them and when the promotion did come off they were unapologetic and dumbfounded. This Kroger Definitely needs a refresher course on customer service.

This Kroger is very well key. They always have everything I need in stock. They people that work here are always helpful and friendly. It’s a great store for this part of town. I usually like HEB, but I drive past it to get to this Kroger. Please check it out if you are in the area.

This is new Store, huge dont plan on a quick trip to see it all. The Wine and Beer bar is so cool. Yes they have a 2 drink limit, just a nice place to relax and John is very nice. The sandwiches are fresh and the deli is awesome. Love this store!

I wish that there was a zero star. These Kroger location has the worst customer service within its store in its entirety from the deli to the pharmacy. Such a beautiful store wasted with poor customer service at its best. Perhaps training at this location is how to provide the worst customer service to ensure that customers will not return.

The Kroger Marketplace, on Beltway 8 & West Lake Houston Parkway is fairly new but this has been my best shop experience at any Kroger store as a Kroger shopper. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. The store has been well stocked with all of the items I typically purchase during all of my visits.

The best Kroger in the north houston area. The employees are very nice and helpful. I saw a young man helping an older women today by waiting for another customer to finish using the motor cart and return to the lady due to the fact that all other motor carts werent charged. This is truth that gentlemen and great employees are still in the working world. Thank you Kroger for having great employees and a great location filled with everything youll need to get for dinner/household items.

There is so much here! All the cashiers Ive encountered have been super nice, too. I havent been to other grocery stores in the area yet; I just moved to the Houston area from the Baton Rouge area. This place is clean, has a lot of options, and has nice people. The prices seem decent, too. What more are you looking for in a grocery store?

Good grocery store for the location, good selection of most foods, including bins of nuts/rice and oatmeal/beans. There is a bar inside with growler fills, but the beer selection for growler fills isnt very comprehensive. Easy to get to and well organized and clean.

Pharmacy staff is so nice and helpful and professional I trust them.

There are some things that I love about Kroger: their employees, ice cream, bread, self checkout, and decent selection of home goods. There are probably more things that I do not like: their produce section, their product mix, anything made in house (bakery or deli), their prices, their regular registers. I come here when it is convenient, but more often I stop at HEB.

This is my favorite Kroger to shop. Its always clean and well stocked with plenty of parking. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because there sometimes arent enough cashiers AND sackers available.

They have the meat selections that most places don’t have, so u don’t have to go all the way up town to get what you need.

Im usually a HEB shopper but my husband likes Kroger so we decided to go. Worst experience ever!!!!! We left our $7 pack of meat behind so he goes back to get it and they make a big deal about it saying they need to check the cameras etc.... We are not trying to steal meat you sometimes leave groceries behind it happens. The way they handled the situation isnt right especially since we had our receipt showing we paid for the meat. Why would we return to the store for unpaid meat? Never shopping there again which is disappointing since we did like the environment.

This Kroger has everything that you need and want. From the cheese and wine bar to Starbucks to the Sushi bar....this Kroger is amazing! Did I mention the toys and makeup? So awesome! They have clothes and not just little things here and there but actually really nice looking clothes for women, me, and children! I didnt know where to start or where to look theres so many sections. I can get everything I need and more from this Kroger and there was no need for me to go anywhere else. This will be the only Kroger me and my family will go to.

I went to this Kroger a few days ago to buy some crab and shrimp that was on sale and when i arrived to the seafood market around 6pm and seen they didnt have shrimp/crab on display I asked if they had more and the employee checked the freezer and stated that he wasnt able to reach or get to it! Wow how lazy? He didnt even try to get someone to help if that was really the case so with that being said I went to HEB and bought what I needed. Terrible customer service !

On 3/3/18 I visited the store to shop at 10pm. Private select coffee was on sale for $2.99 for Saturday. I utilized the self check out number 4 and had numerous issues for which the associate was required to assist me and enter his code. There was quite a crowd and had to wait for David the associate to assist me even when he left the area to go to the service desk to speak with Roderick. Once I completed scanning my items, David then finally made it back to me to enter my produce. My transaction failed to show the coffee at the sale price. David told me that it was a Saturday only sale and it was 12:04 therefore I was unable to utilize the digital coupon. I found this to be ridiculous and requested the manager. Roderick came after speaking with David and told me the same. I explained that I had issues with the terminal and had to wait many times for David to assist me. That is when Roderick took it upon himself to inform me that it was my fault because the Sale was on all day and I knew I wanted the item I was livid at the fact that he would find it appropriate to reprimand me for shopping later and refused to assist me any further. I responded by requested that the items be voided. After they were voided, and I paid for the other items, I continued to have issues with the terminal. The receipt paper was jammed, the ink was low and the receipt had to be reprinted 5 times by David with the assistance of Bruce who was also present when Roderick failed to be minimally cordial to me and acknowledge my complaint. I do not feel it is your Managers place to reprimand me for having to shop in the evening after I get off of work I will not return.

This review is specifically for an employee named Tina she was my cashier for today’s grocery shop visit . Tina was working the express register and I was waiting in line a few lanes over because I had to many items for the express lane. She walked over to me and my husband to let us know she will take us in her lane since she had no one there. She gladly scanned and bagged our almost full cart and didn’t complain. She even asked if we would like double bag on some heavier items. . I’ve been shopping at this location ever since they opened and she is the only cashier that has said more then just “Do you have a Kroger card” she suggested I download the Kroger app to save even more money with their app coupons when I link them with my Kroger card. She was very knowledgeable and as a former Kroger employee (years ago) she showed the true meaning of EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Keep up the good work Tina! You will definitely go places with that positive attitude.

Update 2. Im so tired of buying produce that goes bad within 24 hours. I try to buy produce still not quite ripe to avoid this, and 50% of the time, it doesnt ripen in a way that has any taste. Whats up Krogers? Why is the produce so bad?Update; still too easy to find outdated dairy products and produce that goes bad in a day.Store is pretty good. Staff at service desk and out in various departments are all good. But never, ever enough registers open.... Also, be sure to check expiration dates and quality of produce. Expired or will-expire-in-a-day-or-two are way too often on the shelves. Brought home packed peaches and raspberries last night, and discovered this morning that both are about ready to rot.

Courteous staff is an added benefit. Store is clean and well stocked with fresh produce, meats and seafood. Lots of Heathy Options. In house Starbucks and deli serves the tired and hungry.

I love this Kroger. They always have plenty of tenderloin steak & great service in the meat Dept. Also I love u can sample different items plus even sit down inside and have a nice cold beer!

This store is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful produce section and their is even a wine bar. If you cant find what you need, just ask and someone will jump at the chance to help you find it.

Shopping carts all over parking lot. No one ever seems to gather the carts. Cant park because there are carts everywhere. A lot of the fruits are brown and appear to not be fresh. Only 2 registers ever seem to be open. Huge lines due to this. For a place that just opened, you would think they would put on a good show for a first impression. I guess they really dont care. I certainly refuse to ever give this place a try again. I will stick with the HEB across the street.

The shelf tag for frozen shrimp was tagged five for five, but they refused to honor the deal. Ill just go across the street to HEB from now on.

All I wanted was a BBQ sandwich, the nice lady behind the counter helped me. But after I saw what she was serving I refused the order. $5.99 for meat on a bun with out sauce. meat was all dry all the items on display were dry most looked like dried out dog food. This I blame on Krogers management and lack of detail. Employee need to be trained on how to handle food. If you dont pay the employees what they deserve then why should they care what your product looks like...I wonder how much food is being thrown out each night, if they had a true food professional who understands what a display should always look like and truly know how food should be displayed they would be making bank. Kroger you need a professional who understands merchandising and display.. Call me I will be glad to help you out....this is what I do for a living... Thank you.

This Kroger was very upscale. I was surprised to see a real clothing department in the store. I was very impressed.

I always come to this location because the staff is friendly with the exception of the gentleman that cleans the restroom I asked if he was finished cleaning the restroom and he looks at me and says you dont see me still cleaning that was not service first I am a supervisor at the hospital and I always train my staff that service first with the customers is very important

Love this store, I drive 20 minutes past a different Kroger to get here. Super disappointed today (around 1:30 pm) I was checking out in the Deli Grab & Go area. The young lady working the self check-out area was eating potato chips and didnt even acknowledge that I was there. Very unprofessional and not a good look. Kroger might want to check their cameras to monitor this staff member.

Nice large location with so many extras! I like the size and the staff are pretty cool too. They are helpful even at the self checkout lane which is often hard to find.

They have clothes here.....and everything else. Ive never seen a Kroger with clothes. They also unload your shopping cart as they scan. Exciting discovery - which makes me feel lame. Being an adult is stupid sometimes. Hahah

There are 2 other Krogers closer to me but I still travel to this location. Almost always find everything I need and the Kroger card savings always add up. Got 30cent off a gallon after my shopping trip tonight :)

Store is very well kept. The staff at the courtesy booth is horrible. Cashiers in the evening at self check out have not customer service skills. I prefer the other Kroger around the area for that reason.

Had a terrible experience with both floor managers. Specifically Brian im the only one here. I was told i look suspicious and the type of person that would give a minor alcohol. After asking them to please explain to me what about my appearance looked suspicious, or how on earth they would surmise, this guy breaks laws. it was offensive and because Brian could not properly explain himself i would even go as far to say that i may have been profiled. Brian chose to unprofessionally end the conversation, by simple saying this conversation is over, have a nice day . I think any person who was told they look suspicious would like an explanation. Kroger did not give 100% customer satisfaction.

Store is quite big and even at thanksgiving when busy there was ample room to shop. Customer service to date has been exceptional with regard to one rude meat dept employee last year. He mightve just been having a bad day though.

This store was great for the first year it was open due to it being new. However, this past year, the store management has let it really go to a disgusting point. We go every weekend and notice the exact same things every time. The front of the store is always littered with trash, the cart area is always littered with trash. The carts are always full of trash. Ive had some poor encounters with the deli staff. Numerous times Ive stood and waited for a staff member to notice I needed something and on a couple of occasions, a member who was stocking the outer deli area came to help. I had to ask them to wash their hands and/or put gloves on before handling my food. This has been very disappointing to us and well most likely head back to HEB.

Very clean and organized! Has everything you need in one location without the People of Walmart. Employees Ive met will actually walk you to a location, not just point to it. The Click List Shopping is a must have if you dont like going in the store. Buy online and they bring it out to your car.
