Always love going to ace hardware. Small country shop atmosphere and they usually have what you need. The friendly staff is usually knowledgeable and great to work with. Will come back to this location.

Helpful employees, clean store, always have what I need.

I like that you can get help from knowledgeable employees and they carry items that the big box stores dont have. Its a little more expensive than HD or Lowes but the helpfulness factor makes up for that.That being said, today I encountered a checkout person, a young female--maybe a teenager--who was so rude I almost left my things at the counter and walked out. Someone needs to tell that young woman that if youre in a bad mood, you need to leave it at the door and force that smile until you get over it. Customers are paying your wage so treat them with courtesy.

Exceeded my expectations for sure!!! Yvonne (I hope I am saying her name correctly) is AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure my husbands traeger was delivered today ON his birthday, when another ace hardware said they would deliver it but last minute couldn’t. I felt so hopeless and down until Yvonne said she would have it delivered today and made an exception given the situation I was in due to the other store. So kind, patient, great customer service. All around a wonderful experience, she literally saved the day! I live 20-25 minutes away from this ace hardware and now I will be sure this is the only one I shop at! My day is made! Thank you so much!!!!!!

Found everything I need to complete project at the store. And more. They carry items home Depot and Lowes dont carry. Great place to shop.

I don’t typically give reviews but with after a handful of visits, I felt like I had a obligation of giving this location a perfect rating. This is the only few brick and mortar stores that I have been to that exhibits excellent customer service. Management, keep up the good work!

Ace Hardware employees offer to help customers unlike Home Depot and Lowes.

The sign on the door says that theyre open until 7pm. Found out that they close whenever they want to. Go figure. Guess Im headed back to Home Depot until I can find a dependable hardware store.

I love Ace Hardware but lately their customer service has been slacking. The cashiers always talking & laughing when you walk in and stand in line. Not impressive.The young sales people run from you instead of helping you, not cool.And I would spend more time & money if they were more competitive with their prices. They advertise on having the best knowledge when you need parts but they are seriously failing at that too. The experienced employees are gone and we are left with young people who like so many other businesses, give your customer attention to their cellphones.

An amazing trip as always. Ive been coming here for 38 years and it so has that small town hardware store feel.

I have shopped here for over 30 years. I love the place. Very good people. But I do have a complaint just recently I needed keys cut and had the blanks. They told me they dont cut 3rd party keys even though they didnt have the blanks I needed in stock. What is up with that? Do you just want to make more money? I guess helping people isnt important as making money anymore.

This place is way more organized than other Ace stores in the area. Easy to find what youre looking for. Does not feel like a chaotic and messy Walmart...

This is my store for all my hardware needs and suggestions. The staff really enjoy helping folks out. Friendly, courteous and superior service. You wont need to push a customer service button here because it doesnt exist in this store. Great job guys!

Love this small Ace! People are always friendly and absolutely helpful.The in house post office makes it very convenient when you want to ship things in a hurry.

Always a good experience...

They closed before closing time. This Thursday(2/18) they closed early at 5pm instead regularly at 7pn. I was there at 4:53(see attched) and stop letting people while i was only need to get 1 one item. Didnt have time to keep argue with thrm i just leave to home depot. While another lady just keep argue and requesta complaint phone #. Horrible services especially during this winter storm affecting everyone.

The employees really know what they are doing and always have an answer. May not be the cheapest but sometimes a solid answer is worth the extra few bucks.

Ace is the best! They have the most helpful staff with a wide array of knowledge that can help you with almost any project. If one of the staff doesn’t know how to fix it, you can be sure they’ll find the one who does. Ricky was great helping me solve an issue with my sink/ac draining. Even when they don’t know exactly how to help, they’ll figure it out or recommend someone who can help. Prices are fair and they are well stocked.

Friendly helpful staff. Always a quick and fruitful visit. If its just to mail a package or purchase something for the house just a pleasure. Their hardware selection puts Home Depot and Lowes to shame. A great neighborhood store!

Found a drill set online cheaper than your bigger hardware stores

New owners, not like it use to be please get mantle for gas lantern, dont carry a lot of things like they use too

Ordered at 11am and never received an update email about pickup. It was supposed to be same day curbside pickup but no update so I called at 6:30, right before they closed and the lady on the phone seemed bothered I was even asking! Why offer pickup if you can’t fulfill?? Calling tomorrow I guess

There is always someone willing to help you here. The prices arent too bad for the convenience they provide. Also they have stuff you cant find at other stores.

Very disorganized, staff seems to have little idea of whats for sale, female staff looked at me, turned and walked away, left me for one of the guys to take care of. I prefer local-ish businesses, but this store makes it hard.

Curb Orders sucks! Never use their curb order pickup...... They do not have anyone taking those orders....and once you get at the store they will tell you to wait 30 minutes while they find your online order!

Close to my house is really nice. They have so much of the common things you need. The staff is always eager to help and they work with you to find the best solution for your project.

Ricky was very helpful. There was a young guy there that walked past me 3 times and asked 3 other customers if they needed some help. Not once did he offer to help me. Ricky was great, he was very helpful when my husband asked about the best type of wood to use to for our outdoor pit. The young guy made a smart comment about its amazing how people do not know how to start a fire.. I then spoke up and said the question was not about how to start a fire it was about the best type of wood to use.

Go to place for propane refills. Its cheaper than exchanges and you get more propane.

I really enjoy coming to this store so much. The people are so helpful too. Because they didnt have the item i was looking for they ordered it for me. They called me 2 days later to let me know that my order was ready for pick up.

If they dont have it, its not made anymore.

This location is very slow to fill curbside orders, I know they are busy but should not take 8 hours to fill an order with 4 items. I called from the parking lot and they said let me check, 10 minutes later they asked what my vehicle was and I told them and and they advised me that there is a reason that it’s called curbside pickup, very snarky. Then they required me to sign the receipt which seems very antiquated, I mean I can purchase $200.00 worth of groceries and there is NO CONTACT! Very disappointed with the entire experience, nobody requires signatures anymore, was surprised they didn’t have a card slider, get with it Ace and better train employees!

Great place for most any of your home projects.

I have been coming here for years. Sadly this was my first bad experience. The heavy set girl with the piercing through her lip was rude. They did not have my online order ready and waiting. I ordered on line for efficiency reasons but it took longer than if I would have gone in and just picked up the items myself.Update! Within the hour the GM called me and apologized for his staff. Outstanding management! They will keep my business for many years to come with this type of service.

This ACE is a small hardware store but it carry most stub for repair housing, price is an average compare with the other, convenient location and easy to find too, wheelchair can access in and out easy. Hope this helps.

I went in looking for light bulbs and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The cashier even told me that if i got a rewards card I would save $11.00 on each box of bulbs. That was great!

Although it seems like they are in the process of reorganizing the store and things are a bit of a mess as a result, the selection is pretty good. Unlike other Ace Hardware stores I have been to this one doesnt seem to sell pocket knives, otherwise I would rate it at five stars. Beyond that minor gripe, however, the staff are courteous and helpful and as mentioned before the selection is pretty typical of Ace Hardware stores.

This store is right down the street from my home. I try not to use race as a issue but every time my husband go in this store he is followed around. We work hard everyday and not all black people shoplift. Will never go back in here again I believe they are train to watch black customers.
