Very disappointed with the customer service. We placed an order for 21 decorative light post with LED bulbs of a homeowner association. We have issues with several of the LED bulbs pulsing. This company expects us to remove the bulbs from the poles (leaving the street dark) and ship the bulbs to them for test. They refuse to send new bulbs to replace the defective bulbs. How do I tell the HOA who just spent $80,000.00 on the project that we are going to have a couple of dark streets?Strongly recommend that you do NOT buy from this company!REI, Chicago
