Badass customer service!! Weve gotten the underglow,the wrap,air bags,custom projectors,custom calipers, spikes almost everything thru them. And havent had any problems and if we do they fix it with no problem. One day we took it SOMEWHERE ELSE to get the splinter put on and they ruined our underglow so we took it to Audioboss and he fixed it without no problem. We know he couldve charged us because it wasnt a defect it was our fault but he took care of us and for that we stay loyal to him. After that incident we wont go to no one but Audioboss good customer service and great deals!! We even call him in middle of the night and he answers to help us out!! I mean who does that seriously?! Lol. Weve told our friends about them and they have became loyal customers just like us!!! Honestly we dont trust no one to touch our car only Audioboss so if someone says otherwise that will be interesting...

Glad to see that this shop is still around. I think it’s moved locations at least twice. I got my double din installed in my Lexus GS400 by Juan exactly 3 years ago and he had the absolute best price. Had an issue where the DD wouldn’t start up with the car at random times and they offered to fix it. The issue was intermittent and it didn’t bother me enough so I never went back to have it looked at. I believe it it has something to do with the warmer weather.

NEVER GO BACK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They overcharged ($140) for a simple amp and speaker install. Next day truck wouldnt start. Realized that the owner (installer) screwed amp to back of truck which I specifically asked him NOT TO. When the amp was unscrewed a wire fell out, then truck would not start. Truck had to be towed to the dealership where it spent three days and found out a fuse was blown, due to the aftermarket stereo installation (spliced into wiring) per the Ford technician. Paid the dealership $360. Went back to speak to the owner about paying for the dealership bill and he refused. Even during the conversation he was calling my a liar and told me he could pull the tapes of the phone conversations I had with his employee. I told him, pull them, I have nothing to hide. Then told me there was no way a wire could have fallen out of the amp unless pulled out. Are you kidding me? Once again questioning my truthfulness. After 30 minutes he admitted that he made a mistake by installing the amp to the back of my truck, but would not budge on paying for the dealership bill. I then asked if he would pay for at least half. His answer, NO. He offered store credit. WHAT? Why would I want you to work on my truck again after spending 3 days in the shop without a vehicle to get to work and back. Next offer from owner was to redo the back panel of my truck that ripped because he screwed the amp to it. Again, WHAT? Tear my truck apart again? I told him hes not touching my truck. I did make the comment to the owner that I could not believe this is how he runs his business. Went to another REPUTABLE stereo shop that only charged me $35 to install the amp and speaker CORRECTLY. No issues since. Good riddance Audio LOSS not BOSS!

I brought an android radio head unit for my 2015 Subaru sti. The air vents had to be customized in order to fit and the sound wasnt playing at all. They had to rewire the sound harness. I give them a 5 star rating and my unit looks great.
