I am so impressed with the service at this store. I broke a glass lamp shade that I have had for 25 years. I showed them the remaining part of the base and they immediately identified the glass pattern and happened to have one in stock. How cool is that! They also have the most beautiful light fixtures ever.

My husband and I went to the Lighting Gallery today for the first time looking to replace all the main light fixtures in our home. After looking online and in a couple of other stores I was expecting to have a difficult time finding something that I liked and went well in my home. I was so glad to find such a great variety of light fixtures there and Ann was so helpful. I showed her pictures of my home and she knew exactly what to show me. I love the fixtures we bought and the quality is excellent. Im very grateful for the wonderful customer service, it really saved me a lot of time.

UPDATE: changing my 1 star review complaining about them being closed on Monday. Yes, they were closed when I arrived, but after hearing from them I realized their hours were clearly posted as closed on Monday. I was grumpy from the Snowpocalypse when Google asked for a review. They didnt deserve that one star.

I replaced all my important lighting with fixtures from The Lighting Gallery. Ann Morgan is always so helpful. I highly recommend shopping at The Lighting Gallery. They have beautiful fixtures which are affordably priced.

They are a little pricey especially when you know you can get the same exact fixture online. Now if they are putting the fixture together then Id consider paying those prices.

I bought a crystal voltaire chandelier on December 21, 2019. The staff members are sweet as pie which I am big on customer service. So, that was a plus. I was excited to buy a chandelier for my little girls room. Beautiful design concept, BUT there were so many petal pieces on the frame of the chandelier that were bent and taking a closer look....the manufacturer didnt make a wise decision to screw the petals in the frame correctly. Some of the items on the chandelier were crooked. I paid my hard earned money for such poor attention to detail. However, I love the design concept and how the crystals dangle. I will only keep it because I love the design of it. But, I wouldnt shop here again because of the manufacturer issue. I hate returning things. You have only one chance to impress me...thats it.

Was looking for a modern style lighting and here i found one in the middle of Houston very convenient location. they have ample variety with modern and boutique style.Honor served me himself and guided me very well with some new ideas.100% i will go there againhighly recommended place

We accidentally broke a light fixture in a customer of ours home. We could not replace it anywhere else but here! One stop shop and found replacement that we needed. TLG was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for.

When building a new home, we actually visited dozens of lighting showrooms all across the Houston area. In fact, we searched every store that sells lighting from the South Loop 610 and north. I know of only one or two stores we missed.With that much research, Lighting Gallery is easily the best of the best. NOTHING in Houston can beat them!LG has a fantastic showroom with stunning light fixtures! Any complaints about poor service makes me wonder about expectations. No lighting store can handle a warehouse full of 2 or 3 or more of each light they have available. They have to be ordered. And each manufacturer is able to ship their lights at different times. (It depends on whether or not the item is back ordered or available.) Any lighting store needs to be compared to a catalog with knowledgeable sales staff. But, unlike the catalog, you get to see the fixture in person and get your questions answered. And Lighting Gallery is the best at what they do!

My wife and I have been shopping there since 1981 and have always had great service when purchasing anything or having it repaired. We just bought replacement part for our antique brass fan and had the light fixture switch fixed. I thought that I could rewire the light switch back to the fan as I was the one who had taken apart the wiring harness. I had forgotten how to rewire it back together. I took it back to the store and their electrical engineer helped in short order to get it wired correctly. All of the sale force and technical people were so friendly and helped to resolve all of my lighting problems.

Beautiful showroom. Lots of great brand names in a variety of prices. The tags might look a little pricey at first but they always have great sales going on and are very competitive with the internet on the same brand names. I recommend you talk to Ann Morgan, she can put you in your price range for something really nice. But make your order way before your going to need the lights because apparently the shippers cant be rushed.

Staff was great. Good selection. Found the lighting we wanted as well as an art piece for the wall. Only criticism would be that the lights in the show room are hung quite low and you do have to do a lot of ducking and evading to walk through the store.

I stopped in The Lighting Gallery to get a small part for a light fixture. They were extremely helpful and a beautiful showroom. I will definitely use them again.

The selection is amazing, we looked everywhere for our Florida beach home master bedroom and finally found the perfect chandelier here! Also, we had great custom service when needing to replace some crystals. Ann was diligent with her help in this and never dropped the ball.

After a disappointing visit at a snobby lighting store on I-45 near the Woodlands, we went to The Lighting Gallery on 1960. It didnt take long to find what we had set out for (medium and small chandeliers and a Tiffany lamp). Shop was full of choice and service was very good. We were made aware of 40% off sale, of which we took advantage. The larger chandelier had to be ordered, and took a while to get in, but we werent in a hurry. We were very satisfied.
