I was shopping for a new boxspring and ran across this place on Google. Shalom was so helpful and knowledgeable, and gave me a better price than anywhere else I called or found online. When I picked it up there was a nice guy who loaded it into my truck and insisted on tying it down even though I told him I wasnt going far. Great service, quality products, and great prices. Glad I found them.

I stopped by at the store with my family on Tuesday to look for a queen bed, queen mattress and a box spring. The saleswomen were very kind and helpful, they even helped me look for a bed that I wanted. I was going to have my furniture delivered on Saturday, but I got busy on that day so I called them if they could deliver on Monday. They were okay with it and very understanding. The driver arrived on time and I was satisfied how he quickly finished assembling the bed! I definitely recommend going here if you need the furniture right away and the prices are affordable! Definitely going to come back here in the future!

My experience was quick and easy. I came in to get 2 twin mattresses and thats what i got. The process was only about 5 minutes. They delivered in less than 20 minutes. The mattresses are clean and soft but still firm. Thr only thing i wouldve changed was the delivery fee of $40 when i literally stay 10 minutes away from them but i guess we all have to make a living.

Visited Alief Mattress & Furniture on Tuesday was looking for foam mattress for grandkids’ bunk beds and the first store didn’t have any in stock until Thursday but I needed them by Wednesday. The young lady that assisted me was quite helpful and professional though she wasn’t one of the sales people. I told her what I was looking for and asked if they would price match and yes they called me within the hour to confirm that they could have them in the store Wednesday morning and deliver to me by Wednesday afternoon and that is exactly what happened - I received the mattresses right on time today and the delivery people exercised precautions - masked up - which I greatly appreciated!! Job well done!! I’ve done business with them many, many years ago and the quality of their service and delivery is still great today as it was many, many years ago!! I highly recommend Alief Mattress & Furniture!!

I went to get a matmatttess for my Bed and i got the wrong side and i Wanted to bring it Back the same day but the wanted to charge me A 100$ Dollar Restocking fee for what i have not used it never again

I went there looking for a Queen size box spring and honestly Im beyond satisfied. I went in on a Saturday and Was told to expect a delivery on Monday. The driver arrived promptly and communicated effectively. I would definitely recommend!

Shalom was very helpful when I called the business inquiring about a queen box spring. She quoted the price and then went over and beyond to calculate the mileage from the store to my house in order to give me a total cost. She saved the quote and was prepared when I walked in. The whole process was smooth. She even called to follow up with my availability for prompt delivery! Shalom rocks!!!

Shalom was extremely helpful. She ordered the color I wanted and was able to get it, but I had to cancel at the last minute and she understood. She took care of me like a true professional and her communication was excellent. I will definitely go back to her and also refer my people to her!

The process was very easy and smooth. I want hounded while I was looking and was given time and space to look around. After I made my purchase I realized I chose the wrong color and had to contact them back, the exchange was no hassle. They delivered and set up everything and were in and out in no time. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive and the show room is open and easy to tour. As you walk through, you are able to see all the products and ask questions. I really had an amazing experience because she provided great customer service and same day delivery. My furniture was delivered and installed without any issues.
