Bunch of cheaters running the shop. Spent over 1k for a repair and was told my car would be fine. Within 2 weeks, all indications started showing up. Don’t go to this place, you will regret it.

They have been harassing there own female customers and showing up at there apartment and knocking on there doors at 12:20am. Do Not Go Here, That Behavior Is Unexceptionable!!!

This business did my calytic corverter they replace it . My check engine light went off for a week then it came back on . They gave me a warranty and when I went back to them so they can fix the problem they kept telling me to come back. I went to another muffler shop and they inform me that this place did a horrible welding job on my car and that’s why my engine light was on . Please don’t come to this place and waste your money at all

Don’t trust your car here. Came for a catalytic converter and was given a price after telling model and year. Once arrived, he upped the price saying it’s a 4x4 which doesn’t matter. Run far away

This is my 3rd or 4th time to repair my car here . Job always done . I usually be there early morning to be done Right away. If they gonna take time they inform me to come back in More suitable time . Stuff are friendly and professional. They dont in force you to buy anything (parts) by giving you wrong information about your car .A great place to fix your carRight next to Shell energy stadium

Quick, honest, reasonable

Good prices but lack of attention to some basics. After picking up my car, it began overheating on the ride home. The radiator cap was not replaced and spewed coolant out. Also found broken trim pieces from the area they did work. Its cheap, but visually inspect carefully before driving away.

I had a nail in a tire; they quickly fixed the problem and got me back on the road for a reasonable price.

This place is just unbelievable Amazing, I have never been to any mechanic shop that takes your car in the same day and finishes it in the same day not only are they fast and do not make excuses and make you wait months over time to get your car back. And the best part about it is when they fix your car its done right in a timely matter. Also do not forget the best price in town i got my catalytic converters fixed and passed inspection in a heart beat. They only charge 28 dollars for an oil change including everything and they do the fastest inspection i have seen your pretty much in and out.

Came in to get my tire patched and after doing a quick visual check the man at the front desk dismissed me and said he would just put air. I had to ask him to check again, as I had just put in air the night before & that was not fixing my problem. Another helpful employee found the problem and fixed it. A week later I find out it was not patched, rather plugged improperly, after I had to go to another shop because once again my tired pressure had gone down. Overall my experience was poor and cost me more to get it fixed elsewhere.

Always get my oil changes and inspections done here as well as major work. Theyve been taking care of my car for a couple of years now and they do it the right way, with good pricing and good thorough work. There is also a Shell and Burger King right next to it if you get hungry/thirsty.

This is the first review I’ve written — I’ve never taken the time before when we’ve had a bad experience because there’s enough bad feeling in the world without us adding to it. I do want to warn other Houstonians about our experience here though. We worked hard to do our part - had taken our 4 year old car into the authorized dealership for its standard checkup and got most issues that were flagged addressed onsite. For brake pads/alignment, it was really expensive and the nice guys at the dealership suggested we could just go elsewhere for a better price. We shopped around, liked the reviews here, and called in advance for a price quote and appointment. We were told to come back the first day due to long lines. We came back the next day and they tripled the quote saying there was another issue with the car. We tried to ask about it (mentioning we had just gotten the car checked out at the dealership so wanted to understand the new issue). They immediately shut us down, told us they were too busy to talk, that the mechanic didn’t speak English so couldn’t explain anything to us, and that they aren’t in a position to explain or make any recommendations about the new repair on the bill. When we asked just to do the brakes and alignment, they then said there was a 4-5 hour wait. We had our 4 month old with us so couldn’t wait that long. Just want to warn others who may not have all day to wait around for a story that keeps changing.

The nicest people ever! Will go back over and over! They even loaned us a car to get to California for are sons graduation! So much trust in us, it was so nice and a good feeling! Good good people!

Craig the exhaust system specialist does his thing, Charles the lube and tire tech also does the job.The medical center should know that the medical center muffler shop is a one stop oil change and State Inspection station all in one and by experience they are good mechanics.Thanks Hakim.

These people are out to drain your pockets dry...thats all they want is money money money money they dont work with you they have very poor service ..I gave them almost $1,000 and my check engine light still came on after getting 2 catalyst converters then have to come back and they took that one off to and i paid for another Catalyst converter then you tell me I need a tune-up I got a tune-up $900 wasted. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Ive been there few days ago, my car needed welding to be done, these guys wanted to replace the whole exhaust line (over $1000 quote) due to rust. I had a chance to listen to the bs they tell customers, ladies especially. Cant trust this place, they are just looking to make more money from you.P.S found a decent place to weld my muffler, they did the job for $30. Comparing to $1145 quote...

The people here are honest and straightforward. I came here after another shop tried to hose me one too many times. Med Center Muffler was reasonable and honest with their services and did not try to convince me I needed unnecessary repairs to pass inspection. Theyre full service, not just mufflers, and I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Went a couple f times. My first visit i got decent price on tyre replacement although they were not brandedBut this time my nissan altima was not starting. They just the replaced the brake switch and carged $189. This experience has really made me more alarmed than ever

They are very knowledgeable and they SHOW you what they found, the cause of the problem, and the options to remedy the problem. They dont charge you to connect their code scanner to you cars onboard computer (service engine soon light) like other places (Firestone charges $100!!). You have the option to purchase the parts yourself (autozone, oreilley, etc.) and bring it to them and theyll just charge you for the labor. Theyre really straightforward and at a great price! Went there for my wifes catalytic converter, my A/C, inspection sticker, oil change, etc. Great peace of mind, would recommend everyone to stop by here FIRST to not get screwed over by other places.
