I’ve purchased multiple cars throughout my life, from dealerships, private party transactions and auto boutique brokers. I’m a pleased to say that Baker Nissan was buy far the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had.There were some set-backs, including a windshield replacement, wheel alignment and delayed delivery…but none of these issues were due to Baker Nissan. Baker Nissan rather used these events to deliver above the bar customer experience and service.Scott Hazelwood was excellent. He was very responsive and transparent. Anytime I had a question, he always shared his knowledge and if he didnt know, he was quick to tell me so and then find the answer!Fernando was also instrumental in my purchase. He was always ready and willing to help answer any of my questions, which were not limited to finance alone. These two gentlemen are squared away and know how to get things done!Altogether, Baker Nissan offered an above expected buying experience.Keep up the great work!

WOW!I had a small fender bender and the responsible party insurance company let me down during the repair process. Ms. ONeill went to bat for me. I can write a book on how irresponsible the insurance company was to both of us. I wont give them the time or pleasure. During this stressful pandemic, I can truly believe that everything is gonna be alright. People say things happen for a reason. I can say Ms. ONeill became everything that I needed. Not only is she the best at her profession she went above and beyond lending a caring ear and moral support. Her matching and mirroring of my transaction were phenomenal. She and the entire staff are exceptional employees. I have been in mid to upper-level management all over the states I dont know how Baker Nissan just so happens to have such an amazing group of people. My mothers day gift was one of the first 2011Muranos. I love my car, however, I feel that the car manufacturers let me and everyone that purchased this design down tremendously. Despite the overwhelming deficiencies, I dont think you can find an owner that regrets, their decision to purchase this vehicle. Dont believe the certified used car that they tell you when you go and buy a car. They said mine was never in an accident and was used as a rental car. How in the world do you explain broken glass that Im still finding a year and a half later in car when I have never had a broken window?? I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Posted my Mercedes on Autotrader, and was immediately swamped with dealers wanting to buy the vehicle above asking price. Diane at Baker Nissan was very friendly, quick to the point, and I loved the Baker Nissan process, which was 1) send us your DL, and payoff 2) sign some papers when the wrecker picks your vehicle up 3) heres your money in hand at your house.Beyond excellent experience, and Diane did exactly as she said she would along the way. Total process time was less than the time it took to post the car online for sale.Thank you Diane!

Service was good. I liked the video they send to your phone of the multi point inspection. What I didnt like was they send a text to your phone wanting you to approve that they are not liable for damage or stolen property to your vehicle. I dont agree with that and did not approve it. Nothing was damaged or stolen.

Baker Nissan provided outstanding service to me yesterday. I drove up without an appointment. I was processed in about 5 minutes. They proved shuttle service to the Metro Park and Ride so that I could go on to work. While I was still on the bus, I received a video of the Inspection. I was later emailed the inspection report which was easy to understand and later approved the options that I wanted fixed with very clear pricing for each item. At the end of the day, the shuttle service picked me up at the Metro, my car was ready, and the cost was aligned with the estimate.

I cant wait to rent another car again. Enterprise car rental makes any experience amazing with friendly staff and rates. I went into Baker Nissan a few weeks ago. It was time to upgrade my wife’s Rogue. I worked with Scott Hazlewood. I want to start by saying this was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. I even have a good understanding of how tough the market is at the moment with low inventory. This was my first experience with servicing my vehicle at a Nissan dealership and I was a bit nervous with what to expect; but after today’s visit I doubt I’ll be taking my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced. I got an estimate on my car via the Kelley Blue Book and unintentionally gave my information to this dealership. I have received numerous calls, texts, and emails nonstop and have unsubscribed/blocked all the different numbers and addresses but it hasnt stopped. Today I called this dealership and asked to please have my information removed from their contact list. Five minutes later, the dealership called me yet again. Please listen to my request and stop contacting me.

I was impressed by the fact they didnt hard sell me on maintenance items I didnt actually need. They could have tried to sell me new tires but they didnt. This treatment will cause me to buy my tires from your shop. I loved the text messages, the authorization texts, and the review video of the maintenance.. I was really impressed.

I loved everything about my recent Baker Nissan car rental experience. Every rental car company had a shortage of vehicles and I had been looking since 8:00am. Both manager Kenny & his associate Mariah made it possible for me by finding me a rental by 5:30pm. I recently took my vehicle for its first 10K mile service and was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I thought I had made an appointment on that Monday but found out that it did not register properly. However, the service advisor I worked with was very accomodating and quickly set me up for the service needed for an oil change and 360 inspections. Buying - 5 stars! I traded in my Murano and got a new Altima. Mike was my sales guy and he bent over backwards to see if there was something better than my Murano to make the trade worth it for me. I was happy with my Murano but I was looking to trade up, he did phenomenal and I believe he would do phenomenal for others!I changed my rating for this dealership due to the service department. I’ve always taken my cars to Fred haas and I have my advisor I love there but I bought my car at baker so that’s where I was going to take it. I made an appointment the guy wasn’t even there. Then the guy I do get Carlos told me that this time I’ll get a rental (which I didn’t cause they were out, I took my car and left) but next time I will probably not get a rental. My car I got a month ago! It’s having issues. Fred Haas even if I don’t buy my car there they take care of me! I literally was so mad when I left I called my advisor at Fred haas and made an appointment I’m disappointed

We bought 2 new vehicles at Baker Nissan. Terry our sales rep was the most professional and go to the end of the earth to get you the best deal guy. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen. The experience by far was top shelf. Because we were buying 2 vehicles they even stayed open late so we could bring in the second vehicle and close the paperwork so we wouldnt have to come back the next day. Baker Nissan is the best place to buy a car in Northwest Houston. Unlike other car lots that make you feel anxious, or that your bring preyed upon, the people at Baker made me feel a lot more comfortable. That was big for me because I’m a 1st time car buyer and was a little overwhelmed. A kind lady named Vanessa was the saleswoman that helped me get my red 2021 Nissan Sentra. Basically my dream vehicle, and made the whole process fun and did whatever it took to get it at the price I needed. Didn’t sneak any extra fees, or pressed me to purchase anything I didn’t ask for. Redeemed a certificate at the dealership for a free oil change after a scheduled recall service was performed at my residence. Baker Nissan performed a multi-point inspection of my vehicle at the dealership as well (not sure if that came included with the certificate but glad it was done). I had my oil changed and tires rotated for routine service. I was able to get an appointment the very day I requested it. Service person informed me of general servicing of fluids at 30,000 mile mark. During service, technician sent me a video while I was waiting of the checkpoints completed and his assessment of each. Very helpful and transparent. I felt I was better informed about what was done to the car and understanding the recommendations Service said process would take about 1 hr and 10 min. No additional waiting needed! My car was washed at the end. Billing was able to honor a $10 mailed coupon for oil change that I had left at home and use some bonus points ($26.00 value) I’d accumulated for past services toward my bill! Very satisfied!!

I visited Baker Nissan service center to get my Nissan Rogue serviced and I was also having battery issues. The entire team is very friendly and they replaced my battery as my car was under warranty. The process was fairly quick and everything was well conveyed. The mechanic also forwards a video of the whole servicing process which makes the whole process transparent. I highly recommend this.

I just bought a new Altima from Baker Nissan. I was very impressed with the experience. My salesman, John Hill, was extremely friendly without being too pushy. I was especially impressed with how quick and efficient they were with the buying process. From the time I pulled into the lot until I drove off the lot in the new car (including taking a test drive) was less than 2 hours. I am completely happy with Gabriel and the staff of the collision center. My 2019 Nissan Frontier had been stolen and had around $12,000.00 worth of damage done to it. The only issue I have or had is the length of time it took, which was no fault of theirs. It was the part, that could not be found, was the reason for delay.
