A great place to shop for cars, get service or parts. I have bought 3 cars here. The buying experience is fast and performed by knowledgeable staff. Most everyone on the Mossy sale side has been there at least 5yrs and some over 20yrs. They have one of the larger service operations around with 32 vehicle bays in the main shop. I am told they are the largest part distributor for Nissan in the south west. The collision department is unique as well with a pair of million dollar down draft painting booths they can factory paint and handle full restoration jobs on just about anything. Things like this matter when you see dealerships that change names every few years or you walk in and the whole store is barely 20yrs old with a few months of sales experience. When I shop I want product knowledge, good service and people who will remember me and be there for help when I need it.

👎😡Terrible experience and waste of time. Old salesman mentality, bogus dealer fees. They advertise $21,999 for a 2013 Mercedes ML 350. I have my own financing. I show up and test drive so they add $1,990 of dealer bogus fees, documentation fees, plus TLL. My down payment of $1k, included I’ll pay $26k hmm are we in the year 1995. I do t want the traditional extra 3-5 inquiries on my credit, that’s why I got my own financing. The salesman is insisting on submitting me to more banks, completely ignored my Capital one pre approval letter. Typical bate and switch. We’ll make your down payment or trade disappear in paperwork. I hate price haggling. Let me talk to your manager, stressful, aggravating negotiation to pay a commission sales person. I used to work at plenty of car dealerships that’s why I got out, the sales games, back and forth. I’m going back to Carmax or Carvana. No wonder all those old style dealerships are out of business. 😡🤬👎oh plus the car has a deep cut on the rear passenger door, paint from another car, inside consul defects, radio electric bottom corner, scratches and other paint dents and dings. Not expected perfect but not beat up either. Drove 1 hour and wasted time and gas smh 🤦‍♂️

Excellent customer service and prompt service attention. The technicians attended quickly to my car service and two recall notices on the same day; the wait was minimum considering what needed to be done. Waiting area was well attended and the dealer even offered to partake of their employees free lunch during the wait.

Always a great experience the wait is a little long but every time I have gone they have been honest and are always willing to give options. Rates and prices are very comparable to quick lube shops. I have been helped by 2 service associates Trevor Lily and Segio Gonzalez both who are very professional. We will definitely continue to bring out vehicle to Mossy Nissan.

Before all else I was recommend to go here by a Co-worker. On July 6, 2021, I drove into Mossy Nissan in hopes to get help with the nail in my tire. I had never been to Mossy Nissan before but since it was much closer to where I was verses going to Central. A guy came out and asked what brought me in today and I proceeded to tell him that I had a nail in my tire. He said okay maam give me a moment. I waited over 10 minutes and was the only person in line. Eventually he comes back and asks me if I had a protection plan. I told him I was leasing my car and that I did have a protection package. He then tells me that since I had not purchased my vehicle from Mossy that it would be $35 or I had to go to Central. The lack of customer service is that makes me never want to purchase from Mossy. I did not know that all Nissans did not run hand and hand. Its not about the policy its about the principle... Its all governed by the same company. He could have attempted to make sure it was safe for departure but instead he showed no signs that he cared. I TRULY hope that if his mom, wife, daughter, sister, etc., in his family was to go a service station in UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS that someone would show more generosity. Upon my departure, the bare minimum he could have done was gave me air in my tire to ensure that Id make it to Central. I did indeed drive my car on 14 PSI to Central Houston Nissan where Im familiar with everyone there and where I know that Im going to get nothing less than the most outstanding service !!! Where at Central I found out I needed a brand new tire.

I recently had to have major repair work done and my service advisor Todd was very helpful, patient, and kind. I even received a small discount, which really helped with the total payment. The Service Departments report states I have 6/32 left on my tires. The tires are Pirelli Scorpion tires & have only been driven 2700 miles. The specs on the tires state 12/32 & are guaranteed for 65,000 miles. The tires have been driven 2,700 miles & Nissan says they are 50% worn out. By actual measurement the front tires now have 12/32 & the rear 11 1/2 32nds. This tells me they were not even actually checked. If the report is that far off, how can I trust any thing this service department recommends.

The best experience I have had at a Nissan service location! I really needed some repairs done on my car before a long-distance trip and they were able to find the parts to fix my car on time. I received text updates throughout the day on the status of my car so I knew what was going on. Their prices were also very reasonable. I am very happy that I went to this location and have highly recommended their service to my family, thank you!

The service center at Mossy is very efficient. Theres a nice waiting area, and everything is very clean. They had my oil changed, tires rotated, state inspection completed, along with a wash and vacuum in less than an hour and a half.

From the beginning of my first visit the service reps were awesome. Rafael was very helpful and showed interest in my concerns. I was expecting the car to be in for a while but was surprised it only took about a week to get a new transmission in. The technician that worked on the car did a fantastic job and left my car running like new. During a test drive a car in front lifted a tiny piece of gravel from the road and chipped my front windshield, without me having to ask they replaced the windshield with a factory quality one. Fantastic service. Will definitely return.

I received an Inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and purchased two new tires paying over 700 dollars. After which my car would shake at Highway speeds. I took it back and they said I may need an alignment at $199. Way wasn’t this resolved when I bought my TIRES! I went somewhere else three of my tire were so out of alignment it would have damaged my tires quickly. After paying over $700 to have my car serviced and it not be drive right is unacceptable! No, don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon!

Omg where can I start. I had an incident on freeway whereas i couldnt help but I ran over some debris on freeway. My whole exhaust came from the undercarriage. 1st of all when I called the lady that answered your phone was no polite and concerned. My 2nd call Marcus answered also concerned and welcoming. When I got there he was great very professional and assisted me with everything. Took me step by step on what was going to happen. I had a great experience with my awful situation. I think my vehicle is in good hands.

While Nissan headquarters decline my request, Robert forced Nissan and did it for free.

He said the car would get the inspection done in the allocated time and he would let me know when the car w as ready. I want to thank Derrick for making the purchase of my daughters Sentra easy and stress free! Before going to Mossy, I purchased my daughter a car from another nearby dealership and when she drove it off the lot it broke down, it was a disastrous experience. I was extremely stressed when I arrived at Mossy but Derrick immediately gave me reassurance by showing genuineness and standing by his word unlike the other prior salesman at the other dealership. My initial experience at Mossy Nissan was nothing short of exceptional. Hence the extra star. I had been looking for a Dodge Challenger Hellcat for quite a while, and they had the exact car I was looking for, at a price I liked. I spoke with Romel Lopez, and really enjoyed working with both him and Melvin. Unfortunately, that is where my great experience ended.After signing paperwork, and paying for my car (in full), I was informed that I would need to wait 2-3 days for the check to clear the bank and then I would be able to pick up my car. Okay, makes sense.After confirming with my bank that the check had cleared, I was then told that I would have to wait until the finance people were in the office to verify. Okay, also makes sense.I called on Monday, only to be told that they dont actually have a way to check if the check had cleared, and that it would require paperwork from my bank to ensure it had gone through properly. No problem, got the bank to send over verification and thought all would be good.Not even close. I then get a call telling me that there is some 10 day waiting period that I now have to wait out in order to get my car. This is where is becomes unacceptable.Working in the customer service sector myself, this is no way to treat a customer. Had I just been told up front that it could take up to 10 days, things might make (a little more) sense. But, instead I have been fed 4 different stories. So as it stands, I have signed and paid for a car they are not willing to release.At first I would have been MORE than willing to suggest Mossy Nissan to others, but currently Im borderline not even willing to tell people where I bought my car.

They quoted me $1200 to replace a mass air intake sensor... because they needed to take it out and reprogram it... lol that line might work on some people, but Im actually an engineer, and I know better.. anyway I replaced this myself less than $100. I mostly asked them to do it out of convenience, but am pretty disappointed that this is how they try to take advantage of people.

Horrible! Took a whole day to “diagnose” my car. Charged me $150 + 16.23 fee for nothing! The only thing good I can say is they gave me Lyft to work. But left me hanging on the way back. I had to call and leave a voicemail for an update Bc 5 pm was getting close and I needed to figure out what I was gonna go to get home.

I sold my 2020 Nissan Kicks but can’t seem to get my Gap refund. The car was financed with Ally and I have been getting the run around for 3 months trying to get my money. If mossy offers to finance your auto with Ally forget it. Further more do not finance with Mossy they are sharks. I’m file a legal complaint against both companies for what they are doing.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Needed a bracket for my front plate and purchased one in the parts department. It was attached at no charge for me and done very nicely. Everyone here is always nice and my service was completed in less time than I was told. I came from a small town and thought the service department here would never be as easy and efficient as was the small town dealer. Yall have put those fears to rest. Always fast and friendly.

To say the least Romel Lopez was very unprofessional & blindsided us during the entire process of “buying a car” & just all over gave us the run around! We were told to come in to sign paperwork after working out all the kinks or so we thought, only to be told that the car had sold right underneath us! No answers either! Besides that it was a first come first serve! We also had no idea someone else was interested! No communication & very unprofessional! Very nice to know now that this is how customers are treated! Made an appointment… July 8th. I was here 10am-1pm (3HRS) for an oil change, inspection, fix headlight… just various maintenance issues. And to have a sun visor replaced (a part that was ordered June 2020 - yes, ONE year ago). Paid over $200 for the headlight to be fixed. I’m back today July 24th. By appointment again. I was here at 8:30. At 9:30 was told that a headlight connector had burned out. At 11:30am, part still not here, was told “dunno why it wasn’t caught last time. Can’t change the past.” Well, no, I can’t change the past, and maybe I should take my car to a private mechanic next time because it seems my $950 is not important to this dealer.

I handled the purchase of a new Nissan Armada for my kids before the moved back from Japan . When I drove away with the car I realized there were no floor mats so I turn around and go get them. Now that they are back they were trying to get to know the car but there are no manuals. In addition there was an error code I wanted to look up. The salesman said he wasnt sure if the managerwould authorize the purchase of a manual and to go by Auto Zone to get them to interpret the error code. He said he would let me know about the manual. I gave him a week and called back and still can not get a manual.

Reasonable prices for five star services! All staff is polite and helpful, the place has very comfortable amenities for customers while they wait for their vehicles, with an automated machine that pours free Starbucks coffee (and yes, they also have free wifi). I brought my husband’s car because the AC went out. They were very attentive when you pull up to the service department and helpful in telling us what specifically was wrong with the car, which was great because another place had quoted us an extra part that was unneeded.Like all dealerships, the part pricing is normal but the labor cost is outrageous. We will order the parts and have them installed elsewhere.➡️ The point of my 3-star review is that when I dropped the car off it would either be a 2-3 hour wait or they offered to get me a Lyft to go home. I’m glad I chose the Lyft because we didn’t hear anything back til the next day. But I also hate that I chose the Lyft and didn’t just get my husband to pick me up, because I was NOT asked a preference of non-smoking and I have severe allergies and asthma and have always been sensitive to cigarette smoke, so that ride was TERRIBLE. I was on the phone when I got in and had to quickly hang up because the smell was just sickening. Most of the time I held my breath and breathed when I had to. It was just really bad. Worst 15-minute drive ever!!!

Todd was a great service manager. I would recommend him to anyone. He was upfront, knowledgeable and helpful.The biggest issue I have and why I am no longer going to recommend Nissan not Mossy Nissan is because of some used car manager that put a sub $10k value on our 2014 pathfinder that was in for warranty work. That manager put Isaac in a poor spot of presenting a number that was so far off base that it was insulting. With in minutes of leaving the dealership I was able to get an offer over $13k and finally settled on a sale price of over $14.5k.Your manager should have said, we can’t put a value on this vehicle as we currently have plenty in our inventory. That would have been more of a respectful response than the number Isaac was asked to present to me.I’m hope that the reason you all came up with that number was your current inventory, and not wanting to add another 2014 pathfinder to your used car inventory. I hope that it is not a sign of the overly financial health of Nissan North America or Mossy Nissan. Come on Mossy, you should have more confidence in your service department, you just put a hand assembled new “sub assembly” in it.All the best,-Nathan

Had a great experience with our salesman, Rudy, who helped us trade in our Mercedes for a brand new Nissan Maxima. He listened to what we needed and made the overall experience very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Rudy to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle! Also wanted to compliment Brent in the finance department. He was very efficient and quick throughout the process. He offered us different extended warranty packages that was suitable for us and never once made us feel forced to purchase.

Test drove a used Subaru Outback and took it to be checked over by a third party. It passed with only a small fluid leak, probably oil, not surprising for a vehicle with almost 90,000 miles.I did another inspection when we got back to the dealer and found the rear bumper cover was missing all the fasteners, i.e. it had most likely been replaced. I was a little bothered that no one disclosed that.When we sat down to talk about the final cost, their sheet included $1495 for a Protection Package that had already been added and was non-negotiable. We looked on multiple online car sites and the Mossy Nissan website and could not find any mention of the package or the additional cost. So disappointed to be tricked by such a scam. Call them before wasting three hours of your time and $140 for a third party inspection to make sure they do not sneak their protection package into the sale.
